Not a single mask on an employee. No enforcement of the 6 feet rule. They also have an issue entering the incorrect allotment amounts. The guy really tried to tell me that a 100mg of eddibles is a gram. there are 1000mg in a gram. I should have stopped going there when they tried to get greedy and take advantage of patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Stems stems and more stems , then the bud tender says what’s wrong with that ? Sorry but I don’t like tiny specks of weed on a toothpick I WOULD NOT recommend going here . IMHO they’re selling scraps at premium

You guys take away your deals when people need your deals the most , how sad that you resort to squeezing every last penny out of your customers, GO TO MINT, they kept their deals , goes to show how you dont care about patients or community, I hope the extra dollars you make is worth losing customers foe good. ***MINT HAS DEALS *** not a good look nirvana , hopefully you correct this.

worst place ever will nerve be back. Ftp specials changed to bogo 50 percent off because of the virus??? you guys haven't lost a dint during this. so what hardship are you taking about. then called to speak to a manager was told their busy but i just left and the store was empty. Worst place ever hope you go out of business.

I am absolutely appalled at the lack of care fore medical patients I use theses things and medicine to be able to function and to just lump everyone together with all the other Yahoo’s who only wanna use this for fun is completely in acceptable.

Nirvana is literally the only Dispensary in AZ that makes Veterans and Medical patience wait with recreational. You would not even exist with out your Medical patients paving the way for your existence with our revenue and loyalty to the medicine. Very disappointing, not to mention your freedom to smoke wouldn’t exist without Veterans. I’m in pain or I wouldn’t even have waited over 45 minutes to get helped. Pretty sad and definitely disappointing!!! Recreational vets high for fun. We the injured and veterans depend on the medicine for our healing!!! I will not come back!!!

Look at those prices go! As a 3x weekly customer, Will be getting my flower elsewhere from now on. Also, the reward program sucks. Spend $1000, get $10.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my last visit and because of this I will NEVER spend a dime at ANY Nirvana center. This sucks because I liked this location. 2 days ago I went in for a cart deal but all stock was sold. I ended up buying 2 get 1 deal of "Pharm" carts. The budtender seemed to make a point of telling me to keep my receipt in case one of the carts were defective I could bring it back. Of course I end up with a bad cart. I bring it back WITH my receipt but since I didn't save the packaging they wouldn't HONOR what the budtender told me. The receipt says you have so many days. I came back 2 days later..... WHY would a company be so trivial to LOSE a customer over maybe $15???? I am utterly DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I'm a medical patient I've spent a lot of money in this place and yesterday 4/20 was the worst standing outside for almost two hours while watching more recreational going in then medical very disappointing services and may never shop here again!!!

I placed an online order, never received a confirmation. Went to pick it up three hours after I ordered...Only to be told they were out of what I ordered. I thought online orders were supposed to be pre-packed not packed when the person gets there. They were apologetic, but apologies are not a substitute for doing your job properly. So because Nirvana Center Tempe does not seem to care about the quality of their work. I will no longer support them in any way...get your SH*T Together!

don't you love it when you wait a week to go take advantage of a special deal. you wake up early and pre-order everything so it doesn't sell out before you get there. you get a confirmation text yep we got your order ready and waiting. you get in your car drive for 20 mins get to the store and wait what is this you are telling me you messed up filling my order and I don't get the special I've been waiting a week for. well if you do love it this is the store for you buddy.

Employees have ZERO knowledge of deals and store information. Was also extremely shorted on concentrates. I purchased two individual grams of wax. After weighing each of them, one was .23 grams, the other was .11 Both of those were labeled as 1.0 grams. Do NOT buy wax from them unless you have a scale to weigh it yourself. They are skimping their products

Online orders are inaccurate. Make sure you have your order handy when arriving as they will surely mess it up. Even after double checking I received the daily special, the budtender confirmed ‘Yes’. Then I reviewed my receipt in the car and I did not get the correct quantity/item and ended up paying more for less weed. Don’t expect an apology only long wait times while they figure things out. Also, don’t expect a refund when they overcharge you. Manager said she would ’take care of me’ and then walked away 2x without giving me money back I was overcharged and the budtender just gave me a blank stare as he couldn’t comprehend simple math in front of him. Been a customer for over a year but sadly Won’t be going back as this isn’t the first time I received wrong products ordered online. Too many other dispensaries in the area with MUCH BETTER rewards program and staff.

I’ve been shopping here for about 2 years now and never have I been so disappointed. Staff used to be friendly and smile even knew my name and super accommodating. now every time I go in I get snippy and rude people who don’t even look me in the eye, unwilling or unable to answer my questions, and just flat out rude in general. Never one to be a Karen but my most recent visit had me wanting to ask to speak to a manager. Sad.

Terrible service and can’t accommodate Unfortunate circumstances when it comes to customers. Used to love the Nirvana location that used to accompany this building. The company cookies is definitely ruin the location and convenience will go out of my way not to ever come here again again.

No doubt they have kind and caring staff and I’ve spent over 3000$ here but there have been too many f-ups I’ve had mistakes on giving me 2 grams of wax when I ordered one I walked into nirvana and had a phone order they asked for my name and not even my med card I got home and it wasn’t my name they allotted someone else and gave me a receipt with the wrong patent name and there home brand wax lotus has been getting worse and worse over time 6 months ago if you would have asked me what dispensary was my favorite I would’ve told you Nirvana Center unfortunately now it’s just not the same I DO NOT RECOMMEND NIRVANA CENTER AT ALL
