There is no rhyme or reason to where people are placed in line. I had an online order with a medical card. The lady in charge of the line just placed a guy in front of me in line. When I asked why he was placed there he said, “I believe it’s because I’m medical and online.” I showed him (a customer) my medical ID and he said that I should still be in front of him since we were in the same boat and I showed up first. Placed an online order to save some time. When I was heading to the dispensary I received a message that they no longer do online orders over $40. No biggie since it’s Sunday so I waited in line. Finish my transaction and saw an advertisement on a tv in the sale area stating a free pre-roll with a $50+ purchase. Made a $70+ purchase and was told that I did not qualify and that it was changed to $100. Then why is it clearly advertised behind their head that I get a free pre roll at $50?
