I placed an order online and when I went to pick up my order, the guy didn’t want to show me the flower. He showed me one side until I asked the other side and I wanted to see how the flower looked. All they gave me was popcorn. No big nuggz and not even good ones. I place an online order every where and they always show me how the flower looked and if I need to change to a different one they change it. Plus they are very nice and sweet. I thought it was gonna be bomb flower. I guess I’ll stay to my dispensaries. I’ll recommend anyone my favorite dispensaries.
Everything is rec prices even if you have a med card, such disrespect with how long they been open and they haven’t fixed that yet. Go in with knowing what you want otherwise you’ll have to guess what they have, not much is in view because of marketing. Only going back if they have a good deal going on.
I say it's like a upscale trap house, they got cookies, just no ingredients to make the MF bwahahahahaha.

The service was great i dont remember my budtenders name but she was very helpful and cool. The herb they offered for the ftp isnt very good i dont think ill be back by this location but the staff was really cool

Service is trash. Placed an online order and when I came in they tried to give me 1 out of the 4 1/8ths I ordered and the other 3 were garbage. Employees lack basic common knowledge and courtesy.

No cookies at the cookie store just doesn’t make sense.
Employees are rude, racist and homophobic. And to make it worse no one cares. This place has really gone downhill.

After being a regular customer, was just presented with a budtender who repeatedly listed wrong prices, informed me they were "trying to have things removed from Leafly", while the menu read "updated 10 minutes ago", then refused to sell me the stock that they had either because he couldn't understand what I was pointing at, or because he was deliberately ignoring a stack of boxes he had just told me they didn't have.
Where do I begin ... your bud tender Chris S. got my online order wrong, that I didn't notice till I got home. He was probably the least personable bud tender I have experienced. If you don't want to help people, I suggest you LEAVE.
Anytime I call...its always someone real rude, and now you took your deals off. YOU ARE ALL IN THE BUSINESS TO HELP PEOPLE WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?! Like many others have said in their review, I take my money elsewhere.
This is probably the worst dispensary I've dealt with in a year of having my medical card. they make changes to their specials and they don't update them but then they don't they change their prices and don't tell their customers. They change their store policies and they don't advertise that there's been a change. I was told by a manager of the Tempe location that it is a privilege to shop at Nirvana stores it's not a right to all card holders. They advertised and made their claim to fame being the Walmart of dispensaries in Arizona by not charging tax but then seven days ago they change that policy and now charge tax. They do not update their customers with this information but they text me three times a day trying to get me to come in and spend money in their store. When you have a problem and bring it up to them their employees tell you oh well this is what it is now.

Used to be my go to dispo, had the best deals in all the valley atleast a bogo everyday of the week, used to be tax included, seems like after rec prop 207 everyone forgot about the medical patients, sad especially for those that count cannabis as there main medication
I hate how they hold the good drops like the cultivators don’t tell us when and where they dropped off their flower smh

I was initially happy to see there was a new NC location closer to me, and my first visit went alright... My second time pretty much turned me off this place completely, though. From the second I got to the back counter, I was getting a bad "vibe" from the budtender- which is *incredibly* rare, only had that one other time in my 2 yrs of having an mmj card. It felt as if I was being pushed to get my stuff and get out, rather terrible customer service for a dispensary- strike one. I asked to see a couple brands of concentrates and was instead steered towards lower-tier products, with anything I said completely ignored- strike two. And instead of even letting me *look* at some of the different flower, peddles off some prepackaged junk while trying to insist "no no, it's better". I can only guess because he didn't want to bother pulling a jar off the shelf, even when I'm set on one and not going to bounce between a few different jars. But regardless, there's strike three. I dunno if that guy was having an off day, but there's no excuse for that kind of pushiness and blatant disregard for the customer. You're better off avoiding this location like the plague- might be worth driving all the way to the other side of Phx if you insist on going to one of their dispensaries, or find a different place altogether.
PS, avoid the "liquid gold" carts, they are complete trash- felt next to nothing from them, and one of them stopped working after ~2 days of use, the other didn't work at all. I know cartridges can be kinda fickle, but...that's sad.

