I really enjoy The quality of Medication here .With that being said it's very hard to not feel taken Addvantage of by the Cost Definitely way overpriced. It's unfortunate when you find something that works for you and end up Having to go back pharmaceuticals Because it's just not in your budget ..It makes one wonder what your intentions Really are ?Help people who need the medication ? Or help your pockets expand ? At 1st when the medical marijuana program Was starting out it was understandable .Now that some time Has passed and you are a well established dispensary Why not Show your appreciation to the people who really Made you Without the patience your brand does not exist ...

Holy moly... are you serious $420 an ounce?!?!... when people can’t even afford to pay their rent or mortgage, that is absolutely absurd and uncalled for!!! I can’t justify ever stepping foot in this place either and spending $420 on an ounce, when used to smoke about 4 ounces a month. I think I’ll stop smoking at this point! I’m just besides myself... like WTF come on Tru Meds we got mad love for you, but to raise the price to $420 an ounce is just unjust and unfair and clearly not showing your customers much love!
Quality will always be there with TruMed, and I understand a price increase but no price breaks after a quarter is absolutely absurd. What are you thinking exactly?

I enjoying coming to this review section every few days since the price hike to watch everyone berate you. Karma is great and y’all got a bunch coming your way. Sounds like the owner is the OG cornball; taking the time out of their day to block people on a social media platform is comical.

This place should rename itself "tru greed". They just raised their prices 30+percent on halfs and ozs. The owners now want $456 for an oz even after telling us for the past year that they are expanding operations. So you expand to produce more product and then decide to price gouge for it? Are you forgetting this is MEDICAL cannabis and that people already paid good money to even get the card. You guys need to stop feeling entitled to peoples money. No cannabis on this planet should be priced 456 for an oz especially medical.

I’m writing this because I hope tru med starts being about the patient and not the money. The outrageous prices going up is not a way to keep loyal customers. I calculate I used to spend $10,000 or more a year at your location. Since no weekly deals on concentrates I calculate I buy from you once a month if not every two months. I’m not paying a ridiculous price on flower so never again to buy flower till old prices are back and I’m strictly concentrates so not having any deal days for 2 months of diamond sauce or thca makes me say nope. This is a pandemic and you think that is a great way to take care of patients who may have a terrible condition they need it for. I will not being going back till deals or prices come back to normal
How could you raise your prices during a pandemic? Senior citizens like me on a fixed income cannot afford ridiculous increases like this! 33% increase on ounces is outrageous! Is this a joke? Looks like you're following big Pharma with your greedy antics!

Way overpriced. No offer of much of any discount, good sales, no way I would pay this much for all strains.

Tru-med has always been greedy, but this last price increase is the last straw. Maybe it's time we start standing out front with signs shaming the owners for gouging patients, including many VETERANS they pretend to give a crap about. BOYCOTT THESE GREEDY HOGS.
They only have a couple strains that even sell now. That Sherb, Gelato, and Tropicana Banana etc have all been sitting on the shelf collecting dust for over a month lol. Their quality is a joke now. I feel bad for people who dont know any better who purchase grossly overpriced old meds here that nobody else wanted. You guys need to come back to reality. Your weed isnt worth then insane prices you've slapped your patients in the faces with.

Your owner isn't very professional and quality isn't worth the crazy high price. won't be back
September 18, 2020
meds are not that good for those crazy prices. forget u trumed the rest of us have moved on to better!
Since they raised the prices 30% on a oz they should have plenty of stock now. Since you can't figure out how to keep it on the shelf just raise the prices good motto.
If you feel like waiting over an hour outside in the heat as medical patient this is the place for you..... so stupid. EXPEDITE MEDICAL PATIENTS!!!!

It's a great place to look at but the service is pretty bad. I was being rushed out of there as a new patient and they made it seem like I was a bother to them when I asked to see their top shelf flower.
and don't get me started on the quality. I bought GDP and Clementine and it was by far the worst flower I have purchased at a dispensary!! the buds were full of shake and dry. not a pleasant smoke at all. will not be returning!

