TruMed has an amazing assortment of top shelf strains and they are all great! Clean environment with an intelligent and knowledgeable staff. Great place!

Been here twice now, and it seems every time it gets better. There are lots of ways to get preroll like their Instagram get a preroll, like their facebook get a preroll, leave a review here get a preroll with the card they give ya. Just overall they try to take care of the customer. Every one is friendly and the set up is about professional as they come. They are also pet friendly, saw a couple of dogs there today.

This is not my first visit or review for these guys, but rather an updated opinion. Firstly, I absolutely LOVE Tru|Med and everything they provide us patients, from the first-class facility to the high quality meds and the amazing staff. I was coming here exclusively on a regular basis starting a few months ago, but recently, and unfortunately, that's changed. Here is why: 1) You close at 6pm on 4 out of 6 days Monday-Saturday. Shutting things down an hour earlier than the majority of state licensed dispensaries may not seem like an issue, but it is for us patients who have to drive a bit further to come to your location. Several times I have tried leaving straight from work to fight traffic in hopes of making it by 6, only to arrive at 6:15 to a closed gate. By then I still have enough time to drive all the way out to AZCS in El Mirage by 7pm and get just as high quality of meds. It's a killer 2.5 hour round trip for me, but it's essentially become my only option with you guys closing earlier than most. 2) There are rarely specials. The 4-gram sampler and $100 quarters are static and always available so I wouldn't exactly consider those specials, $100 top-shelf quarters are readily available at several other reputable locations as well. Only a couple times has a special been posted that intrigued me enough to come in on a day I wasn't planning to. In my opinion, that is the purpose for specials! 3) While in the waiting room during a recent visit, another patient whom I've ran into multiple times there asked me if I was part of the VIP Program as well. My response was one of the clueless nature seeing as though not a single Tru|Med employee has made mention of a VIP Program or what it takes to achieve this secretive status, and I've had the pleasure of meeting almost all of the staff. I find this bothersome and I'm sure some of your other loyal patients will feel a lack of appreciation as well. I was purchasing more than him on a weekly basis, but because he has the ability to come in every other day for a gram or little more due to living only a couple blocks away, we who drive from further out once a week and purchase larger quantities become inferior. I can't seem to justify that no matter which way I look at it. I can count on 2 fingers how many times Tru|Med has tossed in a free gift (one of which they were giving to everyone), whereas Arizona Cannabis Society has given me a free pre-roll every time I've driven out there because they remember me and that I drove over an hour just to get there. That is the difference in compassion and patient appreciation that I'm trying to point out. I'm not saying you guys should start handing out freebies as if you're a charity, but people tend to seek out other places if they don't feel appreciated. Sorry for the lengthy review, I just felt I needed to be somewhat thorough so that you will understand I'm not here just to gripe. I'm writing this because I love Tru|Med and I want to remain coming here and watching this place grow, but for now it looks like I'll continue being an every-once-in-awhile visitor.

tru med rocks is how I some it up. good flower, knowledgeable staff, awesome ambiance. all these things keep me coming back. would live to work there because those are the kinda of people I can work with. keep up the good work, see ya on 420😁😁

Went last sat for the first time after having tried places from Tempe to Glendale and this place is top notch all around. Great customer service and the og kush and king Louis is FIRE. Will be back today for more.

TruMed is a must! Aside from the variety of medication that is offered, the service is always completely on point. Staff is educated and friendly and always willing to share their personal opinions on strain effects as well as edible potency. Coming here is always a pleasure and it smells incredible every time you walk in the door! My #1 dispensary in AZ!

this place is super dope. the atmosphere and the whole building itself is amazing. and also all I bought from there was a preroll and ended up with 2 free ones just for liking them on social media, and got another free one for my first time visit. Whenever I go up to the valley I will stop by there!

This place is decent and sometimes has good deals. Flower is prepacked and is sometimes very dry. For what you get though they are over priced compared to others. If you are prepared to drive a little bit the grass IS greener... no offense to those guys they are very nice and know a bit about their product but over all they are much more business oriented and it reflects in their price but also their set up etc. bud tenders are the only ones who make it feel a bit better. Shatter prices came down and are pretty good but still overpriced for top tier. Edible prices are spot on and pretty consistent with places around town but they do give much better specials on those than most around town.

I love this location. As a newcomer to medical marijuana I received knowledgable and friendly service. I felt welcome and comfortable. I look forward to going back.

I previously left an review and then went to make a purchase (same day) to receive my free joint for leaving a review. I got treated like a lying thief when claiming my free joint. Usually the customer service is great and I spend money on over priced items at Trumed all the time and don't complain. If a dispensary knows you're and consistent paying customer and still treat you like shit over an FREE advertised joint, take your money to a dispensary that'll appreciate your time and revenue you bring to them especially if your someone of color. Been going there for awhile and this was my only bad experience. Still got my free joint but it wasn't worth the hassle. I could of use my LOYALTY points if I need a $5 joint that bad.

Kinda sucks when I find preemie seeds in your "top shelf" buds... Gelato#33 and SFV OG both had a couple seeds... I expected better from you. I'm good with just grabbing some nectar farms or grow science prepacks that are right down the road...🤷🏽‍♂️

I bought a $40 live resin drip cartridge. its basically empty. opened the sealed package and it has about 20% of the product inside. this tells me this is a old cart. it has evaporated over time or leaked. I renewed my medical card and was given coupons to use at this location. it is not close to me or i would have returned and complained in person.

Why do you never do deals on sauce???? I love the stuff but refuse to pay 50 dollars a gram . if you did it 3 for 120 at least one day out of the week would be nice. instead only the platinum tier shatter 3 for 120 always excluding sauce though wtf. also a half oz special on premium would be dope. like 140 would be perfect

never have I ever. felt so imbarrised. or humiliated I been spending 💲💲💲💲💲💲 at this place for years but today these two wana be security made someone disabled park there car off the property and walk then was talking stuff about me like I'm not listing and he the of security showing the new dude how to do his job... I will never come back no matter how good There stuff is and the maniger didnt care i was upset couldnt even talk cuz I'm at this point balling my eyes out infrunt of everyone and maniger like wana talk bout it I'm looking at her like I can't even talk. she says ok then goes to see what they have to say.. but hey I'm a nobody right..

The security there is a straight a-hole talking about shooting there customers over parking they lost a weekly customer due to there rent a cop

Whenever I went to Trumed, it was a 90% chance that I would get some FIRE, but lately, it's all junk weed similar to other dispensaries that buy their weed from mass producers. It used to be that you could go and choose between a selection of sativas, indicas and hybrids. Now, it's nothing but hybrids. And whenever they do get indica, it's a crap shoot. Tastes just like the other cheaper brands. Trumed flower is now just at par with the other dispensaries, but with 75% mark up!
