Placed an online medical order on a Thursday afternoon. Get the text that the order is ready. Fifteen minute wait to sign in. Additional 30 minute wait to pick up an order that is packed and ready to go. Why bother to order online or, in fact, even come here again? There are plenty of competitors who can get an order in my hands in less than ten minutes total.

Larry is very rude and has no concept of true customer service! Referring to black men as “Brother” and “Homie” is unprofessional. Quality is great but Larry needs a lesson in Customer Experience.

I came on a busy night after placing an online order. When I went to check in, the guard tried to say something to me but I could not understand. He then said “did you not f**** hear what I just said?” I have never felt more uncomfortable by someone. I did nothing wrong and I was cussed at by a guard. I don’t even wanna come back because of this. This used to be my fave place but you clearly let the guards do whatever they want.

Tru med is a business and they will show you how good they are at it. The only difference between TruMed and a trap spot is the branding. It’s PAINFULLY apparent that the employees don’t care about you. (Tonight, the whole waiting room watched an overwhelmed employee hurriedly shut a patient’s service animals head in the security door. ) TruMed used to be a place for patients, now it’s a “pre-roll” and cheap weed bodega. They are a place that makes money off weed. Plain and fucking simple. Don’t expect compassion, conversation or ANY sort of product knowledge. Imagine if the smoke shop down the street sold weed.

I love drip but hate coming to your location know for a fact I'll be waiting 30-40min everytime even when your online order ready and have cash ready still gotta wait. fix this trumeds. your making your customers mad and 2nd thought before even deciding if to come or not. think of others who think the same way.

Ridiculous display of incompetence at Trumed today, nothing much to add to what the people below me are saying other than this is unacceptable. After having major issues every time I come in all the way from San Tan Valley since even before COVID I will never come back no matter what. I used to want to work there as I respected and admired what they were doing, but now, I hope they have to file bankruptcy and be bought out by someone else, because the awesome budtenders and employees don't deserve to lose their jobs by completely going out of business otherwise I'd hope for that. I feel sorry for them because I've met most if not all of them and they all really care and it's obvious that they're not happy with how things are going on the ground. They deserve MUCH better from their bosses and ownership. You guys did it right for like 7 years, and then completely imploded. Whoever made those decisions to completely ruin your brand and goodwill towards patients needs to be immediately fired and prevented from ever managing or owning a business ever again. I was talking to someone outside the store and apparently you guys may have fired your good growmaster? That was a really, really bad decision if that's what's causing all this failure. If that's true I hope someone can tell me where they went because that's the flower I want to buy. Leave it in the reviews here, I'll check back occasionally the next few days. And all the grape gas sucks, by the way. Whoever is saying it's great is full of it and hasn't smoked Trumeds flower before in years past. Where's the slurricane, valley girl? The OG's? You know, the strains everyone cares about? Why don't you grow those CONSTANTLY (your locally acclaimed strains) and have them available year round like every intelligent grower in the US does?

Tru med has amazing product and is one of the best dispensary’s in the valley, it just sucks they can’t figure out how to run lines smoothly. It doesn’t make any sense to have to wait 30 plus minutes for an online order. When asking why they got rid of the express window none of the employees have a real answer either. Its getting ridiculous having to wait so long when my order is already ready in a bag. Just call my name and hand it out the window 🙄🙄

Every shop in town is having to deal with the zombie virus. Seems this shop has the least efficient process possible. Not to mention the employees aren't practicing safe spacing. Over an hour wait. I saw maybe 15 folks who already ordered online and it's still over an hour wait. I tried ordering online thursday night at 7:30. Didn't get the text until next day. And today I'm told an hour before they can get those 15 other folks in and out. If the order is filled when I get here what's the wait for? Even at two minutes per transaction it would be thirty people through in a hour. Factoring for the unforseen I would still expect 20 folks per hour. With two folks working the counter that would be Forty folks per hour, yet 15 folks under the tent and it's still nearly ninety minutes......bad service not due the virus.

I will always shop at tru|med regardless but I just wanna know what happened to all the classic bomb strains? It's cool to have a new strain every now and again but I miss checking the menu or showing up and seeing those top notch strains. I know the volume has gone up like crazy but I truly miss the time when there was multiple OG's and classic tru|med strains to choose from

this place never has their own flower they always get guests trains that suck and they're super overpriced what happened to the good old trumed that used to have their flower I'm sick and tired of all these guests trains that you guys tax an arm and a leg for when we can go to a dispensary and get the same flower for 50% less you guys have no shame

Truly disappointed with how Trumed is handling Covid-19. They have people waiting in a huge line to get their order in, in the direct sunlight. No water has been available for customers since this started. They are very slow compared to other dispensaries, which was an issue before too. It's also pretty unacceptable how they seem to think it's okay to stop the loyalty point program during this time and to stop normal deals too. So great, just profit as much as possible when people are struggling? It took them a long time to get a good shade structure up outside where people have to wait after putting in their order, but at least it's up. Please get more POS terminals, get shade for the entire line even for the places when it has to wrap around and provide water. Add misters out there too. You could lighten up the mood with music as a bonus. Do not brand yourself as a boutique experience. You are not delivering it.

Top shelf gone in 10 minutes, no exaggeration. I get the concept of pre-ordering but come on! It’s really making me want to stop looking here. What’s the point of pre-ordering when you aren’t able to see it? Last batch of top shelf that I quickly ordered before it ran out was not good!

I never write reviews but damn the last 2 months I've been here have been nothing but bs I keep coming back trying be optimistic hoping the quality will come back like the old days but space runtz, sour d, slurricane, gushers, strawberry cough had all had retardants in them you can taste it especially in the slurricane but hey business is business I cant hate just not support

Been going here on and off for a while. They always mess up my online orders, or put me in the normal waiting line instead of express pick up. Even with only 8 or so people theres a 30 min plus wait to go back. Other dispos I've been too handle volume much better, along with friendlier more knowledgeable staff. The only boutique thing about this place are the prices.

as a medical patient , who primarily shops here, I'm a bit turned off and taken aback at the audacity to raise the prices. 21 for a gram and about 65 for an 8th? no thank you. yalls quality is great,but not enought to rip me off. I can't imagine what recreational prices must look like.
