Zen Leaf - Pilsen (Medical)

Today was my first visit to this dispensary and I have to say that I was extremely impressed by the experience they provided. As a medical patient the staff made sure to take care of my needs and even included 20 dollars off my first purchase. Upon entry even as a new patient I was taken care of by taking my information down for my profile which was extremely quick even with my additional documents for my veterans discount and was allow to come in right away making me feel like a regular on my first day. The bud tender Ms. Guzman was very kind and made me feel welcomed and helped me out while I got myself adjusted to their set up. I probably spend like 15 mins or less inside which I couldn’t believe how fast the process was even for a new patient. The store was very clean and seems like they are taking all precautions to keep the location safe during the pandemic. Having visited other dispensaries you can just see why this one stand out above them all as I am now planning to make this my primary dispensary to go to in the Chicago land area. If you are a medical patient and haven’t been to the Herbal Care Center I highly recommend you check it out. They went above and beyond. I will be recommending this location to my friends.

Great local. Knowledgeable staff. Sometimes certain people seem like they would rather be somewhere else yet still answer my questions. And I hope I don’t run into them when I’m there.

I have gone here many times, always happy but it as changed. This time it was garbage pure dirt weed. They said they were sorry but it was on sale. But for 85 an oz i can buy good weed. So be careful shopping with them. No refunds no exchanges.sorry basically sorry sucker ww got you. I will never go there again.

So I went in for my second time. Not only do they have the best deal for veterans, but they have consultants like Richie and Marcos. These guys were helpful not only in knowledge, but also ensure I had a quick and enjoyable experience. Thanks guys.

The prices were waaay too high for any market. Even when you take taxes into consideration, the price is too high. Not to mention, they do not have medicinal one would expect coming from western US. People were nice though.

I love this place, the people are so nice and very helpful. You walk in and it feels like you are walking into a friends home because they make you feel so welcome! I would recommend this place to anyone and they are pet friendly! ♥️♥️

Love this place. Been to almost every dispensary in the area this is one of the best love the staff most notably Allee J. She is a gem, very knowledgeable, friendly, approachable.
