Employees are rude, racist and homophobic. And to make it worse no one cares. This place has really gone downhill.

Decided to come back due to the price point and it was even worse than last time. I’ve been waiting about 10 min for a preorder when I’m the only one in the waiting area. When I ask how much longer it’s going to be the girl at the desk laughs and says she forgot to tell them there’s a preorder here. But there were plenty of budtenders just hanging out at the desk. This is a mess.

I bought a cartridge and the mouthpiece popped off. I called to see what I can do and the girl helping me instead of helping me told me to google the company that makes it and to not carry it in my pocket. She then lectured me on how this ‘shouldn’t happen’ (obviously!) and that was that. I would suggest skipping this place and trying somewhere else.

This place is a scam. They sold me product I was assured would work for my pen but it's not compatible with the battery I currently have. When I called was told I'd have to buy a new one 'when they have them in'. When I asked for a manager then I was hung up on. They sold me something I can't use, want me to buy a new item due to their mistake and hang up on their customers. This place is a joke. I wouldn’t shop here again.
