so egc was the first dispensary i started frequenting, gotta love the 10 dollar grams but lets get into the real reason i felt compelled to write this review... what happened here guys, i stopped coming here about a year and a half ago due to long wait times, (had an 1.5 hour wait i made a pre order and went back up to the window and they had my order ready within 10 minutes... seriously?) inconsistent service, and an overall sense of not caring for patients, so step up a year later im going out for my birthday to all the dispensaries, and i figured lets make my first stop here they open at 8 am... so i pull up no one in the parking lot i figured no patients should be quick, boy was i wrong, so i walked into the waiting room first thing i noticed was a weird smell, there was trash sitting all over the floor like no one cleans at night or the morning, walk up to the the front counter to check in... the front desk lady didn't say hello was not friendly at all like i was interrupting her morning coffee, i sit down its 815 at this point, still waiting 825 still waiting... still waiting 833 and they finally call my number back i have been here for almost 30 minutes with no other patients in the lobby im literally the only one still.... get back to the waiting room the "budtender" was not friendly no hello literally first words out of his mouth what do you want? i asked to see 3 different strains this guy spent i shit you not 5 minutes looking he finally finds it (still not the ones i was asking for), after asking for strain knowledge for specific things the only thing he could tell me was it was an indica and no other information straight up no knowledge... its 850 at this point and he finally starts to log in my purchase by the time i actually hand this guy money its 903 am... first patient in the building i wanted to purchase 2 1 grams strains in a pre pack and it takes over an hour to get it???
oh its not even close to being done later in the afternoon i was at another dispensary and was talking about my experience and a guy chimes in i work there and hate it, i wont repeat the things he told me due to content but they were extremely negative not one positive thing came out of his mouth about this dispensary... its gone down hill i will not be returning to this spot, seriously lacking in quality and compassion....

Horrible place all there stuffs wack they do not test anything really and there shatter and stuff is only so cheap cuz it’s garbage . That’s why they will always pull you back in with 5 grams for 70$ some times but it’s all not worth it .horrible place will never come here again .
Look out every one, the menu is a hack.

I was skeptical of this place bc of the reviews but let me tell you, do not believe them I wish I went here sooner. No wait, friendly staff. My $150 oz weighed out to 27.85 grams but my free gram was 1.1 my friends dad used to own this place

1st time patient.. overcrowded, not very friendly at window.. person helping me did not have much recommendations, not sure if she was new but I left as clueless as I went in.

I would avoid this place at all costs......The atmosphere is shady, The quality is meh..... They do have one or two decent looking strains out of 12.....And the service isn't good at all...... After beign rung up with my meds, the manager comes over and says one of my oils wasn't on sale and I would half to pay full price..... That would've been okay, if I hadn't been rung up yet..... Very Rude and I hope the 10$ was worth loosing 200-300 business every month...... Just not a quailty shop yet....... What's up Nick, where's the egc excellent customer service at? Very disappointing experience here.....

I typically love this dispensary and go out of my way all the way from scottsdale to come make purchases. However, tonight after driving 16 miles and 27 minutes I was turned down at 9:58pm. While I’m aware this is cutting it close dispensary hours are UNTIL 10pm
Can’t think of any good reason to waste someone’s time (that would be almost an hour round trip ) and gas to go to a store supposed to be open that chooses to close early. Probably won’t be going back for a while. Really not cool or professional. Also could’ve gone to a much closer dispensary .

If you go to this dispensary be prepared for the longest wait times. Encanto was once my favorite but no longer. They have continued to become less about the patients and more about profit.
At one time they had the friendliest budtenders who weighed out your purchase in front of you and trimmed off the stems. Now they have gone to pre-packaging that includes the stem. My last visit here, the budtender showed me a pre-packaged eighth with one large bud and its thick stem. When I asked for a different eighth with smaller buds the budtender gave me back attitude saying its all the same. No its not all the same! Customer / patient choice! I'm paying for it!
I went in on their bogo Monday, granted the free shake isn't the best, but its free. This WAS the only reason I went here anymore. This last Monday my "free shake" was nothing more than stems ground up to a powder! If you are a avid smoker like me.. you know what stems taste like from being broke.. and thats exactly the disgusting taste I got from this "free shake"
Needless to say that EGD has lost my loyalty and business. And I'll be sure to tell everyone not to go there!

