Quality of weed is okay. A LOT OF STEMS. Bordello is the only thing I buy from this place. But your money does not go far with the extra stems other dispensaries are willing to take care of. No real patient discounts. No point systems. Just a regular, run down, ghetto dispensary.

I would say i haven't been to a worse dispensary than EGC. this place is terrible top to bottom. flowers are very dry and shatter is dark

They started selling half grams of concentrates at a higher price point to rip you off. Only big name strains get half grams which they refuse to sell at a gram price. Meaning if you want good wax you pay more money simply because they choose to make way more half gram packages. I started coming here because it felt like the only dispensary that wasn't trying to rip me off but now they intentionally charge more for a popular strain simply by only selling half grams for more money than a full gram would cost. The owners must think that their customers are brain dead idiots if they think pricing like that makes any sense. They know exactly what they are doing too because strains nobody buys that sit on their shelf for a month don't have half grams. Only the popular strains that have reputations behind them are split like that. None of this would matter either if you would just sell two half grams at a one gram price. You know, like all the other dispensaries do. How much money does a company have to make before they stop screwing around with their patients? Legalization can't come soon enough and these businesses that just want to nickel and dime you will go away.

No point going to this dispensary anymore since they ended all their deals with marijuana becoming recreational. Never shopping here again, the wax deals was what made them unique

still dirty inside new couches and a lot of rugs just to cover up the old carpet. went in because the OG Clear live resin pens were on sale. and after getting one I can see why, the hard to hit and you end up sucking more of the oil out then you do smoking it. not to terpy either for live resin. the flower is still horrible dry and premature still smells like green vegetation hardly any trichomes. if you're going for the Walmart of dispensaries congratulations you have won. staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable.

I am beyond angry right now I placed an order online almost 2 hours ago no one bothered to call and tell me that they were out of what I asked for was going to try to substitute something else without even bothering to ask. I am angry and pissed off and this is no way to treat your customers. Nothings changed with this business it's still ghetto as hell.

I have had good times here but this last time I got a vape cart. Vape liq tangie that after taste is horrible and you can taste the additives. Complete buzz kill and waste of money. Go with the live resin pens more $ but shit won’t kill you.

Soil grown? yeah right. Hand trimmed, you mean half ass plucked at? These are selling points that do not reflect as accurate in real life. These shops all SUCK. Marketing is the only product they focus on. A bunch of liars selling fake weed. Yes I said FAKE WEED. Ive smoked everything from cup stuff to imported African Durban. And it has things in common that this dispensary "weed" doesn't! Like a smell and flavor that resembles Cannabis strains? Monsanto is growing fake weed in AZ! Im convinced! It looks like weed but that's it!

I’ve been going here for over 2 years, the wax deals had me coming back weekly. Venom dictating your prices sucks. I wish you guys had stood up for your med patients, or made a deal for us. Instead you’re banking on the recreational users bumping sales, at least that is what it feels like to your loyal customers. I’ve stuck with you from 6 for 99, 10 for 99, a cashier over charging me, busy time and slow times. But this one cut me deep. I won’t be back for awhile.

I do not care for this facility, their customer service is lacking. Some of the employee's do not pay attention to what they are putting into your sack and not putting in your sack. I have been burned more times than I can count from this dispensary, I will never go back and discourage others.

What do I think of this location? Well, not much, if we’re going to be honest. If you think it looks sketchy outside, you will find it is just as sketchy inside and the employees fit in perfectly with all that. I was a first-time patient with Encanto, and will not be going back again. The prices are not satisfactory, especially considering the poor quality / untested nature of their products, and they do literally nothing customer service-wise to make up for it. In fact, the budtenders here think it’s really cute to make fun of patients, assuming we can’t hear through the paper-thin walls between the waiting area and the ghetto showroom when they’re cracking jokes about people’s names or appearances. Overall, wasn’t the slightest bit impressed and chortled the other day when they sent me a text with 10% to come back in...I will not ever. Do not recommend this place.

the dispensary doesnt seem to care about social distancing or masks or privacy. they allow random people to just film us in here. never fucking again.

Drove all the way from nw Peoria to get a zip of the 200$ Girl Scout cookies..I get there and they had just sold the last zip :( so I explained my story on how I had journeyed from afar to seeking a the gift of the gods (gsc)...I was bummed and left with my head down... then I hear somebody say "sir, sir, were you looking for the Girl Scouts" I told him yes and he told me that he was sorry that I drove so far and gave me a upgraded bag of cookies for the same price! This is how you keep customers and build a business that will be around 20 years from now. Promote that man!

