Security not helpful, I mean they had me standing outside without even asking if I was medical. The entry and lobby is small but that’s cool I guess. They don’t have a rewards program which is the worst part

The associates are AWESOME!!! medical menu is better time is better. Feels like home again😀

Organized so medical goes in before recreational which is by appointment. Like the order ahead and pickup service. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Top notch patient service on the medical side . I never have to spen a lot of time waiting in line , the bud tenders are knowledgable and if the person your working with dosent have an answer to your questuons they will find some one who does .

This is probably the 50th time ive been to this location and Today I was greeted by a New Employee Named Taylor. I was looking for Cbd mostly and she was super patient with me as I asked many questions and she was very kind and helpful! I cant say enough how awesome this location is as they had a mixup with my order and gave a no charge for Cbd Oil! YOU GUYS MADE MY DAY! Taylor,El, Nia, and Mister were so kind and helpful through the process and made me want to always shop here. Thank you guys so much!

I have been a patient at MCC for just over a month, and the service and selection is outstanding. An upbeat, friendly staff has given me guidance each time I've been in, takes time to review what's on sale, what products are new without being pushy towards any particular grower. I placed an on- line order, I am medical. Everything was ready when I got there! Check out was a breeze and the staff are great! Wish this virus wasn’t going around, I usually have more interaction with the staff discussing some products and hearing their suggestions, but I just wanted to get in and get out quickly!

Midwest Compassion Center is a must visit. The staff are all friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE, which is a big thing for me. There really is no waiting room with patients all staring into space. You walk in and get the feeling of being in a Colorado dispensary, only in Illinois. I am so happy to tell people about MCC because they help me out so much. Thanks MCC!

I just went to Midwest Compassion my first time, and it was great. They are very helpful, very friendly, and have many great deals. I plan on staying with them.
