Staff was awesome, store was chill, flower looked top tier but looks are deceiving. I received the FTP bogo, I got 4 different "top shelf" strains and 3 of 4 tasted like HAY! "cookie fam sherbert" by Hi Klas (Taste straight like hay) "lemon OG" by TMR (smells and taste like hay) "Punch breath" by Hi Klas(pretty ok, hints of hay) "Blueberry OG" by Shango(the only legit flower) Super unsatisfied with these products, I highly recommended avoiding " Hi Klas" if your a flower connoisseur.

Went in just because it was by my house, was skipped 3 times them told receptionist she said i would be in next and then skipped again let her know. She was so clueless I just ended up leaving.

This is my second choice in the area due to the lack of good fresh flower choices and deals. Some day dispensaries will figure out if the samples out suck, so does the flower, because the sample delivery method doesn’t allow the patient any way to truly get an idea of what they might want. Plus a bud tender I had there sucked at his customer service skills - #fail

I'd find this location convenient and for the most part can be fairly quick to be in and out. However recently I had a visit and I have purchased the high class 5 pack pre-roll. when I return home it seemed like only two of the three roles were grams I had three of them that were not even a half grams worth.

So i’ve been going to this location, the original, since it’s opened. i’m pretty sure i have the most points in there system out of anyone just by going there the last 2.5 or so years and not spending them. This was my favorite dispensary for a loong time, not because they always had the best prices, but because everyone there was great. Then they opened up a new place, and the OGs moved over and it wasn’t too bad at first. Then they opened a third and stopped including taxes in their price while maintaining the same price (giving them a sweet 8% more profit per item). Basically they turned into another Harvest/Cura where corporate profits outweigh their medicinal patients needs. Once again corporate greed and capitalism win again over, once again, their MEDICINAL patients needs. good game guys you played it well hope your ceo gets that mercedes soon

I went there for the first time today at 9:40 since they have their hours listed as opening at 9 everywhere. I was greeted by someone telling me that pickup orders arent ready until 10, since mine wasn't a pickup I asked when they open and with the rudest tone of voice he just said 10 and shut the door on me.

web order medical patient made me wait in line behind 10 other med patients to only get inside to wait longer because "theres only 1 girls filling orders" and "she cant fill orders and cash people out at the same time" I've been waiting 30 mins for a scheduled web order pickup. why would any one bother prepaying online to wait in line to receive your meds? why am I waiting for all of the other in store customers ? I passed two dispensories on the way

There’s a lobby full of people and one customer in the back that keeps talking to all the budtenders so they stop what they doing to talk to her. One bud tender is available for a patient but still talking with that customer

I’ve been going to Territory in Ahwatukee since they opened. The quality of product has gone down hill immensely. The customer service is awful. The majority of the staff working there treats it like a recreational market as opposed to a medical market. I am a young adult and I have a chronic illness. I was recently at territory and bought some concentrate from AZ nature’s. I was unable to open the product when I got home because of the was they packaged it. I understand Territory didn’t make the product but they have chosen to sell it a medical dispensary. The manager Mike told me he had just opened the same product and had no trouble I proceeded to ask him if he had rheumatoid arthritis and he said no. I then asked why him being able to open said product was relevant. He told me it was not an inconvenience. I had spent $50 on medicine I was unable to use due to packaging. Major inconvenience. I will never be returning to Territory because of this experience and because the horrible people skills the manager Mike has.

I came in and was immediately greeted by a very nice lady. I was immediately taken to explore many of the options at this dispensary as this was my first time at one. Devin was very informative about the product, and everyone in the store was incredibly friendly and the conversation was great :).

Really nice store, you can't judge this place from the parking lot. Super cool employees, you can tell they are thrilled to be there. I am very satisfied with the 4 strains I picked up 👌👌🔥🔥 Concentrate looked bomb, I know I'll be back 🤙

Shouts out to Adam real cool dude the shop set up is awesome u can go check out there flower and products before even being called so it’s no hassle once they call u very fast friendly staff as well best shop I’ve been to yet the flower is very good the fax is wonderful

Wow the Rude Boi....is probably the secret best strain they have. I shit you not I pack 1 bowl and I struggle to finish it. I am heavy smoker and this hits.

Visited for the first time earlier and was very impressed! Great setup where you browse at your own pace, good quality product, friendly service, and good rewards/discounts! I like how all the flower is tested for potency and the grower of the flower/harvest date is labeled. Will likely be back despite living quite far away.

Living in Maricopa, we recently went through places not delivering or having dispesnaires in Maricopa so hearing this place is opening makes things easier because you guys are the closest dispesnary to the city so I thought i'd give this a try. I really liked it here. The bud is great, the people were really nice, the first patient deals are awesome and the 2 things I love the most is that you aren't secluded by a wall in the waiting room and you have no form to sign for your first patient. You can just walk right in! And I love that so much. It's something i've wanted in a dispensary the past 2+ years i've had a med card but never thought i'd see it. Keep it up you guys!