Treated like a number. Literally. They don't even call you back by name, the give you a raffle ticket and call you by the last three digits on the ticket. Unbelievable. And they don't even have samples of their flower to even look at. Hands down worst cannapharm in the valley. Possibly of all the medicinal marijuana states. That's how much I did not like this place.

I really appreciate the cheap prices here and I travel rather far to get them but I do not like the fact that every time at the checkout the person checking me out tries getting me to give them a tip and then makes me feel guilty about it. I've had a medical marijuana card for 5 plus years now and this is the first time I've ever encountered a dispensary that had tip jars I don't mind them I really don't I just think that's a little excessive that whenever I'm going to pay at the end they always point to their tip jar or they say something like don't forget me. Coming from somebody who actually has a career or people should tip and often dont I kind of think it's a little bit manipulative to ask your customer at the end of their service don't forget me or pointing to the tip jar.

I stopped in on the calling of their daily special, buy a gram get a gram of shake free. Your flower was average, even at the price. Your so called, wanna be shake is nothing more than shade leaves, stems and some trim. Not what I call shake. FYI shake should be nothing but the trimmings. you can smoke for bowls of your so called shake 1.5 grams after first waking up in the am from 6.5 hours of sleep and not feel A THING! And I mean nothing. I am only giving 3 stars cause average bud and long hours. Your staff has a we don't care attitude. your security guard is a joke. and your call people out of order way to often for it to be a mistake. The lobby gives a sketchy vibe and did not feel comfortable nor safe. Chong association or not, plain and simple your being beat hands down. This place is lacking in every way.
please have a manager or owner contact me, Joe Benjamin, remember word of mouth is the best advertising and right now double thumbs down! Mr Tommy Chong You sir should be ashamed to be associated to, not sure what to call it, egc.

After hearing good things about Encanto Green Cross I was excited to come check them out. When I arrived the lobby was nice, the cookies were a good touch the lady at the desk was kind of unwelcoming but the budtender made up for that. The meds were not cool. The Alien Kush and jack was about the best smelling best meds they had that day. They weighed out the nugs in front of me and hooked me up. I left feeling good positive, however when I got home and broke up the Alien Kush gram I had bought SEEDS fell out 7 to be exact NOT COOL MAN NOT COOL.

THEIR PRICES . I would give this place 0 stars however that is not applicable. I have come to this facility today and was NOT IMPRESSED! This place is understaffed and the quality of customer service is the WORST! DO NOT go here. The deals for their product are NOT worth the wait in the waiting room nor the customer service that they provide. Their employees are the farthest thing from knowledgeable. I will not be coming back again until they change their shop!

they cut their hours in half without telling their customers and don't update their website. they have different info depending on where you look and you can tell the new management doesn't care about its customers at all. been going here for a long time and now I won't be anymore.

they should have closed this place down after the mold found in all their grows their prices suck customer service sucks they never have any good specials people that think they do are just lazy and don't look at Leafly.com first if I worked for the health department this place would have been shut down long time ago Nick the original owner walked away knowing there was no way to save the company renaming it won't help

I'm never coming back, after spending hundreds each week, I have a bad cartridge, I took it back, not only was I told to bad, but the bus tender thought I was tribal, I am a cancer patient, and will tell everyone I know to stay away, it's not funny to me, I spend alot on medicine, was as loyal as you get, but to be belittled, and treated like I did something wrong by complaining , I will spend my money elsewhere, and I won't be back here, others I'm sure will follow if this is how your treated, it's not the $40 some dollars I spent on the CARTRIDGES, cause I still purchased what I needed tonight, over $200, but that's the last dollar they get, and I'll tell everyone in my kemo group, and at Mayo Hospitial to stay away, I have enough problems in life with cancer, that when my medication is bad, and not replaced, I won't be back, I don't need the treatment, encanto, I'm sorry you choose to do business this way, after $$$$$ thousands spent, and first return I really feel cheated, and taken advantage of , as she said laughing, it's only $40 ,yes it was for that, but they lost alot more then that, bad business.......cancer patients, beware , it's not worth the trouble, stay away I am .!!!!!!!

Jeff one of the managers told me when asked that there selling all of there old product from old management discounted because of the mold issues the other owners had. He stated it was the old product that was being sold. This is on the 6 for 100 and stuff like that. Service was lost no selection and very confused as a first time patient on what to even do in this place. The bud tender was new and would not really explain anything. Long story short I asked for my cards and realized it was a waste of time. I hope this helps not trying to bash but this is the truth.
