they have great strains, great products, just terrible service and prices. I went during happy hour and multiple times told the girl I should be getting prerolls. long story short she never gave them to me. I was so annoyed and they were running around like rag dolls. she kept smiling but she also had a hurry up attitude about her. I don't want to name names of employees, but because of this particular individual I will never return to trumed.

I dislike that their opening time is 9:30 am but when you show up to the shop they say that’s the time they start accepting orders on leafly and doors don’t open until 10 am. They should specify that on their leafly page so people don’t come waste time.

Everything you expect a busy day you cancel online ordering? That is backwards, we are busy. So let's make it harder for those that have to travel here. We are busy so let's make it less likely they can get what we want too. Busy means online orders. Or you are screwing the customers that do the most to get here. How in the hell you can't see that, or just don't care?

This dispensary seems to have no compunction about operating drastically understaffed and leaving its patients to have to wait for ridiculously long times. Even just picking up a medical pre-order takes more than a half hour. I'm through with this place. It isn't worth the wait.

I heard Trumed was the only dispensary with real weed like you got before MMJ took over and changed the standards. Guess I was lied to because this stuff is phony garbage. Before you rate a bud please smoke it from the true source first. You cant rate these bogus growstore buds highly, they are not even close to the real deal straight from the breeders in Cali. Literally tastes like hay sprayed with something for a smell.

went for a flash sale. going to avoid that from now on, the blue dream and skywalker og were super harsh on my throat. not usually like that when I buy here.

Consistently the worst customer service around. Bad vibes and unfriendly atmosphere. Very high prices, stay away!!

So I have been a patient here for years and I can say this place used to be the best hands down, all the workers here give 1st class service I cant say I ever got bad service here, what's not good is that flower availability has suffered since mid tiers and concentrates became their priority, so for the past few weeks they have had little to no flower but now the day before Thanksgiving they throw out some scraps then turn off online ordering so that you have to wait in line with a million people who want what you want? If I were patients I would really think about finding a better solution to get meds as this leave a butter taste in our mouths for the customers who have shopped here since 8ths were $60. Typically when a reliable source becomes unreliable you dont go their anymore instead of the feedback your gonna provide on this comment how about you provide me with the same loyalty I provide Trumed with my business?

Flower and concentrates are overpriced, and they won't stop texting you even after you reply STOP 3 different times.

TruMed prides itself on being a "Boutique Dispensary." It only has boutique pricing. They do sell decent quality flower... if you only like OG phenotypes from budtenders who are marginally knowledgeable. Sometimes, they can't even tell you if a strain is theirs or a guests. Decent quality BHO concentrate, but again... budtenders are more concerned with moving you out the door than answering questions, assuming they know anything about the product they are selling to begin with. Flower is prepackaged and often needs rehydrating as packaging dates can be months old. They don't offer discounts for disabled people. Sales and promotions are few and far between. They had a punch card system that someone hacked so they dumped it and left patients with unclaimed punches. Location is terrible. Difficult to get in/out on weekends and during rush hour. Been a patient sporadically since they opened, but not sure if I'll return again. Each experience is more frustrating than the last and I enjoy looking forward to a dispensary visit, not dreading it.

Last 2 experiences rubbed me the wrong way .. came on my birthday on the 8th and wasn’t even acknowledged , let alone told the birthday special . Got the last banana diesel display and Got charged as if I got it sealed ? Thought it was suppose to be 5 off on displays . came in next day to give them another try and again I was let down . Somehow 3 people who checked in after me , went into the back before me . Come to find out , employees were goofing off up front and not paying attention . Truly put a dent in my birthday weekend , come here often and to be treated like nothing sucks .

These people suck. Web site says to order online, but online ordering is not available. When I call and ask for assistance with online ordering, nobody answers. Skip this place. There are plenty of better places out there.

Ive been coming since 2014 weed is going downhill fast no more ogs hardly ever Im sure you are putting guest strains for sure now in your bags you sold me wedding cake took it home was trash now I see it says guest strain on it days after you sold it to me in your black bag just wrong of you I have been loyal to you all never lied or cheated you but you have cheated me and many other people out of money that is unaccecptable if things dont change I suspect you all dont care becuase of rec but to all the patients that built your business its a slap in the face I am very dissapointed in the way the business has gone just my 2 cents last 4 strains of meds have been utter garbage weeding cake ice cream cake grape gas #7 and that rsgarbage dont even get you high taste like billys homegrown down the street but can buy an oz for 200 Stop Ripping Us Off!!!

Bring back Valley Girl Lemon Hash plant and the good ones from like 3-4 years ago

"man paying 420 an oz is worth every penny" keep trying to justify simping for a dispensary that has been free falling in terms of quality and inflating their prices every year. The only people who shop here anymore are trogolodytes doused in gucci cologne who circle jerk themselves off for getting taxed. You use to have a great thing going back when you had deals like 4/100 on drip and regular specials on good flower (and you would actually have enough in stock and not limit strains to a certain amount per person). Looking at your menu now I cant help but laugh at how bad such a good thing became. I truly feel bad for people who regularly wait in line over an hour here.

This is still by far one of, if not the best spots on the entire west coast far as flower goes. However the new system is the worst around and they'll lose a lot of over it. Closing the GATE 30 minutes or sooner before closing time is just bad for business. It's just another way of them showing us that we're nothing but Dollar signs to them. If you have to stay after later to keep your clients happy then whats you need to do. Not Inconvenience everyone else. They not covering gas money for the trip for no reason. So this is just terrible. Hopefully you all speak up as well, so we can make change ASAP.

Got a quarter of grape gas #7. It was a half gram short. If I’m paying over 100 at least make sure we get the full amount. My other quarter of headstash #1 weighed ok. If you guys short every patient, that adds up more profit for you. Just think of all the people who just blow it off and don’t say anything. It’s not the first time. Otherwise I wouldn’t have said anything. Very rare to get a sack that weighs heavy. Why can they get that part right? Word of advice everyone, get a scale. Keep these guys honest. Flower is great, otherwise I would go elsewhere.
