Living in Maricopa, we recently went through places not delivering or having dispesnaires in Maricopa so hearing this place is opening makes things easier because you guys are the closest dispesnary to the city so I thought i'd give this a try. I really liked it here. The bud is great, the people were really nice, the first patient deals are awesome and the 2 things I love the most is that you aren't secluded by a wall in the waiting room and you have no form to sign for your first patient. You can just walk right in! And I love that so much. It's something i've wanted in a dispensary the past 2+ years i've had a med card but never thought i'd see it. Keep it up you guys!

This place is fantastic. I honestly can't remember the last time I went anywhere else in AZ. The team works hard with you to find the exact item you might be searching for that day. They are super friendly and will remember you. The prices are the same as, if not better than, other places that carry lower quality products. You get cashback on every single purchase - it adds up quickly. It's also nice that the prices include tax - there is no guessing on your total. I can't say enough positive things about the staff. They genuinely care about their patients. To the people that had a bad experience at this dispensary, give them another chance - you won't regret it!

Went there this morning looking for a specific strain of shatter. Checked their online site and it was available then. I would have ordered online before I went but I wanted to be there when they opened since I was in a hurry. I asked 2 different reps there for it. They both stated they did not have it and the bud tender stated he didn't remember ever having it. What a wasted trip. It is still available on their website to order it.

Visiting The Territory for the first time was the single worst dispensary visit I've ever had. Although I left with a smile, impressed with their elegant, inviting environs and the beautiful, fragrant buds I just paid top dollar for, that smile was quickly wiped from my face the moment I looked at what I had been given and realized I had been the victim of the bait-and-switch scam. They gave me a $75 quarter of low-grade shake, not the frosty, well-manicured nuggets on display. With so much competition in the industry, with so much better pot available and at a better price to boot, spare yourself the grief of getting burned and avoid The Territory. What The Territory sold me for $75, I could've gotten for around $15 at my primary dispensary, Metro Meds. To be fair, I will say that the other quarter I got was excellent and met my expectations, hence the two stars. Same for the employees, cool people all. Not their fault mgmt. is out to burn people--hence the two stars. Folks, spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. Places like this need to be pushed out of the industry.

Super high prices. They advertise in Cannapages but it's still not much of a discount, even with a coupon. Why would I pay $50 for an eighth when I can get one that's just as good of quality for $25 a block away? Everytime I get lured in here I remember why I avoid the place. Literally every other dispensary in Chandler has above 20% THC flower for $20-25 an eighth everyday.

Seriously the best dispensary. Customer satisfaction is key. I’ve had a few issues with their Leafly menu not being accurate but they made it right for me twice in a row. Great management and the staff is awesome. I really have no complaints except I wish I lived closer! Worth the trek! Shout out to Meeks and the GM for making my day.

Visited for the first time earlier and was very impressed! Great setup where you browse at your own pace, good quality product, friendly service, and good rewards/discounts! I like how all the flower is tested for potency and the grower of the flower/harvest date is labeled. Will likely be back despite living quite far away.

The office is really nice and well laid out. The employees are knowledgeable and very helpful.

I found this place via Leafly map search while shopping in the area. Sign up is quick and easy, open floor is nice!! Service is good, purchased BOGO True Vape, strawberry cough and fruit punch. Both have good taste and desired affect. The vape was in a quality C-cell cartridge that does make a difference. MARICOPA residents must check this location out for special discount. This looks to be my new regular place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I went to territory last week a couple days after I got my card. You could say I’m a novice but I had up to 3 very knowledgeable and friendly staff members helping me make decisions on what to buy during my first time at a dispensary. Most notably, my budtender, Ever, ended up taking very good care of me and helped me figure out a new patient and returning patient deal that worked for me. I would highly recommend him (& his colleagues,) as they don’t push ONLY what works for them like another experience i had since then. I was really happy that he offered the Stickie Lickie lollypops because they ended up working perfectly and now I’m exploring more edibles. I’m excited to go back. The ‘ambiance’ here is very professional yet laidback and customer focused. I was impressed!

Awesome! Okay I just wanna give some serious kudos to their customer service... Super friendly.. I came in today for only the 2nd time... It was a month ago that I came in... The original chic that helped me actually remembered me... That's pretty cool... I have tried their Pineapple Chunk, Arnold Palmer and Jesus OG... I've yet to be dissapointed... Awesome job!!!
