The staff is always very nice and friendly so I kinda feel bad about leaving this...but I'm sick of the crappy experiences I've been having there lately. Curbside pickup is a nightmare now, at least in the evenings when I've been. Very unorganized and long waits. And I'm pretty annoyed about how much they have decided to raise their prices. I've been coming here about once a week for the last 2 years for basically the same thing every time, and all the sudden either last month or in Feb, they hiked the price by $20! Budtender said it was because rec patients kept buying it all...so they had to raise prices to make sure med patients still got some? It's just agitating because it used to always be a great experience and now it's always an annoying hassle. I'm writing this from the parking lot while I wait on my order and the manager just came out to apologize for the wait and clear up an issue. Like I said, the staff is extremely friendly and I've always enjoyed interacting with them. But also I've been waiting for 45 minutes. The organization and business is just dropping the ball a little imo.
