This was the only budtender that shares the same taste in flower as me I've been recommended flowers that ended up being headache weed for sure but not this time even tho I ordered the gmo he recommended my actual favorite which is bagel gmo is my 2nd. I was in and out really quick

this used to be my go to for the bombest flower but now everything tastes nasty and is super weak . where's the tahoe diesel , serpentine, snake eyes, ice cream cake ? all the fire fire . my last purchase was purple punch I regret it its not good . smells like Reggie

the weed used to be great now everytime I get diamond tier of my favorite strains its garbage . garanimals and ice cream cake by Catalina hills botanical is garbage and over priced im literally stuck with the entire jar of some stuff I cant and won't smoke it tastes like tobacco smh step up your game jars you used to be amazing . your staff is always friendly just your products are nasty . ice cream cake is supposed to have a specific smooth taste to it with purple buds I literally didn't get that .

Quality is like no other , amazing. But service has gotten ridiculous they are very unorganized at the check in spot we got skipped by 10 ppl who came in after us i was sitting there and heard when they checked in. Honestly get a better system or more organized employees . If my dispensary was packed and i had 5 to 6 employees sitting around talking for 2 hours instead of budtending id be pissed and make sure it changes . You are still my favorite place but geeze 2 hours is too long to wait cramped with 30 plus people .

I love it but this time I was supposed to get a free gram for my birthday the bud tender Travis m even knew and still charged me for the gram I asked if it was supposed to be so much and he said taxes I look at my recipt and he indeed charged me for it kind of disappointed I thought I was getting hooked up and realized I got over charged
