Territory was one of the first dispensaries I ever visited and from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. All the staff are awesome and very knowledgeable about everything weed related. Not to mention the consistent deals that seem to beat every other dispensary. Overall great dispensary and I will be going for a long time.
GM is incredibly rude. I placed an online order and was told it was ready an hour before I arrived. Whalen I arrived everyone was standing randomly, no line, so I ask what's going on and no other customer knows. So GM mike comes in and out to collect cards but he doesn't collect mine and collects others except me. He then starts to help someone who hasn't even placed an order yet when mines been done for an hour. When I asked what is going on my order is ready and I still have my card. He don't feel the need to explain it to me and told me he "didn't need to talk to me" when I was confused and frustrated on how the order he was calling people during the corona virus outbreak. Then when I ask to speak with him again when inside and let him know what I thought the problem was in the lack of communication is and his response is "you can leave or you can get your stuff". Ridiculous. Never wanted a problem just wanted to clear the air in what I was frustrated about but he didn't care at all. Can't believe I gave you guys my money when you don't value a customer AT ALL. Then when I try to complain to someone about the GM, everyone tells me he's untouchable???? Couldn't believe it
They did a great job dealing with this corona stuff and are the most fluid dispensary I’ve visited with this all happening so far. A lot of places have cancelled deals and made it more expensive while territory Is keeping up with the good prices and deals. Your customers see and appreciate this and are so much more likely to give buisness after this all settles, I know I am.
This was my first time at this location and I will never be going back and the reason for this is when I used my first time patient discount I had purchased up to a quarter of flower of there Nectar Farms peanut butter strain which is considered there top shelf strain but then only received 2grams of there Mohave Kush mints af 9 strain when I should have received a quarter for my FTP. So after I got home and opened my bag and realized the lady didn’t give me the correct amount I called and could not get through so eventually I had to leave a voice message since it was past 7pm due to the covid19 hrs and still no return call back and thus this dispensary never picks up there phones even when you have questions about your order. As for the flower it’s good quality but as for there customer service it’s terrible because when I confirmed with her what I ordered she confirmed that I everything was counted for which it was not. But lesson learned next time I’ll ask to check for myself before paying or leaving but most of I’ll stick with just using the Mesa location on McKellips because at least they answer there phones and answer all your questions and concerns.

Great experience. Although I’m not to particularly fond of using a third-party to order my medication. The in-store process was great. Always a good experience at the territory in Chandler. I’d recommend
