The Mint Cannabis - Encanto

Still the absolute worst. Went in because it was really close to where I was. Wanted some concentrates, what I got was waxy garbage. Having been here before, I knew what to expect.

Encanto Green cross is the worst dispensary in the state of Arizona. If their customers haven't been aware of their AZDHS issues with mold present in their grows, then something like their customer service, or lack-there-of should surely push you away. They have a lack of compassionate Care and you are purely viewed as number and the amount of money flowing from your pocket. There are too many quality places with caring and compassionate people to bother yourself with the shit show they call Encanto. Go somewhere else.

From moldy weed to horrible customer service, this place is excellent in making you never want to return.

Bummer!!! I was hoping the reviews would be wrong if I just gave it a try for myself. WORST WEED EVER!! My weed was all dried out, tasted awful, harsh to smoke and better off in the garbage. I would never recommended trying this place out if your looking to get a quality bud, NEXT!

Worst flower I have ever smoked! I’m slightly late leaving this review but total crap product comes from this place. Their bud tender seemed annoyed and impatient while helping us. Their flower smelled nice but when we got home to smoke it, it was the nastiest tasting flower I’ve ever had from a dispensary and it didn’t not have any effect on me. Would never come back to this place, ever!

Decided to check it out, now I understand why everything is so cheap.

This place does not honor your privacy. I am warning you now. Don’t go here if privacy is a concern.

worst dispensary in az they sell as is oz even if its full of seeds premature shackles gives worse symptoms than not smoking it have to deal with my pains becuase i used all of my medical allowance at their store and drove 70miles all because i got the xmas special never going back there and wont be referring anyone

I don’t understand how you people are still open. MOLD EVERYWHERE. Literally poisoning the patients every single day. Y’ALL SHOULD’VE BEEN SHUT DOWN A LONG TIME AGO! You give the industry a bad rep!!!!

Pesticides. Mold. GROSS AS hell don’t come here unless you want some nasty shit in your lungs + possibly get sick from what your smoking. You Shouldn’t poison your patients!!!! Just close doors if you can’t figure out how to grow meds right amateurs

1. This dispensary, mailed out a postcard, that had their name on both sides. I feel that since this is medical cannabis it was a breach of hippa law. Perhaps not, but I don't want my neighbors or postman knowing I used medical canna. A lot of discretion should be used when mailing out these things. 2. I've been in at least twice, while their prices are better than the closest dispensary, their people are confusing with their knowledge. Not knowing what they have, saying one thing about a product then changing when you say that's now what you want. I have two products I was told I could use one way, then after I purchased I discovered I couldn't use it that way. So my last purchase was totally useless to me. I don't have a lot of cash to just throw away like that. I used one of the products the way they told me too and was terribly sick. They sold a product that I was told could be ingested. I believe it can not be but should be caped. Since I don't vape or smoke, it was a waste.

Mold and not willing to admit or take down contaminated products. Such a horrible way to run a dispensary for terminally ill PATIENTS.

Have to say Encanto will no longer be my choice when it comes to meds. Service and discounts are nonexistent. I guess being a grad student at ASU doesn’t qualify for the 5% student discount that encanto states even in their voicemail. There are other places open till 10pm in the valley,

Had to completely redo my review. I did watch the news story about the moldy flower. I'M ALLERGIC TO MOLD! I traded the possible moldy bud for $10. It smelled like chicken noodle soup. If I can't go to a dispensary & expect non infested medicine then where can I? Back on the street? No thanks. Can't something be done about this black mold? I have never heard of something like this happening. Also unrelated but you guys might want to get together & decide what you're going to say when people ask about the THC % of the wax. I was told 70%, 80%, and 90%.

Bought an ounce (prepackaged) weighed it out at home and it was about three grams short of the ounce.

They send NON DISCRETE(pictures of nugs and name displayed) mailers out WITH OUT consent or warning. It has your personal info including full name and address on it. DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!!!

No. (1) They didn't have two things listed on their Leafly menu, and tried to sell me something else without opportunity to research it. (2) They bind you to a privacy agreement that allows them to use and release your information for their own purposes. I wanted to give them a last chance after the big azfamily article about mold in their cannabis, and their owner's awful statements in the record, but they just aren't professional.

Not only does the location look comparable to a prison, but everything is pre packaged & you roll the dice on if you're gonna get mold or not in your flower. The vape pens are trash as well & tend to fall apart shortly after being used. Do your research & test your meds for mold particulates & pesticides.

Stay Away!! Bought a half ounce of durban poison and i found a lot of mold!!! WTF!

I used to love this place until I bought a youcan vape pen. I took it back because the battery wouldn’t charge and they wouldn’t replace it. They were so rude saying they don’t know what I did to it, when I have just used it normally for only a month and a half. Bought a cartridge and it leaked as soon as I drove away and the battery wouldn’t even charge or work at all. Had to go back to replace both items and they refused to replace my youcan vape. Wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

Truly a washed up location. Meds are a joke and not premium. Tenders are ok dependa on who you get. Definitely not professional... nice for the most part... but also not knowledgeable.
