Just a straight ripoff Overpriced

Trumed aint doin too well lately. it aint worth the trouble to go down there and try to snipe what you want. i love the guys and gals there no problem with them at all but cmon man, why you one of the only businesses struggling like that? seems like a total failure to your employees to me

My first time here was great, everyone was friendly but the second time I came I brought a “3 Visits = 3 Gifts” coupon that Dr. Reeferalz gave to me. I tried to redeem my first visit (Free 500 mg Drip C-Cell Cartridge) but I was denied the free Cartridge because they had gave me one on the first visit; mind you that was the first time patient deal. He told me I could only use the second one (BOGO TruMed Top Shelf Flower Eights) for that visit. So I bought two Top Shelf Eight but I only got the matched on one of the Eights I got. When I brought it up to the Budtender he told me that he could only match one. I told him that the coupon clearly stated BOGO TruMed Top Shelf Flower EIGHTS which means as long as I buy an Eight I’ll get matched with another one but not limited to one. His response was that it was a typo on the coupon. The coupon states something and that has to be Honored. It is not up to the Employee to decide what he think the verbiage means on the coupon. I would like for TruMed to make it right for their Patient’s.

Honestly I use to love coming here. Then they took away the $20 grams of wax and now they never have $30 grams of wax. They only do sales on their $50 and $60 tiers and I just think they are greedy and don’t really care about their patients. Even when they do their buy 2 get 1 they never have $20 and $30 tiers available. Their rewards are great but when they don’t have any thing I need I just don’t come. I hope this changes so I can come back because every time I check the menu I’m disappointed. Thanks

I live for TruMed and the amazing flower . Very expensive but I can’t help myself

As a first time customer I wasn't offered the deal advertised of a gram of concentrat only the battery or an 8th with the purchase of an 8th..

I came in last Thursday for the first time. The trimmers need to work a little harder to get more of the stems off of the buds - they take away from usable weights, and there was quite a bit of extra stem in my Sequoia Strawberry and Sour Diesel. The buds were also very loose. I am only being honest when I say that I wasn't impressed with either strain. They're not worth the prices you charge. They're just OK, they're not great and definitely don't command the price tags your dispensary places on them. There was no explanation of the process of your dispensary or showing a new patient where things are or any mention of the types of products offered. The budtender didn't have much info and just seemed like he wanted to rush me out the door and it wasn't busy. I try new places that have new patient specials that will benefit my budget but these meds didn't provide me the relief I was expecting since they were talked up a lot. Sour Diesel is my go-to strain, and it wasn't good enough for what I need. The Sequoia Strawberry tastes good, but it's effects were minimal and didn't last real long.

Everyone knows the best business decision to make when quality takes a dip is to raise prices, right? I don’t know for sure what happened, but they lost their talented growers or something cause the quality of their flowers has absolutely dropped, and this has caused quality across the board to dip too. Their drip diamond tiers are now clearly being made with trim (looks it, smells it, tastes it) and gold tier has become just kinda gross. It’s a shame what’s happened because this dispo used to be the best in town. I used to defend them despite kinda being smucks in terms of customer service, but now they’ve just fallen too low. No longer shopping here.

well AZ look no further we finally have a place we can proudly call a medical dispensary. believe me when i say i am as picky as they come with my meds, and i was one of the first 45 people to get my card so i have been to every compassion club and dispensary alike and found maybe 3 places i was happy with, but this place shatters the competition. there meds are unrivaled in quality, there service is propt, personal, and informed, and there store is amazing and state of the art. hold on to your hats phoenix because places like this are gonna change the game and run those posers that have been trying to pass as medical marijuana establishments out of town. keep up the good work tru/meds you def have my loyal business and support.

LITERALLY you have to GO CHECK THEM OUT, True top shelf is hard to come by nowadays. And if you go here, you will be IMPRESSED. Not to mention, all organically grown, no pesticides or molds.. Also you can check out all percentage levels such as Thc, Cbd and Cbn. No more sketchy drug deals!! Tru|med is the place to go.. honestly. They may have a little bit more expensive prices, but if you really believe its medicine then YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.. Top Quality meds, over any Quanity of harmful substances for your lungs, that people are trying to pass off at most Other places I have been. ALSO check out their SPECIALS, on there overview each day. I got such a deal last time, picked up sour og and blackberry kush. This is the best dispensary in Arizona I've seen all of them from Kingman to Tucson and still haven't seen there quality yet some come close but cant beat it still got high prices but you get what you pay for i think

I came here once and have been loyal since. The quality is above and beyond what I anticipated. I smoked 2 identical flowers, one with 23% thc and one from Tru med with 21% thc. Because the growers take such good care of their product, the Tru med strain was stronger and better all around. I was amazed... if you haven't been here absolutely go down and try it to see what the hype is about... and it sure does live up to it.

I've been to more than a few licensed and un-licensed shops here in AZ since AMMA went into effect. There are only three that I consider worth going to. This is number one on my list. EVERY SINGLE STRAIN on hand is of the highest quality. Usually a shop will have maybe two or three that are acceptable. Tru Med does not f*** around! The other places in town will have you paying just short of $70 for an eighth of those two or three strains that are truly top shelf. You'll never pay more than $60 with tax here. Worth every penny. Stop wasting you time and money elsewhere. Trust me, I'm from the Epicenter - Denver, Colorado.

2nd time here, the security guard was more friendly than my budtender but no worries. Everyone has those days. The meds always make up for any kind of bad day you may be having. No wait when I went in and just as last time the place was clean and welcoming. Will be back for sure

Tru/Med is hands down the best flower in the state. People complain when the inventory isn't the greatest. To that I disagree, I say thank you TM for not trying to push flower that any other place has, thank you for having a perfectionist attitude with the meds. I come here for the best, so I expect the best and they NEVER disappoint. Favorite place on 🌏

There is something wrong with the pre-rolls. They don't smell, taste or affect you in any way. It's like smoking ashe. I'm not even convinced it's marijuana it's that bad......No amount of " Free pre-rolls " matters when it's of such poor quality.

Their product is fire no doubt, but there are a few staff members that are some of the rudest people I've ever encountered. So much so, I'm done getting my medicine there. People do not deserve to be treated like that AND upon asking for an apology on a human level, did NOT receive one from the employee. product = fire, service = disappointing for how much their product costs.

I have no problem with your new prices. Im spending that a other placees. But why not open another location like every other dispensary. I sher don't miss that ghetto drive

So there “deal” is buy some of there quality but way overpriced bud, and you’ll receive a free 1/8 of outdoor garbage that’s been in a plastic pouch for months for free. No thanks trumed I’ll get my meds elsewhere from now on.

On my birthday I visited a few dispensaries and asked for loose herb . I have an allergy to hemp prerolls and can not smoke them . The other dispensaries offered something comparable to me instead of the pre-roll. Tru med offered me a discounted gram of outdoor strain . They were very hard and the staff told me that is why they were on sale . Lol then why sell it ??
