Showed up to pick up my much needed medicine on Tuesday at 11:30 am 2/2/21 and wouldn't you know it...a sign on the door saying that they are closed from 1/27-2/6...why??? And not even an email or text message to inform patients so they don't waste their time. They are constantly sending promotional messages or messages saying when any of the branches are closed due to weather or holidays so why not this time...patriot care Lowell you guys really dropped the ball this time!

In the past, if you have seen my posts previously, I have always been happy with both the quality and service I have received. Nothing has changed with the people!their cool. But what the heck is going on with the medical options, compared to the recreational side? Pretty screwed up they have like 15 different bud to choose from and medical has 4 or5 that aren't as strong! Get it together or patients will walk. Plenty of options out there!# alottashatter
