I usually love coming to this place, but I tried to place an online order and it was cancelled because it didn’t meet the minimum. When I tried to explain to the girl checking me in that I didn’t know about the order minimum, someone else rudely informed me that the information was on the website. Um, okay, well excuse me for not reading everything on the website every single time I place an order. I’ve had no problems previously when placing orders under $40, but I guess I’ll have to analyze everything online every single time I want to order something. I verified with the super friendly bud tender that this IS a new policy, and I didn’t exactly see anything online stating that they only accept online orders over $40, so there was literally no reason for the person to be rude to me.

Wanted to give this place one last try, but quickly remembered why I decided to write these guys off. Put in an order for pickup (med patient), huge line, people standing around, and I couldn’t go in to grab my Leafly order. They actually close at 9:20 but there’s no indicator of this til you walk up. I had more than enough time to run in, grab my stuff, pay, and walk out. They said the second person in line was going to be the last one in, but then why were there still at least ten people standing behind them? I guess Rec users mean more to Curaleaf than med patients. This is the closest dispensary to where I live but the BS that just happened along with their hit and miss quality that leans much more towards miss... I’ll just be making more of a trip to save myself the headache.
