The Mint Cannabis - Mesa (Med/Rec)

Been coming to this place for a while now and it had always good experiences until today. It seems like most of the people that work there don't fully have all the knowledge they should as to the items and Deals they are offering needless to say I will not be shopping at the mint any longer.

I am a Medical Card holder and I went to the Mesa Mint location a few weeks ago and was so upset by the way things were being done! I will Never go back and I will tell anyone who listens... they suck! It was terrible, they had a line of medical 5 of us and a long line of recreational about 30 of them. Well the security guard was a jerk with power and I mean a jerk! He was taking 3 Recreational to 1 Medical and I caught on and said something. How unfair it was and we had our medical card and medical issues, yet we had to wait longer then recreational! So the security guard said to me that he was going to let me in next, but not now and he walked away! Finally the lady inside waved me in after a long wait! It was an awful experience and I will not forget her a treatment! The pot I bought was all dried out, I hated it and I hated the treatment! ITS FINE CATER TO RECREATIONAL.. BUT BEING MEDICAL I WILL GO ELSEWHERE! Bad bad customer service with a security guard who let power go to his head! I won’t go to that place ever again!

This dispensary has a very bad habit of not updating their online menu, and I'm not talking their leafly page the actual website menu! This dispensary lost my business today for good just for that reason! I came in for specific brand and strain only to be told the menus weren't updated... at gas being 5 bucks a gallon that was the last straw, period! I was even lied to about the thc content on the stuff I asked about to replace what I came in for! 20% cannibnoids is different from thc content, your bud tenders need to be educated! So sad it had to come to this as I actually liked mint but its been going down hill fast and badly. Corporate greed and sh$tty managers is to blame! Way too many dispensaries out here to settle for this garbage ran company! UPDATE YOUR MENUS REGULARLY! And how come we can't place online orders for the mesa location?? Seems odd or some type of sh$tty management choice! Is it because people keep ordering stuff that is out of stock and management is tired of dealing with people complaining? Hmmm?? Maybe update your menus everyday!! Again lost my business permanently, rather go and deal with the Harvest down the street.

I'm a medical patient. I don't smoke, but I do make edibles and I need my medicine. I'm always looking for deals on flower, including popcorn, trim/shake. The Mint had a deal on their website for Biscotti shake for $50 1/2oz @24% THC. Drove 40 minutes to get the "deal." You don't get to smell it or even get a good look at it, but one of the cs reps said it was "really good stuff." I get home and open one of the 1/2oz packs and it looks and smells like it was already smoked residue from a spent bowl...100% garbage! I called to ask if I had any recourse and was told it must have been a mistake, with an apology. I was told I could bring it back with receipt and exchange for something else. Drove another 40 minutes to be told by the "manager" that what I was promised was a mistake, and he will have to retrain the cs rep. He gave me a pack of gummies as a "courtesy." I'm out $150, but hey, at least I got some gummies :(

so Glad they still have daily deals for Med patients & hope including rec service doesn’t make them greedy like a lot of others who now care more about Rec profit$ than people they are there to help. It’s sad to see how quick this 420 scene has gone from weed to greed business. & how much medical patients are being affected with financial difficulties with covid Unemployment. Yet we’re re still being expected to pay more for less when we have less than ever before & ironically while the store now has more income &profit than ever before rec started & can afford to keep prices low for just Us med patients & only higher for rec. yet they still have the need for greed. I hope it doesn’t spread to the Mint. Thumbs up 👍 if you agree -anyone reading this? Anyone ? Are you with me?

Burned out employeez. Non informative on deals or your points smile in your face but laugh behind your back type people wouldn't reccomend.

Ive been a regular at this location for some time now and i am upset with my visit today. normally small things i just blow off and move on but today hit me sideways so i came to share with ya'll... Alexander was my budtender this afternoon and when i walked up i was greeted and asked what brought me in. cool, i came for the special. And this is where it all went south. your job as a budtender is to guide me the patient/buyer through the buying process. so why do i have to ask the deal and then tell you what leafly and your giant dry erase board out front says? how is it you dont know you ran out of the daily special two hours ago? i understand you ran out but have an idea what your deals and inventory are. then they had a special that was not clearly writen on previously said message board, stating spend 75 or more for free 100 mg hummus. dude didnt offer so i asked and he seemed upset like oh yeah we got these over here. ok what are they? uh hummus... ok what flavors? uhh... like bro wake up and have some coffee before your shift next time.... last but not least the flower i was shown for the ariz in a plastic container, i acctualy got a bag of what doesnt look anything like the flower i was shown. Mint let me down this time and i hope this doesnt happen again.

