Never ever ever going back, I had a terrible experience last time I went manager made it my fault that they miss printed a special , drove accross town and wouldn't stand behind what they sent out , but in fairness to other employees I came back, only to have same manager now not stand behind what they sold, I know if timeless knew that they don't stand behind there product they would pull it from there shelf's, again manager inly wants money, no service no care, twice I have had problems , inly to be told tuff luck, well tuff luck to them , stay away, don't trust them, don't waste your time, god let alone your money, inly way I'll ever return is if manager is replaced, which is sad because all other employees are good, one bad apple spoils the lot, and I tell everyone I know stay away, Including my cancer survivor group at Mayo hospital.

I'm never coming back, after spending hundreds each week, I have a bad cartridge, I took it back, not only was I told to bad, but the bus tender thought I was tribal, I am a cancer patient, and will tell everyone I know to stay away, it's not funny to me, I spend alot on medicine, was as loyal as you get, but to be belittled, and treated like I did something wrong by complaining , I will spend my money elsewhere, and I won't be back here, others I'm sure will follow if this is how your treated, it's not the $40 some dollars I spent on the CARTRIDGES, cause I still purchased what I needed tonight, over $200, but that's the last dollar they get, and I'll tell everyone in my kemo group, and at Mayo Hospitial to stay away, I have enough problems in life with cancer, that when my medication is bad, and not replaced, I won't be back, I don't need the treatment, encanto, I'm sorry you choose to do business this way, after $$$$$ thousands spent, and first return I really feel cheated, and taken advantage of , as she said laughing, it's only $40 ,yes it was for that, but they lost alot more then that, bad business.......cancer patients, beware , it's not worth the trouble, stay away I am .!!!!!!!
