Verilife - Romeoville (Medical Only)

A little weird to get to but the location itself is fine. Great deals, products and service.

These guys rock... I've been coming for about a year, and even after a move farther away, I still come to *these* folks. One specific person to point out would be Christopher. I had gotten "stuck" in terms of product and where to go next. Christopher took the time to ask what I like, how I wanna get there, and what kind of time frame did I prefer. He _nailed_ it. Again, all the folks are awesome, enjoy your time with them!

After placing my order on for instore pickup they responded right away that my order was ready. However when I got there they were taking recreational customers before medical. I had to wait then once brought in the back I still had to wait. Let me remind you this is for a preplaced order. It ended up taking about 20 minutes. Ordering ahead did me of no use at this location.

I felt much safer because of the new rules to see 1 patient in the space at a time. Wish they would consider a drive up

Everyone is wonderful! I am older needing medical marijuana and was kind of freaked out at this whole thing. They have always made every visit special.

I really like how the lay out of the inside was coordinated and how the overall "vibe" eases your initial fears of shopping in a fairly new industry. Not overwhelming w/ information as to not scare off new, maybe older first time cannabis users. The help was very friendly and courteous. Amber R did a great job and was helpful. However being that this was my 1st time shopping @ verilife and was supposed to receive a 15% discount, which would've saved me a total of $146, and didn't receive it. I did however receive a disability discount which helped a little. I contacted them in hopes they'll honor the 1st time discount recently and haven't gotten a response back yet. Hopefully, today during my 2nd visit they'll honor their offer. We'll see!

Security not helpful, I mean they had me standing outside without even asking if I was medical. The entry and lobby is small but that’s cool I guess. They don’t have a rewards program which is the worst part

I just cannot say enough great things about the staff and service at MCC! Andrew and Fred are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable guys I have met. I really like that they have different specials running all the time and the variety is top notch. Customer Service is far beyond superior they truly go out of their way for all customers.

This is my 2nd dispensary I've been to. It was a nice environment with an awesome staff. They were very helpful and chill. First time patients get a special, which you should take advantage of. This is now my new go to dispensary.

A nice, reliable dispensary with friendly staff and frequent specials. Open every day of the week, even if it's for limited hours. Online ordering is nice for when you just want to run in and pick up your order without waiting in line to order what you want. Would be nicer if product availability for online orders (which have a required pick-up time of 24 hours or less), though. Variety of selection is good.

I appreciate the customer service that is given everytime I come in to pick up my order. It's great they offer online ordering for quick pick up.

This location is convenient for me. I started with them when they were under another name. I left for a while when they turn both recreational and medical and decided to return. As a medical patient Dan had never steered me wrong yet. However I feel they need to add a second window for medical patients. However I’ve been back several times since being Verilife and for the most part I’ve been happy.

Organized so medical goes in before recreational which is by appointment. Like the order ahead and pickup service. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
