What happened to the quality of your OG strains? How come every time you get a new batch of a particular strain it is completely different then the last batch? Now I look like a liar to a lot of fellow patients cuz I bragged about how the Jesus OG you had several weeks ago was the best med I have ever had, and the new batch is not impressive and completely different in every way. No stickiness, no glittering trichromes, and no terpenes like the Jesus OG from several weeks ago. Same with the Tru OG and Larry OG, nothing like they were months ago. Oh, and the Holy Grail OG was complete garbage, I was very disappointed that it was grown by you guys and shocked it was not a guest strain ( sad because the Holy Grail OG you had a few months ago was fire ) Please explain what happened, I have many before and after photos that make it obvious something's gone wrong!

First time visitor and I was completely blown away. Hands down best dispensary in town. Won't ever go to any other place, there is simply no need. Great employees and great products we are fortunate to have such high quality meds just down the stret. Prices are a bit taxed but still enjoyed my product. OG kush had me on my ass!

The location was clean. I pulled a seed out of the Larry OG and was not very impressed by the selection and quality of their flower.

My first time here I was amazed by the amount of people working here it was very refreshing to see them so knowledgeable and friendly. will definitely come here again some of the best quality medicine in Arizona.

The place is so nice, when I do visit it's atleast twice!! DAILY! Great shatter concentrate cartridges. I'm an O_pen fan, but Tru's extracts are top shelf 300mg and a better price point. Everything is awesome. Even their location, walking distance from the job!

Best dispensary in AZ. I make the drive from Maricopa and pass up 10 dispensaries on the way just to go here. The flower is always fire and the concentrates are the cleanest and most flavorful I’ve found. I also prefer their setup for viewing/smelling meds. No stupid little sampler jars with stale flower.

Professional atmosphere. High quality products. Definitely plan to go back.

This place is AMAZING!!!! This is the first facility I came to that actually allows 🐶. For me this is awesome. The OGKB is to die for reminds me of my buds back in Cali. And I love that everyone is so knowledgeable. I take that hour out of my day just to travel here because I know I'm not losing on quality or price. LOVE IT!

I’ve been going to Swell/Curaleaf for years and after going to tru med once I’ll never go back to curaleaf

unprofessional and incompetent sold my order I placed to someone else at 5pm Friday!!! Doesn't say much for Their management very poor judgment on TM hiring abilities.

No top shelf to be seen except for just a tiny window right after opening this morning. How exactly are people supposed to get top shelf flower if they live over an hour away *without* any traffic, when leafly pre-orders are turned off? Are we supposed to just take the entire day off work and sit there in the lobby all day waiting for top shelf flower to be put out? And if there's none that day, show up the next day and do the same? What about the day after that? This is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful. If you have too much demand and not enough supply, then increase supply. This isn't rocket science, we aren't building spaceships to get humans to Mars and back here, we're growing weed. Get another warehouse to grow more if that's the problem. I can understand running out of things occasionally, that happens when you have plants that take 2-3 months to be ready for harvest with variable curing times, all good with that because it's perfectly reasonable. But what's been happening lately is absolutely unacceptable (in ANY type of business) and management/ownership needs to get their you-know-what together. Can you imagine if, say, Four Peaks brewery for example, was constantly out of their own products at their brewery and had to bring in other people's beers to fill the massive holes in the supply line? They'd hemorrhage business so fast and so severely it'd be a sight to behold, and they're nowhere near as elevated above the competition as you guys are when the top shelf is actually in stock. The only reason we're all so ticked off and you're getting these reviews is because there are few to zero options for real quality flower anywhere else near the Phoenix metro area. If their were, people would be leaving Trumed en-masse and not even bother to write a review. Like that one person down below said, if someone wanted to start their own business that provided even 90% of Trumed's top shelf quality with consistent availability, they would explode and have potentially unprecedented and rapid success in this market. I hope someone does because I'm tired of having to settle for stuff that's really not all that. Fix it, Trumed. **Budtenders/employees, this is in absolutely no way your fault and you've been amazing to me every time I've come in, even dealing with more difficult situations like of late. This wasn't meant to be personal to anyone, but ESPECIALLY not to you all so please don't take it that way. The level of customer service you've provided me over the years has been second to none and I love coming in to see you guys and girls and the shopping experience on your end is always fantastic with no complaints. You're great in person, and you're great over the phone. YOU all are kicking-butt and I'm thankful that you're taking all this crap as well as you are. I promise I can speak for most of us in that our frustrations are directed at management/ownership and not at all towards you. I'd be completely satisfied and very pleased if all of my employees were as awesome as you all have repeatedly demonstrated yourselves to be. Happy holidays and a happy new year to the team!

As a first time customer I was pleased with my visit. Great quality flower and the prices weren't bad on the flower but the concentrates seemed a little high. I ended up getting a couple different strains. I was happy with flower I got, with one of them being a budtenders recommendation. We all know how hit or miss those can be, but dude seemed like he knew what he was talking about so I took a shot. Only negative I would say was my flower was a bit dryer then I would have liked. Other then that I would recommend this shop if your in the area looking for some great quality meds.

I remember when ever bud they had was over %28 for $12. what's this $20 gram BS! You making us pay street prices from 2000s and your buds barely reach %21 this place is laughable now. I'll never be coming here again, and I use to spend well over 1k a month here. Taking my business to Copper Top.

I can’t wait to watch this review board fill up with broke mofos complaining about the price increase...long time coming people! They had their dro priced at 347.52 a zip for years while comparable clubs in Cali (very few that produce super gas btw) charge anywhere from 450-500+. Don’t get it twisted...I’m just as pissed as the next guy about the price hike. But if you want the zaza you are going to have to pay exotikz prices!! Go smoke Grow Science or House Exotics or Aeriz. There is a budget for everyone...maybe now people will understand why the state SHOULD NOT go recreational. I’m gonna keep laughing at these disgruntled reviewers wondering why real deal exotics cost so much. Just do what every other lame does...buy a subpar zip for cheaper and rationalize the dro in your head as though it’s fire in order to justify your subpar purchase! The new price system can S a D but when it comes to quality of product THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR TruMed!!!!
