I'm extremely disappointed in Mint's response to COVID19. I go there almost every single week and now they are forcing MORE physical interaction instead of encouraging distance. I was hoping there would only be a few people waiting but when there's 15 people outside all standing shoulder to shoulder, that's asking for sickness to spread. I'm a healthcare professional and already risk enough exposure. It's poor practice to be encouraging walk-ins only. every other dispensary is encouraging online/leafly/delivery orders. Even offering incentives. But here is Mint unfortunately encouraging and promoting social interaction and the spread of illness throughout our community. Such a disappointment.

Irresponsible and horrible business concept for this Covid 19 situation. No online orders, only walk in during 420 (real safe guys). So come wait an hour in line with a bunch of random people, to find out they are sold out of what you want or even better they never had it, because their too lazy to update the menu! You need new management because this is the most irresponsible, time consuming, unsafe, and frustrating process that i have found that any shop has implemented due to this pandemic.

I come all the time, but this last visit will be what my review is based on. I came in for the Apollo pods. Told the budtender I planned on buying 10. I asked if there were any flavor options and that I would need to know the thc %. He said they had several options and laid them all out before me. Only he did not lay out pods, he laid out cartridges. I explained I wanted the pods and he then seemed frustrated with me. He went searching in the back and came back which ten bundled pods, stating they were all that was left and rang me up. I asked if I could see them and apparently I couldn’t look at what I was buying. I ended up spending over $400 on a blind purchase. When I got home, I learned the pods had significantly lower thc percentages in the 60s, when previous ones I had purchased were in the 90s. I called to speak with a manager who stated she had little to no control and was only authorized to issue refunds on defective merchandise. I believe my ten pods that I spent hundreds of dollars on coming in at over 20% lower thc than usual IS defective in my book. PLUS it is an indica when I was hoping to purchase Sativa. I explained I’m kind of SOL if she didn’t help me out because that used up my allotment. She said this would be the owners call. She took my information and said an owner would call me. No one ever did. This is poor customer service and failure to be accountable for your actions and product. I am now stuck with meds that do not work for me and a depleted allotment. While I truly appreciate the free prerolls I was given for spending a certain amount of money, they also contributed to the reduction of my allotment. Please try to get more variety of your Apollo pods and it would greatly help if your customers knew what they were buying before they leave the store.
No Leafly orders during the pandemic? Walk in orders only? SMH you should be encouraging express ordering to prevent lines and help promote social distancing. Shame on you!

the pre package 8th are between .7-.5 of a gram off. so when I bought 4 pre package 8th I was 2.4 grams short. thats some real bullshit and false advertising. you guys need to check it out asap before legal actions happen!
and no I would never recommend this place , they will short you your flower!

Budtender not very polite or knowledgeable. If you do not ask for the deals going on they do not tell you about them and let you walk out the door paying full price.

I hate that I even gave this place another shot. THE WORST!!! Budtenders there are not great. Medicine is nowhere close to decent and is overpriced. They care NOTHING about patients and you can see it on display there and also feel it in your wallet when you get home to open your product. Stay away from these snake oil salesman.

If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Dry flower and horrible customer service. Freshest flower was 12/12/2017? That’s 5 months, my flower was practically powder. Don’t let them pull a fast one on ya, check your harvest dates. Wasted my time coming here and if I wouldn’t have checked, I would have wasted my hard earned $$$. This mint should have stayed in Tempe
The staff is loud and obnoxious. The bud tenders rush you to pick products and are not sincere with recommendations for selecting meds that are available to the customers. From my end, they are too concerned with profitability and getting patients in and out of the store. My recommendation for the Mint dispensary — respect your customers patronage.

theyre employees lie and tell you you can use first time patient any visit and then not let you use it when your ready. all staff lied. manager would no honor their employees lies. waited out in the heat for 30 min to be lied. dont waste your time here. never get my business again

during my lunch break i ordered from the mint. got off work and went in a few hours later and they said my order got canceled because i took to long to come pick it up.... i got there at 430 pm....never had that issue before but because its money over patients they will cancel your order and sell your stuff to someone else.....without letting you know this change was taking effect. so unless you plan on running right in after you order they will cancel your order after like 2 or 3 hours......i did not pay the outrageous fee to have my card to be treated like this. rec ruined weed all accross the boards.

I'm a disabled veteran with prosthetic leg and have serve damage from being shot twice I had to stand out side for over a hour in serve pain and discomfort .If you can may it easier for all disabled veterans please consider a way to help all of the veterans with disabilities I served 22 years in the Marine Corps Gsgt. it's 420 weekend so I stopped by. it's walk in only so I assumed they would have some sort of safe practice for patients to enter the store. when I arrived there were at least 30 people out front in a crowd. I called to see if there was a safer way to get my medication. The girl said no it's walk in only and it's four twenty weekend (in like duh tone). Just cause it's four twenty doesn't give any one any right to be irresponsible during covid. Some of us at actual medical patients, and we need it more than the stoners. Check your priorities. This is really bad.

