This is an update from a previous review that regarded the caviar being under weight and having seeds. I went into the store today for my second time and told the budtender about the caviar. She immediately brought out the manager who was so apologetic and willing to do whatever it took to make it right. I told him it's okay, maybe caviar isn't for me. I said I wasn't here to get free stuff. He insisted and hooked me up. I felt he went above and beyond to make me feel that my concern was indeed legitimate. The flowers looked great as usual and this visit I decided to try shatter for my first time. The budtender was incredibly helpful and taught me step by step how to use the pen and what to look for when purchasing shatter. Her help and time wad immensely helpful for this concentrated noob. I realized on Thursdays I do pass 3 dispensaries. I do not feel I need to try any other ones other than Urban. The buds are great, the price is right and the service is top notch. Thanks again.

Great Dispensary!

I loved this place. The selection was a bit limited but that is because they home grow everything. The product itself was fantastic with the hugest nugs I've ever seen. Looks absolutely AMAZING. Employees were very friendly and eager to help. Instead of splitting up nugs to be perfectly an eight, they just give you the whole nug and you donate just for the eigtht. This meant that I pretty much got an entire 3 grams absolutely free when I bought my 1/4th (on top of the free eigth and gram they gave me for being a new customer). Best experience ever and I loved loved loved it. The only thing I didn't like was that the employees behind the class had to speak through a microphone that had difficulty figuring out whether or not it could work :P

gr8 Meds! gr8 People! gr8 Service!

Went here for my first time a couple days ago. I just got my card about a month ago and this was my third dispensary I've been to. I wasn't very impressed with the previous two I had been to. One had minimal selection and the other had weak concentrates and the staff wasn't very friendly or helpful. It was like night and day going into Urban Greenhouse! I didn't know what to expect in that area of town but it exceeded my expectations! The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. At the previous places I felt uncomfortable. Here I felt like I was hanging out with people I knew. I live kind of far from this location but I will definitely be back!

The first time I came by, I was picking up some oil cartridges before a vacation. Because it was my first time they let me know that they grow all their own medicine and gave me a free gram. Unfortunately, I did not have that great of an experience with the cartridges; however, the flower that they gave me was awesome! I just went back for my first time since to take advantage of the BOGO eighths...I officially LOVE this dispensary! The flower is fantastic, i hear the caviar is grand (i have yet to try it though), the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the inside is set up very nicely. The general area is not that great; but, they have a security guard posted up right outside which does make me feel much safer. Overall, I will be back..for sure!(:

Don't bother. ALWAYS out of stock on basic items. They don't update their menu (even in the store). Get to the counter after ordering and "we're out of that". Happens every time I go here. I like Pura cartridges but if your not going to keep stock then why bother.

Where to begin? Urban Greenhouse has saved my life, with the help of medical marijuana. The atmosphere is out of this world, I almost feel safer there than in my own own. The bud tenders are all very unique and approachable... Nothing but the best here friends. I will go to this dispensary until the day it closes. Thanks for all you do UGAZ!!!

This is seriously my favorite place in Phoenix. I visit this dispensary so much that the staff is familiar with my name and order!!! They are always so professional and helpful. I always recommend this place to everyone I know!!!!

Urban was one of the first dispensaries that I went to and it has been one of my favorites ever since. The vibes are awesome. And the flower is even better.

I always find it worth the drive in from the far West Valley. I've never been disappointed with any of the meds that I've gotten. I highly recommend the Sour D, GSC and Blue Widow. Bonus: the staff is always super friendly!