Tru-mids is absolutely right. Trumed has been having serious problems for maybe a year now. Their house flower is impossible to get unless you pre-order online the minute you're able to, which is 30 minutes before the store is open by the way. NOT COOL WITH THAT AT ALL, pre-orders should start when the doors open. You're just screwing people who want to check out what they're buying before they spend hundreds of dollars on it, and are willing to wait in line UP TO AN HOUR BEFORE THE DOORS OPEN.
I'll tell you a quick story. One time recently I showed up about 45 minutes before the doors opened so I was the first in line, waited in line while watching leafly to see how thing were going, and when I got inside right at opening as the first customer in the store that day the flower that I wanted was already gone except for like a handful of eights that I was really fortunate to get. It was literally impossible that day for any customer without a pre-order to get their best strain (one of only a few) for the entire day after like the first five customers. That means you would have had to wait 20-30 minutes in person first thing in the morning to get the scraps of what's left that day. There is no planet in this known universe in which that is acceptable, I'm sorry.
I don't care how good the flower is, I'm done with Trumed and Drip. I almost feel personally insulted as a longtime extremely loyal patient for over five years that has brought probably 50-60 regular weekly customers to Trumed over that time. They are clearly not running a competent business as it stands in terms of customer service/quality of product and I will no longer be spending a single dollar unless they convince me that they have earned my support back. You need to almost always have your top shelf flower for sale, otherwise what are you even doing as a dispensary? Seriously? That's like showing up to Disneyland only to have half of their main attractions closed...but hey you can watch a parade and eat a churro! That'll be 100 dollars please. Do you see the point I'm trying to make here?
Get it together guys. Even your Drip concentrates have been starting to get worse over the last little while. Grow more, hire better growers, I don't know. Do something. Please.

Holy crap, your flower is good but not 450$ after tax good. Guess it’s back to the other companies.
September 18, 2020
Budtenders are honestly trash, and charging 420 pretax for flower is robbery.... you’re supposed to be helping patients not helping your pockets

what happened to one of the best dispensaries in the valley? Flower quality is WAAAAY down and prices are WAAAAY up. was this cured properly? doesn't seem like it. The real smokers know?!? lmfao..nah, real smokers know when they're being ripped off...new age smokers get finessed because its easy to do it to you 😆
So you guys said you increased flower price so that there was more flower available for patients because demand was too high, now you are doing flower rec sales feb first?? Can you please explain/ give some more details on this? Cause this sounds pretty wack to me.

Bud tinder recommended Cold Snap so I try it... its garbage. How can some shitty weed cost 228 for a half oz. Trumed you suck your over priced and there is always a long line.

I refuse to pay the new prices but came in for the 90 dollar quarter's. It was just ok nothing like the quality it used to be and certainly not for these prices. I think the problem with the flower that I picked up was that it was too fresh package listed harvest date 9/12 and I purchased on 9/25 there's no way you can properly dry and cure flower that quickly. I always hear the person that runs the social media page say it wont make it on the shelf unless it's done properly and that is a straight up lie. Clearly you are going downhill fast if you've read the reviews. I hope you guys figure it out and get back to pumping out the quality that everybody says good things about
I'm admittedly a bit of a flower snob, but this allows me to judge every grower by the most stringent of standards. Been smoking for 15 years so while I'm not a necessarily an industry expert it's safe to say I've been around the block (and world) smoking cannabis. Trumed for several years was the king of the mountain when it comes to quality, consistency, and potency in both their concentrates and flower here in the AZ market, but the last maybe 1.5 years or so has been a slow decline into the "abyss". I'm not sure exactly what happened, but things have reached a point where I tried four of their top shelf strains purchased from a colleague in the last 48 hours and all of them were average per relative quality in Arizona- absolutely nothing to write home about. What in the world happened to this place? I feel so bad for the customer-facing employees because they clearly work hard, and well, and don't deserve the hate they're having to deal with. I will try this place again maybe a year from now but until then I can get significantly higher quality products (especially flower) for less money at several other places. I wish it didn't have to be this way, and I wish you guys well and hope you succeed, but realize that if you continue down this path you will fall to the median permanently at best, and fail outright at worst.
Ah! Yeah, I'm really really bothered by these prices. I also survive on a fixed income, that barely covers necessities as it is let alone any "luxuries". I've sacrificed EVERYTHING, even food some days, just to afford your flower. I've been completely loyal, never caused headaches. I'm hurt, to be honest. I do not understand the logic or reasoning that makes this bit excessive price increase. Your product is phenomenal, but at some point, it will be unattainable to many who truly depend on your unmatched quality. I know that an owner drives a Tesla......... I'm usually not one to judge, to each their own, but if you guys really think this is fair to the countless LOYAL patients who helped you afford that Tesla and all the other fruits I'm sure the Trumed tree has beared, then I hope reality hits you hard at some point and you wake up because I honestly don't know how long I can live like I have to just do I can afford half the amount I actually NEED to feel better.........but like everyone already knows, the quality does not exist ANYWHERE else sooo I'm stuck and powerless. Woohoo! Maybe you will revisit this decision for us, the people you are in the business of helping WITHOUT the very harmful side effects (like opiates). Yet, these financial sides are harmful in their own rite, while the physical effects of being unable to medicate at the level that works for my issues, without having to take a very long tolerance break, are no walk in the park either.
