I am surprised anyone with a medical card still shops here after they did away with their 20% discount for medical patients. No senior discount, no medical discount, no vet discount, actually no discounts anymore. Oh yes, out of the great kindness of their hearts, they do give you a 1/2 gram preroll on your birthday. Just another big corporation making big money at the expense of their customers.

Out of RSO AGAIN! They are out of this medication people are using to treat cancer. They act like they have no idea that it is a popular item and they should NEVER run out if they had any kind of inventory control. It's a regular occurrence when they don't order before they run out. Terrible for medical patients with one of the highest prices in AZ brought to you by Harvest, Inc. So glad I got to use my points before they took them away like everything else of value to patients. I found RSO at another dispensary and it's even better than Harvest. I used to spend about $250-300 a month at this place, no more, I won't be back.

Picked up 1/4 at Herbal Wellness in NPhx yesterday. It exceeding dry, so dry I really don’t need to use my grinder. All I have to do is press down on a bud and it crumbles. With the dryness the taste is harsh on the throat with little identifiable tastes. At 24+% I would love to have gotten this when it was fresh and not all dried out. A relaxing high it produces is enjoyable and if it weren’t for the harshness I’d give it 4 stars because it did quiet down my aching back.

Just in on Tuesday for my second time visit. The second time visit is supposed to give you 25% off. The problem is they only had one sativa flower for their new customer for this price. I had to buy a lesser quality 1/8 just to get a a non-sativa flower. They had their chance but they blew it with no inventory for new customers and I won’t be back.

Was just in and I am dismayed they don’t have any of their signature award winning strains and haven’t had for 3-4 months. I wonder what is going on? I want them to bring back Herbal Wellness’ : SnakeEyes, Gelato and Serpentine instead of over priced Tru-Med flowers. The staff are really friendly and I had a great personal experience with that visit.

I did not know they were advertising on their Leafly page, deals buy an 1/8th and get one free on your first visit to this location. So I bought 4 eights and didn’t get any for free. Perhaps the bud tenders don’t know the sales on their Leafly page. I will always look before I order next time. Disappointing when I spend so much money at their dispensaries.
