Where’s all the bomb bud gone? This place has gone wayyy down hill since recreational began.

what has happened to your Gelato? strain of the year 2018 and CONSISTENTLY delicious and powerful until about 6-8 months ago. Now I sometimes don't even recognize the buds that I'm buying. Something has changed. I always advise my bud tender of my concerns. I've been a loyal HWC costumer since discovering Gelato almost 2 years ago and I rarely buy anything else so I am very familiar with this strain. Tight nuggets..fruity flavor..strong buzz. None of which I've experienced lately. I do keep coming back to HWC hopeful that they'll correct the problem but I continue to be disappointed with the Gelato....PLEASE FIND OUT WHAT'S WRONG AND TAKE THE PROPER STEPS TO CORRECT IT. Thank you.

I've been a customer since you opened. I still have the old VIP card & only purchase from HWC. Today I ordered online around 10am came to pick up at about 1:30pm and not a single parking place to pickup(what a waste). Also the wait once inside is to long for those of us in pain to suffer in those hard chairs for more than half an hour. Real talk

Man I have only heard good things about this place so I was pumped to go and get my 1st time visit BOGO. Went on a BOGO cart day so it was packed. They told me I could use my 1st time patient special on the carts but then when I check my receipt they screwed me out of my 1st time patient deal. BOGO...buy one get one free...I bought 3 and should got 3 free. They gave me my two BOGO specials and then on that third BOGO they used my 1st time patient BOGO instead! So they use my 1st time patient BOGO to give me something free that WAS ALREADY FREE. Brought it up with a "supervisor" and they said it is how it is. I would've used my 1st time patient speacial on flower if I knew that. Guess this will be my 1st and last time at HWC.

every time im here its always at least an hr wait! sorry upon checkin you should be realistic with your times. I wont be back. People that have checked in after me have gone before me. good weed but not worth this wait.

Quality always on point but sailing out of your ounce deals before 10 mins after opening time is what’s getting me to go to other places now

Chris Noor is such a humble and awesome bud tender always looking out for the customer!!! I’m happy too see that he cares so much about the customers!! I can’t wait too come back!!!

The Deals on Monday??? $100 oz, today 5/25/20 I attempted to purchase your special. But there was NO name on the oz special in the deals. So I didn't know which strain it was. I searched and couldn't find anything. Then I get the text message at 8:11 about the deals and the name of the special oz. Now come on. You guys know that we have to order right at 8 to get the special. Super sad....... :(

Incompetent. Waited over an hour while people arriving later were served ahead of me, really a frustrating experience.

Absolutely the worst dispensary in all of PHX!!! Low quality flower, and they can't seam to figure out every other dispensary is going back to normal, explane how it takes 2 hours to fill a small Leafly order and then you still have to wait in a line of 50+ people even though the sign next to them says Leafly orders skip the line, absolutely rediculos and so not worth my almost 3 hour wait for 3 grams of wax

At least 10 times I have chosen HWC over other dispos. This is my first time having issues here. Aaron G. was the bud tender, I thought the cartridges that I got were under the BOGO but they weren't and Aaron was extremely condescending towards me. Instead of taking the opportunity to educate me on the right products under the sale, it would have been appreciated if he could have helped me out in understanding the products but he chose to be rude and very unhelpful. Very disappointed with my experience at HWC.

Quality bud amazing prices amazing staff. Just make sure you request to have any budtender except Mark T. He's the gorilla looking guy. With a huge attitude. Send this man back to sensitivity training. He has to shave too looking like he came out of 27th Ave n Indian school. Please evaluate this employee.thanks

Wait times Are long even if you order online and have a pickup order. Employees (receptionists) don’t seem to care about patients extremely dismissive and seem bothered when you ask questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Not worth the free eighth. Hv had better Reggie then the Gorrilla glue #1. 20-25$ grams!!!! If it was super kill that would be one thing but this some dry not well grown imitation of good bud. Don't be fooled.

Best flower in the area

I went in for the Vapen gummies, which seem to be the only ones that work well for me. I was told they no longer have, and they were rebranded into Revive, but they are the same. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME!!! They are like eating rubber as the texture and the 2 flavors I got don't taste good at all. They DO NOT work the same! Also, get the Vapen chocolate bars, and those will be fond too! So annoying that anytime they have a good or even decent product or flower, then it's gone. I have been going here since it opened, and the quality, the customer service, the atmosphere, and the management have gone way downhill. it's disappointing!

Terrible customer service I called to ask about the birthday deal and was informed that you have all month to redeem it so I go in and get told it’s all month after the date of your birthday. The managers did absolutely nothing to help fix the issue and just said we have talked to the employee. Like that does anything for the gas I wasted and the time I wasted cause your employees don’t know their own deals. Could have just sent me with a preroll or a 4.99 dollar gram but no instead leave me with nothing.

I love this place. It's the best in town hands down!

I wish this place was closer to my house. Decent meds with a decent price. Being a brand new shop. I can understand the poor harvest and I don't mind. At least their meds don't look like shwag. I think this place has great potential.

"We have the best quality....blah blah blah." It was decent at best. Hearing the pretentious crap fly out of their mouths was very entertaining. It's a plant buddy, calm down. I must admit it was adorably listening to them brag about the "quality" for 10 minutes. Thanks for the free 8th ;)
