Cookies - Tempe

I've been waiting a while to post this review because I wanted to make sure I tried everything I bought during our visit. I was really excited to re-try Arizona Cookies Flower since their last failed attempt with Harvest. And there is an improvement in flower quality. But still, not great. In fact, terrible. I purchased the strains Laughing Gas, Apples and Bananas, Pilon, Parts Unknown, and AMF. All Mids. Terpeneless, Dry, Flower. Basically just junk flower with a high profile brand name attached to it. I would not recommend anyone spending top dollar on this stuff. Alien Labs and Grow Sciences are a much much much better bang for your buck, I honestly don't understand how Berner allows his brand to be run into the ground here in AZ. Anyone who knows anything about Craft Cannabis would call this out as poor managment of Top Tier strains.

The employees are garbage at helping you when you first walk in. They rather have conversations between themselves first then deal with you second. Their recommendations are garbage never had anyone there recommend a solid product they have ZERO knowledge. Crappy dispo low quality employees

They have deals and specials on their site but when you go, they tell you there’s errors on the site and they do not honor it. Waste of time and money.

Love this place! Forrest was super helpful.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS LOCATION WAS THE WORSE !! They are so unorganized with the lines !! The associate that assisted me took WAY LONGER then it should’ve for a pu order, didn’t acknowledge that i was a first timer , DEF NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Always have a really good experience here! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. My favorite dispensary in the valley!

Carts always have issues! Bud tenders forget to add freebies in the bag and they are consistently out of all the sale flower.

I work in Tempe, considering my schedule, this location seems the most convenient this week usually I go to the one in Phoenix. I wanted to call ahead to make sure they still had product available that i wanted BUT no answer. I called yesterday and nothing. Called today, still no answer, I haven't even stepped foot onto this location and already it's a terrible experience- the other locations still answer their phone even if they are busy. 👎🏼👎🏼

I've had the worst experience with their product (1/2 oz flower for $60) and their lack of interest and "I just wanna make a buck" attitude is really awful! I've already smoked 2 bowls back-to-back of this stuff and nothing. I was higher straight than I am now - which has put me in a really bad mood and pissed me off. I've been an mj smoker for 40+ yrs and this is by far in the top 3 of my worst experiences. The stuff out of my dog's ass is probably better than this! It appears that the quality of product is decreasing while the slaves bow to the almighty dollar and to hell with us folks who really do need this for medicinal purposes, such as myself. Shame on them for gouging a senior on a fixed income! Guess I'm on the hunt for a new dispensary, any suggestions?

First of all they buy reviews with flower. Worst dispensary chain. Management only cares about profits. Not about people. Disorganized and slow. Caught them multiple times lying about the THC percentage on their website. Having people place orders and then pick up flower of a significant lower quality than advertised. I tried to bring it up to their management and they blacklisted me from this location, because I was trying to make other customers aware. Stay away and don’t trust them. I wasn’t even gonna leave this review, but months later someone else just informed me that it’s been happening to them too. Not that I would want you to ever visit this place again. The parking lot IS A TERRIBLE MESS! It makes me not want to come more than anything. They only have one great budtender, and it’s constantly too packed to even go in, because it’s the only dispensary in this area. My worst dispensary visits have been here. Also, the security guards are rude and useless.

Shopped here before was a cluster even worse now, they make you fill out the same forms over and over again online for ordering and it never works. They never send verification codes. Then they talk to you like you are the stupid one. I’d rather walk 90 miles elsewhere and have the experience be easy then drive 2 mins here

Pick up line was terrible. One register with a line down the whole complex. Standing outside in the heat for over 30 min for an online order was terrible. People fighting in the parking lot over parking spaces. It was better when it was Nirvana.

Probably the worst dispensary I've ever been to... staff is terribly rude and entitled. They sold me a MOLDY half ounce and wouldn't exchange it. Good deals but that's about it. Get extremely high before you go because the staff all is and that's the only way you'll be able to handle it.

I love the service I receive every time I visit this location. Richard assisted me this morning. He provided great customer service and was very kind!! Also, last week I met Momma Carrie and she was the so wonderful to talk to! 10/10 recommended 🧡

Disliked everything about this place in the back of my mind I was almost thinking I was in a prank bun sadly no everything everyone is saying is true Open on day and they became the worst dispensary in Arizona,,, and that’s a lot of you’ve ever been to Yilo or the one on McDowell and 32nd

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service anytime you call. Placed an online order over $400 dollars and it’s been a few hours ago nothing picked or says ready for check out. Front desk lady says “just come” pickup prompt on the call the lady told me “we’ll get to it when we get to it” um what type of customer service is this. If you can’t keep up with demand maybe have a hiring event and coach to basic customer service skills

Was really excited to try this place, but they post specials that aren't actually available at 10am. I called and the lady was rude to me when I asked about the specials. Your medical customers have kept you in business, so don't act like we're an annoyance now.

Both your website and text say a cartridge brand (Sweet Carts) is bogo today. I order 6 of them you say they are ready for pickup. I get there and am told that was a mistake these aren't bogo. 3rd time this has happened. I feel like it's a bait and switch to get me in there and say now I owe double because the bogo isn't valid. You literally just sent me a text advertising this bogoright after I got back home after cancelling my order. You could have messaged me or called me ahead of time and said it was mistake instead of saying it's ready and springing it on me when I get there. Annoyed.

Super bummed about my first experience with ordering for pick-up here. I placed a pretty large order around 4PM yesterday, and wasn't notified it was ready until 9:30PM- 30 minutes before they closed. Apparently they "forgot" to notify me my order was ready. This morning when I called to see if I could still pick up my order I was told that pick-up orders not picked up the day ordered will be returned to stock. That makes sense, but how could I be expected to pick up an order at 9:30, FIVE HOURS after I'd originally ordered it. The order is showing as completed/picked-up here, another thing I think is weird because I didn't actually pick it up. I'd still recommend this dispensary if you're going in to order, the people are cool, but I personally won't be going back.

budtender was a robot. she seemed either stoned out her mind and got the awkward silence or just not very happy. either way it's how Nirvana runs the deals that makes this a low review. 2 ND time in and no inventory to run the BOGO special for me and it can't be saved? the point of coming is because you enticed me with an offer that I can't even use? didn't wanna try and argue and just let it be. doubt I'll travel back just for 10$ off and a chance of not having anything in stock lol

This being my first time to this location, not my first time being in a dispensary. The atmosphere was nice it had arcade games to play while you were waiting. The location itself and the wide variety of goodies was amazing. I came with knowledge knowing what I wanted. But one thing that bothered me was the hospitality. The way I was being treated while looking for what I came for was very rude. Not welcoming more so like get what you want and hurry and leave next customer! You guys had tons of more options of edibles and goodies that I didn’t get to see because I felt rushed and like I was a nuisance to your job. That being said I’ll try a second time. Hoping for a better experience.
