The edibles I got on 420 were so good. And the tacos they had at the location were great.

Tara was wonderful!! She showed me so many options and was very knowledgeable. It was my first visit and it was amazing!! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Second to none. My visit to The Herbal Care Center was worth every star (and the drive). To start, I am not from the city, so I was worried about parking. They have a huge parking lot which immediately put me at ease. Upon entering the facility, I was in awe of how gorgeous the interior is. It almost feels like a spa! There are shiny, clean, display cases everywhere you look, gorgeous pipes, a coffee & tea bar, and a comfortable seating area with couches and TV's. The staff gave a friendly greeting, and I was off to pick out my product! The selection of products they have is extensive, with multiple cultivators working together to provide the highest quality inventory for their customers. The staff here is also incredibly knowledgable and helpful in picking out the perfect product to help your ailment. They offer private consultation rooms if you want extra privacy in speaking with personnel about what you are looking for or why. They carry sample jars on most products & the staff will also help instruct you on how to use each product to its full potential to maximize the benefits from it without ever coming off as pushy. I loved the one on one attention and service that I received and will definitely be back again!!

The Herbal Care Center is an awesome dispensary, a must visit. The location and access is very convenient and right down the street from the VA center. Their showroom is very modern, comfortable and well organized. Outstanding customer service ! My Budtender was very professional and was extremely knowledgeable about the many products being offered. I enjoyed the Veteran’s discount thanks again and I’ll see you guys again soon !

I would not recommend! I called to place an item on hold and was told sure but when I got in it wasn't held. I called ahead a second time and was told that I was getting the last of like 3 - 5 items and the items were held. I called ahead the third time and they are now telling me I can't reserve what I want due to a limited supply. So if there is regular inventory that u wanna make sure is gonna be there for u before u make ur trip through the DEADLY STREETS OF CHICAGO don't bet on this place. They could care less about their everyday customer's needs!

Talk about living in the moment of a new reality. there's finally a place that embraces the day where people can fight some of life's biggest health battles all thanks to a change in direction. i walked in here and felt like i could breathe in a new beginning. the staff are patient and understanding and they don't turn people away. they have my vote.

I recently moved to the city and needed to find a new dispensary. I chose THC for it's convenient location, but after meeting with the staff and seeing the facility I will not go Anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. They answer all my questions and never seem in a hurry to get me out the door. My previous dispensary was not like this. I am fortunate to have found them and will not go anywhere else.

There is never a long wait, the staff is always friendly and helpful and I always enjoy the variety of strains they carry especially the concentrates. It’s always for cost effective too you never leave there thinking you are being ripped off like most places

This location is by far the best I've come across. I love how easy they make it for the patients to order online, and have their things ready in about two hours. They also hold your order for 48 hours, which works well for me. My favorite part, however, is that they're not afraid to show their prices. I've gone to places where the prices aren't even on the menu at the dispensary, which I find very conniving. I walk in to pick up my order, while my husband sits in a very updated, very spacious waiting area, complete with coffee of all sorts, TV, and plenty of seating. The staff is very helpful, but I've also found that other patients can be just as friendly and helpful. Overall, this place is a 5 star dispensary, in my opinion, so far.

I have been going here since i got my card ! The old manager was one of my good friends and the staff that is there currently is very nice, caring, and fun to interact with !

A one stop shop must!! This dispensary has it all. Great staff, clean and welcoming environment and of course, excellent products! There are so many options to choose from which, I must admit, can be a bit overwhelming at times. But, not to worry; the staff are so knowledgeable, patient and helpful that it makes the decision making process much easier. The one suggestion I would provide is to display the prices of the products in grams, eighths, ounces, etc. next to or near the actual product. That would make the purchasing experience much easier because as I mentioned before, there are so many options that it can be overwhelming to the consumer. Either way, that won't stop me from coming back to restock :) Lastly, If you happen to come across Rosa (I hope I'm spelling her name right!), consider yourself lucky. I love buying from her. Her overall vibes are so warm and comforting. Plus, she knows her stuff & has great recommendations.

My ptsd has been severely reduced because of this location. And 420 was fun! Tacos!