The fact that they are currently not taking phone/online orders and they have 10 registers open and it’s taking 15 min to get through 1 person. How slow are you and what the fuck is going on inside where you can’t get people in and out when all you have to help are the people in line since you’re not currently answering phones or taking online orders, ridiculous

The mint mesa hands down has the worst people answering the phones, which for the people who are calling, it's the first portion of an entire experience or maybe no experience due to being told something is out of stock when it isn't or that some thing isn't on sale when it is to name a couple. Thank goodness they have management that at least know how to get the job done right, and do it. Long story short I was very clear with my budtender who is either incompetent or just lies to try to screw customers, cashier 30304, I was very clear about shopping the bogos and went with the 3pack of wtf blunts which are average but I suppose worth it bogo free. I believed him he seemed to be responding when he "helped" me he brought out 4 packs too different strains but I get outside and have one pack of blunts, I call and ask if they are bogo and don't say I was just there, she gets someone else who quotes the reg price, I say I kno the price are they bogo for Father's Day they get another person who tells me only the singles so I ask for a manager and I can't spell his unique name b it he looked up their website as I had, and saw that my eyes work and so do his. I came to this location yesterday and am satisfied. Just came in to get the first time patient deal. I had the rig from the first location FTP deal that broke, and I wasn't interested in getting another so fragile. I wanted to take full advantage of the deal and got flower instead. Even though I don't consume flowers, really. I would appreciate an alternative such as a slight discount or something for patients in the future. I got the Master Kush and Bluezzz. The flower is on par with most dispensaries out here. Mostly popcorn, a little dry. Not terrible. Prices are high, so even though this is my closest dispensary, I don't think I'll be here often.

literally one of the worst dispensary's in the 480,,... the staff here sucks.. all they want is your$$$.. the flower is dry and pre packaged. and pre rolls run and are nothing but crap shake.. oh and I went in for my ftp. and bought a cartridge thinking I was going to get my free battery.. and the lady waited until I was ready to pay to tell me they were all out of batteries..get this... she tells me there's a smoke shop across the street.. WTF!! na! I want my dispensary battery that I should have gotten with my purchase.or I would have e Never bought the cartridge in the first place.ob this was 2 weeks ago. they still don't have the batteries that they give out for ftp.. they have batteries but not for your ftp. WTH what kind of business is this

Being a new MMC patient who is very unfamiliar with products offered, one would think they would be friendly and helpful. Jesus was NOT, very unprofessional. He was very rude and impatient. He didn’t care to help or answer any questions. The establishment wasn’t busy, I was the only customer in there.

Went in to get charged the wrong item didn't notice till i got home when i got there they had me wait for a manager for 30 minutes while she was at lunch that was the 1st time now today i went in for item 9 labs 40% they never even gave me my 40% off when i called basically told me that it wasnt a forsure when i go back that they will reedem it so this is the 2ND time spending more money with them then intended to

This dispensary has a very bad habit of not updating their online menu, and I'm not talking their leafly page the actual website menu! This dispensary lost my business today for good just for that reason! I came in for specific brand and strain only to be told the menus weren't updated... at gas being 5 bucks a gallon that was the last straw, period! I was even lied to about the thc content on the stuff I asked about to replace what I came in for! 20% cannibnoids is different from thc content, your bud tenders need to be educated! So sad it had to come to this as I actually liked mint but its been going down hill fast and badly. Corporate greed and sh$tty managers is to blame! Way too many dispensaries out here to settle for this garbage ran company! UPDATE YOUR MENUS REGULARLY! And how come we can't place online orders for the mesa location?? Seems odd or some type of sh$tty management choice! Is it because people keep ordering stuff that is out of stock and management is tired of dealing with people complaining? Hmmm?? Maybe update your menus everyday!! Again lost my business permanently, rather go and deal with the Harvest down the street.

Ive been a regular at this location for some time now and i am upset with my visit today. normally small things i just blow off and move on but today hit me sideways so i came to share with ya'll... Alexander was my budtender this afternoon and when i walked up i was greeted and asked what brought me in. cool, i came for the special. And this is where it all went south. your job as a budtender is to guide me the patient/buyer through the buying process. so why do i have to ask the deal and then tell you what leafly and your giant dry erase board out front says? how is it you dont know you ran out of the daily special two hours ago? i understand you ran out but have an idea what your deals and inventory are. then they had a special that was not clearly writen on previously said message board, stating spend 75 or more for free 100 mg hummus. dude didnt offer so i asked and he seemed upset like oh yeah we got these over here. ok what are they? uh hummus... ok what flavors? uhh... like bro wake up and have some coffee before your shift next time.... last but not least the flower i was shown for the ariz in a plastic container, i acctualy got a bag of what doesnt look anything like the flower i was shown. Mint let me down this time and i hope this doesnt happen again.

Menu not updated they don’t have 80% of what they say. Bud tender said menu hasn’t been updated in a month... great management. Took time off to drive to the place. Never coming back. Something that takes 5 min to update they purposely choose not to because they want to sucker u in.
