This is my go to dispensary!! Everyone is SO helpful, it's easy to find what you need and if you're not sure what you need they are more than happy to help figure it out.
The sales and coupons are fantastic and online ordering was fast and easy.
My bud tender was great and I have no complaints towards her, however, there were several older patients outside who were struggling to place an order online due to age or disability. I helped a couple of them before I got called in. They had attempted to ask a gentleman who was calling patients in, if he could help them or walk them through the process of making an order because they’ve never used Leafly before and he didn’t seem interested in providing them with support. There wasn’t anyone outside to provide assistance at all. During this scary and crazy time, we should be especially aware of the needs and vulnerabilities of our elders and our disabled. Am pretty disappointed.
The quality of flowers are very good. Most flowers have thc and cbd’s percentages are labeled on display signs in front of flowers. The top tier flowers are $200-$300+
Well?, I'm a senior citizen, and I don't understand how they call it stacking?, when I pay full price to get the extra quarter oz. I spend more. And today I got hit with not being able to use my discount?. I'm spending the 150.00?. And Are you guys adding tax, now?. I paid over 10.00 in taxes?. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I've been a good customer for a while now. But I don't see how we seniors don't get our discounts?. That ain't stacking. We earned the title. We live on disability too. Not regular social security. An income of 780.00 a month. What's going on with the bud tenders?. They are people who ain't smokers or try the stuff?. I was disappointed to pay that much?, and my weed is dry. I bought top shelf. I'm very unhappy for the things going on. You guys need to pay attention?.
I like Territory but lately with COVID-19 they haven't made it easy to order from them. I understand it's a tricky situation but I really would have thought they would be more active in taking measures for patients. Yes, the curbside pick-up is wonderful! But ANSWER YOUR DAMN PHONE! What about patients that don't have a computer to order off of? Think they can call and put in an order? WRONG! All Territory locations refuse to answer their phones and when they do they immediately bully you off. With this virus there are only 2 ways to order. How am I supposed to know which flower would be best for me if I can't even ask? How do I know you have a product in when you don't update the menu? This is MEDICINE! It's the small things building up that are gradually losing me as a customer as well as a huge population of older patients. Get your s*** together, Territory. Come on. I really like you guys too, please step it up on the phones especially.
