Verilife - Romeoville (Medical Only)

I love going to the Midwest Compassion Center! The employees there are all super friendly and caring. Fred has so much knowledge and Andrew and Danny will make you feel welcome. They also have the best selection and deals! I will definitely stay a loyal patient and keep coming back.

I switched to Verilife a few months ago. I wish I had done that a couple of years ago rather than just using the dispensary closest to me. Verilife has a nice selection of live resins, which is mostly what I buy. I usually use their online ordering system, which usually lets me get in and out in under 10 minutes. Now I want all those hours I wasted sitting around at my own dispensary back...

I am totally new to this. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome & a smile. Bill spent a half an hour explaining things & helping me make my choices. His knowledge & compassion made me feel at ease. I could not have asked for a better experience then that. I highly recommend this dispensary

This was my third visit today and I couldn't be happier with their service and selection. Took advantage of their daily special and spent time speaking with their staff about new products for my condition.

I love this place not my first time it's my 4th time and everybody is always on point and the vibe is always homely. All of the employees are very informational on all products I enjoy coming in this place because no matter what their service is always the same and we come and part ways with smiles great job midwest compassion😎😎😎

To anyone new, I highly recommend you properly dress for the cold. You’ll be in line for a bit. I was outside for least 30 minutes, which was fine for me with the a good hat and coat. But I don’t think I can say the same for some of the less-bundled folks around me. I doubt you’ll be in line for an hour or longer but it really pays to be prepared. Other than that. It’s a good store. Quick, easy, and the lines —while long— are moving faster than you think.

I have my medical card and was treated like royalty! Front parking, no wait, welcomed but several associates, doors held open. In and out very fast! Great people!

Overall the experience was great.

I had my first experience at Verilife - Romeoville and a dispensary in general a few weeks ago. They made the entire process seamless and easy. I called to ask some questions before, and they took the extra step to make sure my card was active in their system before I drove there. While there, they gave me great recommendations based on what I was looking for. They answer every question, and they want to get you what’s the best for you. There staff is very knowledge. I thought I knew a lot before I went in, and in all reality, I knew very little. I’m looking forward to them teaching me more!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Have to put that first because customer service means something and the staff here are nothing short of amazing. The products are amazing. I've tried just about everything and havent really had a complaint. When they told me "it's good but doesn't last as long" i literally had that experience. When they say "more for pain" that's what they mean and I couldn't ask for more.

I’m a new med patient, and I appreciate the care and service I receive. I’m able to speed through the line, and have never had to wait long, even when recreational users are waiting hours. I would like to see a more broad range of products.

I was in and out fairly quickly and even got hooked up on some free joints for a mere 5 minute wait while my order was being double checked in the back. 10/10 would recommend. Friendly staff as well!

Very kind staff, I’m a medical patient and All patients rev and medical are treated well. They pass out menus to look over and somebody helps get your order ready before you get to the cashier. *remember to bring cash*

Love this location! I’m a caregiver for my mother who has Alzheimer’s. Every employee there has been very patient, and very helpful with information on the best products and strains for Alzheimer’s

great store with great quality, line isn’t too bad but could definitely use a little better management. also not a smart business move to open at 4 on weekdays, a lot of people can’t make those hours. also a very poor decision in winter, when the lines are already freezing, because 4 is when it starts getting dark.

If the recreational menu currently posted on their website is correct, it’s different that the medical menu in terms of flower. And in my opinion, not in a positive way, especially since it’s been so difficult to get a decent selection....remember when they had no flower for a week? I’d encourage other medical patients at this location to look for themselves and compare the two. Not suggesting medical should have more options than recreational, merely that they offer the same options to everyone.