I used to like a frequent Nirvana a lot.I usually buy around 200+ worth of goods every week or two... Not anymore .Lately the staff has been rude as hell to me acting rushy,forgetting my card and items. The Budtenders are all around seeming bothered by big orders time and time again every visit. Very unattentive not paying attention to my very specific questions(happened over four times now having to really get the budtenders to interact and answer questions regarding the stock orlineage or quality or personal usually pref's ).My biggest problem of all is the pricing and lack of selection on good flower . Three times I have been into the shop in the last month and a half and
the flower has been of a lesser lackluster quality; very leafy and not compact,some with a brownish tint (some green)and it looks like its at a mersh-like quality selling for top dollar and when bought it was old and stale(not fresh; hard crispy and falls apart).The limited selection of Halfs oz's and eigths is criminal to sell at high prices bc usually its super stale or nothing but baby bud(or shreds of it)/ popcorn only. Besides one container they were selling all of the containers on all the shelves were mini shrubs that resembled popcorn selling for 10$ and up.The only good flower Nirvana had a week ago they are currently selling it for more per gram than the farms who grow them and sell them themselves.
(IE green Pharms cherry pie purple urkle 8$ per gram at Green Pharms) Nirvana sells same flower for 12$ per gram thus exploiting price gouging during this quarantine and all around . There is hardly ever any concentrates like budder crumble rosin or kief any time I go in. I'm writing this bc its just a terrible feeling going in and literally dropping 2-400$ plus feeling ripped off when stepping out time and time again bc lack of quality.I hate paying inflated prices for flower I know i couldve gotten delivered for free with a lesser total cost when I just lyfted across the city to come into the dispensary. The ultra limited selection of good grown flower that is affordable and good quality ,the lack of freshness,the lack of having concentrates any time i go in ,and the rude forgetful staff who have time and time again made me feel less than appreciated are the sole reasons why me and my wife will not be coming back unless something big changes for the consumer. Sorry but until that happens me,my friends and my family will be shopping somewhere else.

I came to this dispensary as a first time patient. I got two eighths of flower plus a gram. The gram weighed right but both eighths were .4 grams light. It took several phone calls before I was able to speak to a manager about this. He said he checked his video and everything looked correct and was, therefore, unable to do anything about it. What a crock. I weighed both of these eighths several times and they were both short the same amount.

After receiving the above response, I did e-mail them again and, after three weeks, have received no response back. I understand these are unusual times but three weeks is long enough. I am not some young kid trying to pull a scam for a lousy .8 grams. I'm a 69 year old professional, trained in the scientific method, who knows how to weigh something. Very disappointed with the lack of response. On the positive side, I thought the Bubba Kush was very good.

Called about a bong I saw earlier today to see if it was still in stock and get a price. I was told it was $50 and said great I’ll be there soon. When I arrived they told me it was $75 and refused to sell at the price I was told. Even though they found out who I talked to and everything. Wouldn’t trust anything over the phone.
Both your website and text say a cartridge brand (Sweet Carts) is bogo today. I order 6 of them you say they are ready for pickup. I get there and am told that was a mistake these aren't bogo. 3rd time this has happened. I feel like it's a bait and switch to get me in there and say now I owe double because the bogo isn't valid. You literally just sent me a text advertising this bogoright after I got back home after cancelling my order. You could have messaged me or called me ahead of time and said it was mistake instead of saying it's ready and springing it on me when I get there. Annoyed.

I love the service I receive every time I visit this location. Richard assisted me this morning. He provided great customer service and was very kind!!
Also, last week I met Momma Carrie and she was the so wonderful to talk to!

This was the worse weed I have ever bought🥴 Their house flower was nasty. They also charge $50🤣 I feel duped. Nirvana Center GMO house flower, 0 stars.

2nd time in where the promos through leafly couldn't be verified. Did a buy 1 get 1 and was turned down that promo due to marketing error. Even though I had a verification pick up order with the total and promo on there to validate my end. Manager couldn't take care of me. Bad business in my opinion. Don't flash sales if you can't handle them.
