Midwest Compassion Center has been my only dispensary since becoming a medical patient here in IL. The location is perfect, very secluded but right off a major road so it’s easily accessible. The inside has two large TVs showcasing the full menu of products for patients. The staff are super friendly and I have never had any issues. The product quality is always top shelf, I’ve never had anything disappoint me. They even have a rewards program to earn points towards products. Overall a great dispensary with excellent service.

I placed an on- line order, I am medical. Everything was ready when I got there! Check out was a breeze and the staff are great! Wish this virus wasn’t going around, I usually have more interaction with the staff discussing some products and hearing their suggestions, but I just wanted to get in and get out quickly!

From security, to greeters, to consultants... TOP NOTCH! Never been disappointed!

Everyone that works here is great and super helpful . the store is nice and clean and with everything going on at the moment they have been super careful . My only issue I have ever had is leafly not having the correct price on the site, happened a few times . but they still get 5 stars

I find everyone friendly. This is the closest location to me. I do feel some customer rewards loyalty program would be nice considering the amount of money I spend there. I can get 5% in rewards rebates at many other dispensarys in the area. It may be a big decision going forward to pick another medical cannabis provider that has a loyalty program.

Good variety of products and fast, friendly service. I just wish VL Romeoville had curbside pickup for medical and a rewards program.

They are always flowing people through without waiting on Medical pickups. So much better than other dispensaries. Tried the rest but always come right back to Romeoville where I am treated like family.

Fantastic dispensary. All the employees I have interacted with have been extremely friendly and helpful. Being able to order online is a huge plus. The website is very easy to navigate and offers more information on the strains then several other dispensary websites I have visited. They have a rewards program that allows you to get some cash back on your purchases which is great. When it comes to products they have a good selection. The menu is always changing and within the few months I have been going I have been able to try a wide array of strains from several cultivators. It's located within an industrial area and doesn't draw any attention. I feel comfortable going there and don't see myself switching dispensaries anytime soon.

The crew over at MCC are the best in the business! In addition to excellent store features, such as online ordering and several avenues to earn credits towards product, the quality of service and the products themselves really stand out. Top-shelf offerings from Cresco, Ataraxia, Revolution, Grassroots, and others are extremely well stocked. Nearly-live online inventory allows you to know that you’ll get what you want upon arrival. The physical setting of the dispensary is quaint, comfortable, and refined, although a little tricky to find, as it’s tucked well away in an industrial complex. They also integrate technology into their information and ordering system, allowing customers to see large, high-resolution photos and product descriptions before making their choice in store. If you’re not a technology person, have no fear! This is the area where MCC really shines...customer service. Not only are the staff genuinely engaging and mindful of their patients, they are outstanding when it comes to their knowledge of the medical science of cannabis. Truly, I was pleased with the overall quality of my previous dispensary, but MCC offered hours that better matched my schedule and online ordering. Since making the switch, I now understand how professional a dispensary really can be. Simply put, I LOVE MCC and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-shelf products and top-shelf service.

I bought 28 grams of Matter on sale and the entire bag is small buds. Nothing in the advertising tells you that the bag is smalls. Every other dispensary will tell you that you are buying smalls. Shame on you verilife. It's pretty deceitful. Daytime staff is way better than night time. I will be taking my business to an honest dispensary.
