This is the place to go!!! They have very friendly staff that know exactly what would work best for you and answer any questions you have without a problem. Never disappointed by the variety and quality of the products. Also, they always have great deals. I definitely recomend Midwest Compassion no doubt!

The bud tenders are very friendly and helpful. Everything is pre packaged so you cannot see it before you buy it. You order from the same menu as you see on their website. There were 2 other patients in before me but I had no wait and got right in. The products are great quality, i just wish they had more pictures of each thing since you cant see it in person before you buy it. They did give a very informative welcome pack with some great information on different forms of cannabis and different consumption methods and information.

I have been a patient at MCC for just over a month, and the service and selection is outstanding. An upbeat, friendly staff has given me guidance each time I've been in, takes time to review what's on sale, what products are new without being pushy towards any particular grower. Will be sticking with MCC for a long time!

Fantastic dispensary. All the employees I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to order online is a huge plus. The website is very easy to navigate and offers more information on the strains then several other dispensary websites I have visited. They have a rewards program that allows you to get some cash back on your purchases which is great. When it comes to products they have a good selection. The menu is always changing and within the few months I have been going I have been able to try a wide array of strains from several cultivators. It's located within an industrial area and doesn't draw any attention. I feel comfortable going there and don't see myself switching dispensaries anytime soon.

It's a little hard to spot but easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I had specific questions about what problems I wanted addressed ( I have MS, so you never know which symptom you're going to wake up to.) Bill was great at explaining and understanding what I was talking about. I love the fact that there are CBD topicals available. The fact that you can treat your pain and not be impaired is a wonderful thing!

I appreciate the customer service that is given everytime I come in to pick up my order. It's great they offer online ordering for quick pick up.

I usually have a great experience but on 4/20, I placed an online order and also wanted to add to it once I was in the store. The cashier that helped me didnt seem like he wanted to help. I asked for an item that's listed on the website and instead of checking, he just shook his head and loudly said..."we dont have anything like that here." I told him it's listed online and he said they don't usually carry those items. Frowny face. I've purchased them before from there so I know this to be untrue. What concerns me is, as a medical customer, he didn't even try to suggestive sell me something comparable. I felt like he didnt want to help me or understand what I wanted or needed. Today, the items in question are still listed on the website but I can't order online or to add to my cart.

Everyone is wonderful! I am older needing medical marijuana and was kind of freaked out at this whole thing. They have always made every visit special.
