This place likes to pull a bait and switch scam. Preorder online, drive across town and they are all out of the bargain deals, so then you have to spend more money getting medicine. Stay away, I am never going back.

Budtender was a disappointment, wear the mask on their chin, rushed through everything. Was given Cindy 99 instead of the Gas pedal I ordered. Uncomfortable and bad experiences.

this place used to have good deals and bud. ever since it became sunny side there product and deals are trash. No more tier drop Friday or bogo on Wednesday. This place really fell off. The 130 half o are trash. go to Debbies dispensary pay 20 to 30 more for ur half but it will be some actual fresh flame not dryed out.

Went in there for some grow science and guess what, they only carry crappy weed. Welcome to quantity over quality. Who wants moldy weed. Plus the budtender was all over the place talking to the manager and not paying attention to the customer. Last time I’m stopping here.

First of all this place is hard to find and parking sucks. Secondly the flower I purchased was not that great. I came to this location for one specific strain and honestly was disappointed. It was my first time and the budtender wasn't very nice or helpful. She basically just said "over there is our edibles and here's a list of flower do you know what you want" not friendly at all. The only positive thing I could say about this place was I was in and out pretty fast. But what's the point of fast service if the product sucks.

Staff is friendly, weed is cheap and dry . If you are looking for something cheap and don't care go for it.

I have bein also trying out the concentrates I must kinda gets me when they take me to the counter and show me to concentrates that weren't even on the menu when I checked... So she proceeds to show me to concentrates alien head OG and sour lemon first off she was trying to tell me that the sour lemon was cooked very well and the THc level should be at 80% which is kind of hard to believe when the sour lemon is on the lowest count THC count that is and bronze on the menu cheapest of them all. I mean come on I don't want to sound rude or nothing but this ain't my first time doing this and you get out of what you put in your not going to get 80% out of the lowest THC count flower that you have... Let's be real you guys are experimenting and you don't want to use the best flower that you have. Which is understandable but don't use the cheapest flower that you have an act like it's the best. So I decided to just go with my thoughts about the alien head OG.... So I get a gram because I can split to have the gram price witch is for the 60 anyways I get home to open up my bag and over read the information printed on the label... Another thing that throws me off is nowhere on the menu or when you're talking to them did they say anything about alien head og trim. Yea says "TRIM" now are you using flower or are you using just the scraps of stems and leaves of your plant that's the lowest count keep in mind... So I proceed to try it I throw it in my little ball which is exactly what you guys have in your counter and it decides to form into a drop it did it's job I get my tool I try to get a little bowl to dab and I had the hardest time ever it was so sticky it's stuck on everything it touched.barely touched my finger it was all over the place it was messy shatter is not suppose to be that Messy. Must agree that it's not purged correctly. Not trying to bag on you guys just giving you the info from a heavy smoker. Shouldn't have to throw it in the freezer to get a nice little small chunk off of it.

No lie they suck!!! Had bad shatter tasted like chemicals and no type of love just got excuses, had issues in the past. I do NOT RECOMEND them!!!BEWARE!!!

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dispensary. I ordered online. While I was waiting in line, another patient started complaining about the wait. I tried telling him that he was next in line, and he threatened to "light me up", presumably because "you don't work here". How do you watch a patient get threatened by another patient and not do anything about it? he should have been thrown out and asked never to return. Now, as for the order itself, they replaced my selections with five different strains and didn't even bother to tell me. I understand that sometimes things run out and they have to replace it, but usually they will send you a text and tell you they're out of a certain thing and then you can tell them what you want it replaced with. so, I didn't get what I ordered, and I was threatened, and no one did a damn thing. I will never come back here, and I may never step in a Cresco owned dispensary again. What a joke.

I placed an online order they filled the order like they had what i ordered only to drive 45 min to see that they decided to fill my bag with what ever they wanted not bothering to tell me that they didnt have my order.... And when i got there they just expected me to be happy with whatever they decided to put in my bag... They got a new name but nothing has changed here thus place is still garbage and will never have me shop there again

The location of the place is a little seedy. The interior is acceptable. Unfortunately I have a few things I’d like to say. One instance is I bought a prepared oz. it was labeled as indica, which is my preference. I trusted their knowledge, made a judgement and when I got home I read the strain on leafly and it labeled it as a 50/50 hybrid. Leafly was right by testing it. I received little compensation for their mistake and I had to use it. It was not favorable. I’ve looked at their website and here on leafly and the menu isn’t consistent when I arrive. I’ve noticed further mislabeling too. I can’t contest their price, and when correct it is more than what you pay for, admitted. Just do research before you go, and you will have satisfaction.

