I was so nervous the first time I went to MCC but they put me at ease. They answered all my questions very patiently. I feel much more confident in my selections because of the knowledgeable staff.
My first visit to MCC was a great experience. The staff was warm, welcoming, and quite knowledgeable about everything involved with medicinal marijuana. Online ordering has been exceptionally easy and the selection is very broad. Only complaint, and it is very minor, is that parking is limited- especially on weekends.
Great people, great place! I’d have given 5 stars across the board if they had more inventory but I also know most dispensaries are experiencing shortages. I agree with other poster about possibly offering larger quantities-again that’s everywhere and not specific to this dispensary. They have it down to a science with medical vs recreational though and my wait time and cost is much better than my previous dispensary.
I was also given more product info in my first two mins here than what was provided in four years at my old dispensary. Very happy I switched!!
People need to understand that the reason marijuana is now legally recreational is because of the medical patients. I am 100% happy that everybody gets to get the best marijuana legally now. I think that they are doing a excellent job getting recreational patients in and out as fast as possible. I think the Romeoville Police are going a excellent job keeping the outside in order. I have been going to the Romeoville location for many years. They are better than any other Dispensary in DuPage County as far as freshest product, pricing (which is too high everywhere). Most of all they are respectful. That means even though its a business. They care about their product and customer service. Their employees are the nicest in business. I have been to the others others in DuPage County. Finally found them and I now drive from Naperville to go there. Just be careful what you wish for. When you say F this place and give bad reviews. Cant be about the product. Enjoy the fact everyone can now enjoy to legally get right.
I usually have a great experience but on 4/20, I placed an online order and also wanted to add to it once I was in the store. The cashier that helped me didnt seem like he wanted to help. I asked for an item that's listed on the website and instead of checking, he just shook his head and loudly said..."we dont have anything like that here." I told him it's listed online and he said they don't usually carry those items. Frowny face. I've purchased them before from there so I know this to be untrue.
What concerns me is, as a medical customer, he didn't even try to suggestive sell me something comparable. I felt like he didnt want to help me or understand what I wanted or needed.
Today, the items in question are still listed on the website but I can't order online or to add to my cart.
Top notch patient service on the medical side . I never have to spen a lot of time waiting in line , the bud tenders are knowledgable and if the person your working with dosent have an answer to your questuons they will find some one who does .
Staff was very friendly, totally following the state guidelines to keep us safe. Very informative and awesome that you can use order online for pickup if you have a medical license. They have security working parking lot to help everyone out. First time coming and will come back again.
The staff at this location are wonderful. Always very professional but extremely friendly. They have their act together, it is always a quick enjoyable experience.