I have no problems with any of the staff at this dispensary, in fact, all of my interactions were great. However, I thought the parking was really bad, the location itself is inconvenient and the bud quality is far below average. I highly doubt this bud is organically grown, it crackles like cloves when you smoke it. The waiting room was uncomfortable and cheap.

You get what you paid for I bought the 160 oz and I regret it... I got the platinum blue dream and it doesn't really get me high and it's giving me a headache:/ not good buds also really leafly not sure if the trimmers did too good. Maybe I'll have to buy the top shelf stuff next time...

Prior to recreational being passed, they used to have good deals for medical patients but now they're usually out and they've stopped all of their specials. really disappointed in this dispensary and sadly, probably won't be going back now without the deals. They're a run-down operation that is in a bad neighborhood and the deals were the only thing that kept alot of people coming. Such a disappointment.

I put a pre-order in for 30 carts like I do every single week for whatever reason today I get 22 but have a receipt for 30 paid for carts. I get home check. call and find out on top of that I'm dealing with THE ASSISTANT manager as a budtender and even better than that it my fault he was to busy talking to someone else to give the customer service in which he's more than likely paid to give. and literally there's no solution no apology. nothing other than a completely DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. 100% HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS I SPEND IN YOUR STORE. . . . and this is the customer service y'all give in return?????? 🤦🤦🤦

Bought 2 strains. One had organic pesticides, the other had chemical pesticides. You dont go from growing nothing but mold to doing it right without a complete start over. Stop trying to fool people. I guarantee you bud taste like organic pesticides that aren't tested for. I'd bet money on it. These places won't hire qualified growers, they've proven to interest in improving quality, year after year they get worse and worse,all of these eipp off shops selling their nasty ass unweed

First and last visit. I was looking for concentrates and they don’t have an updated menu. I go to the case and ask is this the only concentrates you have(I was looking for mpx which they have but not displayed or on their menu) the girl says yes this is it. So I got stuck with picking from cresco crap. They don’t keep them stored correctly just out in the open to get dried out and terpless. I call to see if they have mpx after bc my friend said he swears they do and they tell me that they do have mpx. How am I supposed to know this if your menu doesn’t get updated daily and your staff isn’t knowledgeable about product on hand. Wasted money and time.

First of all this place is hard to find and parking sucks. Secondly the flower I purchased was not that great. I came to this location for one specific strain and honestly was disappointed. It was my first time and the budtender wasn't very nice or helpful. She basically just said "over there is our edibles and here's a list of flower do you know what you want" not friendly at all. The only positive thing I could say about this place was I was in and out pretty fast. But what's the point of fast service if the product sucks.

I have bein also trying out the concentrates I must kinda gets me when they take me to the counter and show me to concentrates that weren't even on the menu when I checked... So she proceeds to show me to concentrates alien head OG and sour lemon first off she was trying to tell me that the sour lemon was cooked very well and the THc level should be at 80% which is kind of hard to believe when the sour lemon is on the lowest count THC count that is and bronze on the menu cheapest of them all. I mean come on I don't want to sound rude or nothing but this ain't my first time doing this and you get out of what you put in your not going to get 80% out of the lowest THC count flower that you have... Let's be real you guys are experimenting and you don't want to use the best flower that you have. Which is understandable but don't use the cheapest flower that you have an act like it's the best. So I decided to just go with my thoughts about the alien head OG.... So I get a gram because I can split to have the gram price witch is for the 60 anyways I get home to open up my bag and over read the information printed on the label... Another thing that throws me off is nowhere on the menu or when you're talking to them did they say anything about alien head og trim. Yea says "TRIM" now are you using flower or are you using just the scraps of stems and leaves of your plant that's the lowest count keep in mind... So I proceed to try it I throw it in my little ball which is exactly what you guys have in your counter and it decides to form into a drop it did it's job I get my tool I try to get a little bowl to dab and I had the hardest time ever it was so sticky it's stuck on everything it touched.barely touched my finger it was all over the place it was messy shatter is not suppose to be that Messy. Must agree that it's not purged correctly. Not trying to bag on you guys just giving you the info from a heavy smoker. Shouldn't have to throw it in the freezer to get a nice little small chunk off of it.

No lie they suck!!! Had bad shatter tasted like chemicals and no type of love just got excuses, had issues in the past. I do NOT RECOMEND them!!!BEWARE!!!