This was my first visit, I heard they had concentrates so I decided to try them out. Good pricing on shatter wax, however it wasn't very good shatter. The shatter hurt my throat which usually means it wasn't purged very well or there is still excess butane within the wax. Wasnt impressed with the flower selection either.

I stopped in on the calling of their daily special, buy a gram get a gram of shake free. Your flower was average, even at the price. Your so called, wanna be shake is nothing more than shade leaves, stems and some trim. Not what I call shake. FYI shake should be nothing but the trimmings. you can smoke for bowls of your so called shake 1.5 grams after first waking up in the am from 6.5 hours of sleep and not feel A THING! And I mean nothing. I am only giving 3 stars cause average bud and long hours. Your staff has a we don't care attitude. your security guard is a joke. and your call people out of order way to often for it to be a mistake. The lobby gives a sketchy vibe and did not feel comfortable nor safe. Chong association or not, plain and simple your being beat hands down. This place is lacking in every way. please have a manager or owner contact me, Joe Benjamin, remember word of mouth is the best advertising and right now double thumbs down! Mr Tommy Chong You sir should be ashamed to be associated to, not sure what to call it, egc.

After hearing good things about Encanto Green Cross I was excited to come check them out. When I arrived the lobby was nice, the cookies were a good touch the lady at the desk was kind of unwelcoming but the budtender made up for that. The meds were not cool. The Alien Kush and jack was about the best smelling best meds they had that day. They weighed out the nugs in front of me and hooked me up. I left feeling good positive, however when I got home and broke up the Alien Kush gram I had bought SEEDS fell out 7 to be exact NOT COOL MAN NOT COOL.

Treated like a number. Literally. They don't even call you back by name, the give you a raffle ticket and call you by the last three digits on the ticket. Unbelievable. And they don't even have samples of their flower to even look at. Hands down worst cannapharm in the valley. Possibly of all the medicinal marijuana states. That's how much I did not like this place.

I wish this Sunnyside were more like the ones in IL. just sayin'.

great deals! super nice staff. however whats the point of a quick online order when walk in's were going in and leaving and I'm still waiting outside in 100 degrees??? The inside is rough looking but clean no one is enforcing people wearing masks too, and people smoking while in line.

I get told something different every time I come when trying to select my flower. Prices shouldn’t change with different bud tenders. It definitely gets old

so egc was the first dispensary i started frequenting, gotta love the 10 dollar grams but lets get into the real reason i felt compelled to write this review... what happened here guys, i stopped coming here about a year and a half ago due to long wait times, (had an 1.5 hour wait i made a pre order and went back up to the window and they had my order ready within 10 minutes... seriously?) inconsistent service, and an overall sense of not caring for patients, so step up a year later im going out for my birthday to all the dispensaries, and i figured lets make my first stop here they open at 8 am... so i pull up no one in the parking lot i figured no patients should be quick, boy was i wrong, so i walked into the waiting room first thing i noticed was a weird smell, there was trash sitting all over the floor like no one cleans at night or the morning, walk up to the the front counter to check in... the front desk lady didn't say hello was not friendly at all like i was interrupting her morning coffee, i sit down its 815 at this point, still waiting 825 still waiting... still waiting 833 and they finally call my number back i have been here for almost 30 minutes with no other patients in the lobby im literally the only one still.... get back to the waiting room the "budtender" was not friendly no hello literally first words out of his mouth what do you want? i asked to see 3 different strains this guy spent i shit you not 5 minutes looking he finally finds it (still not the ones i was asking for), after asking for strain knowledge for specific things the only thing he could tell me was it was an indica and no other information straight up no knowledge... its 850 at this point and he finally starts to log in my purchase by the time i actually hand this guy money its 903 am... first patient in the building i wanted to purchase 2 1 grams strains in a pre pack and it takes over an hour to get it??? oh its not even close to being done later in the afternoon i was at another dispensary and was talking about my experience and a guy chimes in i work there and hate it, i wont repeat the things he told me due to content but they were extremely negative not one positive thing came out of his mouth about this dispensary... its gone down hill i will not be returning to this spot, seriously lacking in quality and compassion....

THEIR PRICES . I would give this place 0 stars however that is not applicable. I have come to this facility today and was NOT IMPRESSED! This place is understaffed and the quality of customer service is the WORST! DO NOT go here. The deals for their product are NOT worth the wait in the waiting room nor the customer service that they provide. Their employees are the farthest thing from knowledgeable. I will not be coming back again until they change their shop!

Horrible place all there stuffs wack they do not test anything really and there shatter and stuff is only so cheap cuz it’s garbage . That’s why they will always pull you back in with 5 grams for 70$ some times but it’s all not worth it .horrible place will never come here again .