This place was horrible. The clientele look like they had been sleeping at the bus stop or just got out of jail. Made me Very uncomfortable. I went here because They had a ton of my favorite product listed as available in Leafly. When I arrived there every single item that I was looking for they told me they didn’t have. The bed tender asked me what I was looking for and I explain to him what my preferences were and he completely failed me with his recommendations. I was very disappointed and honestly should’ve left because all the alternatives the bud tender talked me into purchasing are awful and are in no way what I wanted or needed.

I get covid has put a strain on everybody but you guys are using that excuse to the max... no phone orders! Walk in on by no lobby so everybody has to be in the Arizona heat!! They set up some seats where everybody was sitting right next to each other?! Where is the social distancing ? Very disappointed, this dispensary went down hill..

Management is horrible to deal with....... its come to the point where I tense up when they have to call a manager over. it's a bipolar experience..... I never know if they are gonna be happy and calm or amped up and irritated. I've seen Management belittle their Budtenders in front of Customers. This use to be my go to spot but the past few months... aside from the pandemic this place has really changed for the worse.

Only stopped in here twice, both times the bud tender I had seem irritated and like I was an inconvenience. Poor service

I used to be a regular Grow Science buyer, Patrick promised that if I spend enough that I could get a BOGO with their "420 card" on Grow sciences. They stopped carrying it for about a year and a half. I called back and actually got to speak to Patrick. He told me my BOGO expired and there is NO expiration date or limitations on my card. They straight up lied to me to get me to spend money, knowing the only thing I purchase is GS. They blatantly disregarded their advertisement and won't stand by their word. I would go almost anywhere else but the Mint. Their prices are high, WTF house extacts are garbage, and they falsely advertise and think it's okay.

Just to be clear, the guy who helped me was cool after the back and forth of just trying to check in as a new patient. The second person felt like she was only helping me because first didn't. No one was happy, or welcoming, but they engaged each other very well. I live closer to two other dispensary's to take the time then to dell with the anxiety causing behavior. I was literally ready to leave before I was even seen. Asked for my card four times, sent back to the lobby after I was checked in. This was my first time.

Ive been going to the same place for about five years now since I am an OG only guy. The few times they are out and I have ventured elsewhere I have been very displeased with the quality. Well my place was out of Og so I had to reluctantly venture out. Mint had some True Og on the menu which is one of my favorites so I stopped by. Finally a new place I can go with confidence knowing the OG smells and tastes and hits like Og. Thank you Mint and thank you Bree for helping me. My confidence in Az buds has grown a bit thanks to you.

After being a customer for years I’m happy to say I will never be coming back to a mint location since recreational sales started the disrespect for veterans and the disabled is absolutely disgusting this business should be ashamed of what it’s become good riddance

It think its convient if you got cash to spare. But I went there cause I wanted to get a free pipe. But I got denied twice. So thumbs down

whoa wtf is up with the staff here! I understand you don't wanna be here right now but dang yall made me never wanna come back ever again ..every other place was lit today..but I made mint my last stop because last year 420 was the best there but with everything else aside it was a sad spot today

Walked in for their cartrage special, and “ooohhh bbbrroo, we just totally ran out Mann... what else do want to spend your money on” I’m told. So I walked right back out. Bunk

I stopped here after work today, not a good experience. The security guard, before I could get to the door was very rude yelling about where I parked which was not marked as no parking and is a part of their lot, and using racial slurs. Product are overpriced but okay. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere in a nicer neighborhood.

The Mint in Mesa is so conveniently located for me. Great atmosphere and the crew is always super aware of the sales and products available. Check in is super easy to, which I love !! I will definitely be a returning customer! 💚💛❤

Just came to make a review to let others know about the god awful pre rolls here. Purchased their 5 pack for 20, a typical deal at dispensaries, and I received 2 different strains, J1 and Lava Cake. Both vastly different lineages and types of strains, right? Well, unpacking the pre rolls you would find a very almost fake green color flower. And I smoked both different strains, tasted the exact same. The high very light, the taste, dry, dirty, and cheap. Needless to say, never ever purchase Mints pre rolls. The budtender was nice, the experience quick, the weed awful.

Instead of making leafly more of a go to with this outbreak, they take it away and REQUIRE you to stand in line close knit with everyone. Why did they think that taking away leafly was a plus? I can do self checkout at grocery store, but with my weed their is no easy access without standing with the masses. This is BS. I'm looking for new dispensary that is smarter; and i have shopped Mint for 5+ years.

No Leafly orders?? No menu to decide what to get before I show up.. Must come in knowing we are under social distance orders.. You guys just saved me gas money to come in && lost out on a huge chunk of money I was about to drop before our state is under mandatory quarantine.. Off to spend my money somewhere else No need to support a swayze corporation✌🏻
