Getting rid of the express line for online orders... Was the absolutely dumbest thing you could have done. You clearly don't care about the med patients anymore.

Tru med has amazing product and is one of the best dispensary’s in the valley, it just sucks they can’t figure out how to run lines smoothly. It doesn’t make any sense to have to wait 30 plus minutes for an online order. When asking why they got rid of the express window none of the employees have a real answer either. Its getting ridiculous having to wait so long when my order is already ready in a bag. Just call my name and hand it out the window 🙄🙄

No more online ordering! If I can’t hold my order before driving two hours, then what’s the point of bothering with TruMed ever again? Oh well!

Not sure about the customer service, seems like they take priority in customers first before anyone else and small confusing parking space.

every1 is right trumed has been slippin for a long time now and theres no good flower ever these days. i spend 100s of dollars every month on weed and its getting harder 2 find good flower now that trumed is just like the rest. i dont think ill come back cuz if your gonna spend a ton of money on just ok weed then just go somewhere else becuz your gonna git more for the same price and git better deals. it depressing cuz most weed in az is worse than the stuff i was buying off the street before the medical progrm started it seems like every1 is going backwards. if someone wanted to come in and just grow killer cali level flower they would mop the floor with the az scene and trumed too. i hope they can turn it around cuz until then im out

Deliver order are constantly being changed because they run out of the product .... deliver are being cancelled due to dispensary taking on to much cliental putting recreational before medical

Great location. They have gone down hill for sure in the quality of the leaf! It is garbage and not worth the price they have you pay. I recently got the Valley Girl. That the bud tender told me was the best ever. It was completely garbage huge nasty gross tasting nugs defiantly not 30% THC it’s not medicine and will -%100 make you feel sick. Disappointed and disgusted with them. Feeling ripped off horribly. What a joke.

Tried some of their sauce and usually it's pretty good but I got some of this super glue stuff and it is horrible! The dab tastes like fireworks almost like a burned match!! That's at super low temps too I can't imagine what a hot dab would be like! Idk what kind of terp that is but doesn't seem right....

we all know the free pre roll reviews to be completely honest their product overpriced. only good for the first time patient special and they won't stop texting you ever! plenty of cheaper competition with better quality

Prices going thru the roof. Used to pay $100.00 for a quad. Now they want me to cut off a couple fingers and $114.00 while I’m at it too. Dagger!! Put your patients first!! Don’t forget about them. ESP your Loyal patients. C’mon starting to go to GS more and more and more.

Cool place but over priced and try selling their own product and act original when really they have nothing special. Bought their vape pen they sell in house and again a place pushing a product that is mediocre. good for edibles i guess but over priced.

Ask for a indica they sell me a 50 dollar sativa and lie saying its super strong got home. It was copper state farm. Trumed need to smack them sleves with the low budget weed yall selling for high prices. Yall will never get me back in there unless gall selling grow science.....not yall weed

Service is always good, but the flower is just not that great these days. Tropicana Banana is not very good (several seeds in it!) to put it nicely and I paid the highest price on the market for it. I don't make a lot of money due to disability, now I'm totally screwed for at least a week or two cause I can't get anything else from another dispensary. I regret trusting Trumed this one last time, and count me out until they figure out their problems. Because other reviewers are asking, Grow Sciences is straight up better these days with their flower, Tru-Infusion (Nature's Wonder house flower) is equal if not better lately with their best strains, and Potent Planet if you can get it in the Phoenix metro are all fantastic substitutes that I've tried and are cheaper than Trumed, sometimes substantially so especially once you get up to the ounce level. It's a sad day, but I can definitely say the Trumed I thought I knew is officially dead. Hope it was worth putting all your eggs in one basket with putting Drip in all other dispensaries and abandoning your own customers.

TRU|MID is all hype at this point look around it’s stores with the same quality out here for half the price no way I’ll pay 57 for a trumid 8th with no terps and Hardly any dank smell when I can get cookies for 65 alien labs and connected for 70 weigh your options this place has tru potential but at the prices I can’t buy meds that don’t actually medicate step your grow game up at this point your no better than grown4 who you guys sale for promo flower and don’t want us to know shame on you don’t want to promote other brands but sale there product monopoly I see because you trumid is on the same level as your promo trash 🗑

You guys are always 5 star people but the flower situation is dire. Are you opening up more grow rooms hopefully. Do you need investors to open up more. It seems like the only prudent solution since you have the best grow in the state the product will obviously move. Hot me up if you want investors. Let's do this.

When it's in stock, and when you get one of their better strains, Trumed's own flower is the best in the state. Lately (a month) they've had almost zero of their own flower, and when I stopped in yesterday they had now flower AT ALL. Like not a single strain on the shelf. Couldn't buy any flower if you wanted to unless it was a preroll. I want to shop here so bad, Trumed, but the lack of availability is a huge problem to someone that lives an hour away. Gonna have to start exploring other options until there's Trumed flower stocked consistently. And by that I mean on the shelf 95%+ of the time. I can't afford to burn two hours both ways to go there and get nothing, I like to ask questions and look at the flower before I buy it. The other flower they buy from other growers is the same as many other dispensaries and is cheaper at most of them. I love you Trumed, I really do, but it's almost impossible to do business with you the last half a year to a year. I'm rooting for you to figure it out. Maybe triple your grow size?
