Dan and the guys here are AWESOME! I have been going here since before they opened to get to know them and with a friend of mine to get her meds until my daughters card and my caretaker card came. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly...a great place to call your home dispensary!!!
Fast. No waiting. I ordered online and when I went in to pick up the menu was updated. I was immediately able to swap out my order for a new item. Seamless! In and out in a minute. Great experience.
great dispencery, always greet you by name and have the best products available. very knowledgeable about products and willing to give info whenever asked. only thing i can think of that could improve is a wider selection on glass pipes in varying price margins, the high price tag of the pipes makes them visually appealing but steers you away with the prices. the flower is always fresh and stored properly. i had 1 batch that was bad and got a refund no questions asked, but since that one i have had a+ products. all together a great dispencery
The staff at this location are very friendly I have a social anxiety disorder so the fact that I can order online makes things very convenient for me as well as the helpful staff that are very patient with their patients.
Menu options for medical patients have decreased considerably since recreational use began. I know this is not the fault of this dispensary directly, but everyone said medical patients would be a priority. It doesn't seem that this is the case. This needs to improve. Other than that, the staff is knowledgeable and hardworking.....they deserve an A+
Need to have a medical customer incentive program like before when we were Midwest Compassion Center.....Also, as you know, your competitors like EarthMed and Zen Leaf offer said “rewards/loyalty” programs. Aside from this, I am highly satisfied mainly due to both Tom and Katie! 👊🏽

Allowing any customers without masks , in such a small space , shows incredible disregard for employees and other medical customers ..
curbside delivery for medical patients is a must for safety , and everyone inside the building should have a mask on to protect everyone else.
show some respect for those of us that may be more vulnerable !!!
The visit was overall a great experience. The only thing I wish is they had curbside for medical and had a rewards program in place. Other than that the staff and products were amazing and I will definitely be returning.
I never have a problem... staff is always courteous and very helpful.... wish I could tip them for their service.... it goes a long way on both ends.... and in the end the customer, employee, and employer are happy!!! Don’t understand this company policy!!!
