Not only did security/check-in ignore a message patient with a preorder and had other folks go in front of me; once I got inside to a bud tender, (Cashier 49789) got my preorder wrong. Not only did he charge me for another dosido ($41) when I already ordered a qtr. I asked for a 8th of OG pie ($29). Buddy didn’t want to look for a 8th of similar cost of what I ordered. He said they didn’t have any other strains with that cost but another customer RIGHT BESIDE me was a walk in and ordered a $21 3.5! I’m pissed but can only be mad at myself for not just walking out. Last time shopping here.

Bought Some Tropic Fire, Alien Cookie, & Purple Punch. My tender was very knowledgeable and recommend the Alien Cookie which is 💨💨⛽🔥. I have high tolerance, and recommend all strains at once. provided a great high too. I appreciated the environment inside the location too.

I won't be back here. Your ads that you email to your patients, are not being specific when sent. You ask for plastic containers but aren't specific. Although you have ok service. You should email or send out detailed information before people waste gas to come to your establishment.

I came to pickup a pre-order and was greeted by Lizzy I. I asked if my military discount was applied and she responded with attitude as if I did something wrong. I'm cool on shopping here again. My second visit.

I submitted an order before closing. 9:29. I had to come in a place an order. 4th visit and veteran discount. went with an 8th of gelato. not only was I not given my full discount, I was rushed and just disappointed. I don't even want my 5th visit anymore.
