Did not get the new patient deal because they failed to mention they where a Harvest Dispo and didn’t put a disclaimer as well so wasted time and had going across town to get an order I could have had filled down the rd

First time coming and though it was crowded due to 420 I was still helped with full attention.

Very nice location, futuristic atmosphere with time machine simulator located right in front of store. Nice aesthetics to say the least, now on to the real reason a person would go to a dispensary. Their flower is DRY, bitter and unappetizing and that all four different strains that I tried from their store. When I call to complain about the dryness and how not fresh their products were, they simply stated well it is a plant. Bottom line if you want good fresh flower, go some where else.

I won't be back here. Your ads that you email to your patients, are not being specific when sent. You ask for plastic containers but aren't specific. Although you have ok service. You should email or send out detailed information before people waste gas to come to your establishment.

I hope the quality is good because the service sucks, literally the blonde haired woman with the half ponytail cares more about her phone & what her buddy bud tender says than the packed lobby lol First & last visit to this place It is nice tho

Really great selection and staff. everyone was super patient and kind from the first phone call to the person who checked me out. One of the joints I purchased smelled and tasted cheap to me but that may have been the strain (Tangerine)

They do not honor deals and they lie as much as they can about it, the place is cheap over all, you have to read their chicken scratch handwriting in a notebook to see what they have and even then the percentages are way off. 25percebt thc filled with seeds.. harvest really messed this place up

My first time here was actually my first time ever in a dispensary, and I must say after now going to several different dispensaries throughout the valley, Urban Greenhouse was by far the most professional and best dispensary I have been to yet. Now having experience with several other places, I know that this will always be my go to place for quality medicine

First I have to say I had a great experience, the staff was really positive and everyone had a smile on their face. When I had come to this facility I had purchased some Chemdawg and Skywalker Shatter. They were more than "top shelf" quality, it was just simply amazing. The highs were different in their own and the quality was outstanding. I was iffy about pricing, especially since I little more out near Goodyear but it was really worth it. I'll be returning soon for another great visit.

Got my BOGO FTP here after not coning here for over 2yrs.. However was almost ready to walk out as me and two other FTP came in together and one of em walked out for them not sellin flower grams(btw thats a first i heard that) and i waited for my "OG" budtender help his coworkers multiple times wich is ok i a degree... He had five mins of my time wasted because he clouldnt find out my accct that was bring used to give me the FTP deal..the lady wt reception had fed me misinfo and i was already headed into this exp with disinformation and a long wait time(even tho i was being helped immediately) so when the budtender finally told me i COULD use my FTP deal and that I COULD use it on the BOGO 8th i wanted he told me to step on down thlo the end where the selection of flower was...he did not have any information on he strain even tho all he had to do was pull down the jar and read em.. then he walked away and another budtender told me "excuse me you need to move i am with a patient"...i walked back down and told MY budtender Jeff "well i wasnt rdy and yall just rushed me." Lastly hr continued to make me wait because he was helping the coworker beside him...Cynthia thankully was seeing this and made the comment"here help him kus hes...ya" i replied with "thank you i like how you come in and handle eveything"(they knew i was already frustrated for being told misinfo and was just trying to get my stuff and go)...the products they have seem like excellent stuff but if you dont know what you want...they seem to not wanna help you dig deep and find what suits you as a patient...thats why i rate this 4.5 quality and 1 service. Hopefully they change the walmart customer service feel to this place and showcase their bud again!

Horrible customer service

Out of RSO AGAIN! They are out of this medication people are using to treat cancer. They act like they have no idea that it is a popular item and they should NEVER run out if they had any kind of inventory control. It's a regular occurrence when they don't order before they run out. Terrible for medical patients with one of the highest prices in AZ brought to you by Harvest, Inc. So glad I got to use my points before they took them away like everything else of value to patients. I found RSO at another dispensary and it's even better than Harvest. I used to spend about $250-300 a month at this place, no more, I won't be back.

My favorite! Consistent good green always. I like to try new places for deals but Urban is my go to at least twice a week. Never have to worry about the quality. 😊 The new waiting area is beautiful and the staff is totally legit.

The flowers definitely aren't the best in town, but the concentrates are on point and really well priced. The peanut butter extreme brownie is worth a trip alone, 13 bucks for at least two large sized doses, and its easily the best medible Ive ever eaten. Everybody was really nice and helpful!
