From the first time visiting the dispensary, it was welcoming and knowledgeable on benefits of the medicine.. The dispensary is well stocked and have no problem ordering if needed. Their Sales are Phenomenal! I'm getting my relief! Thank you The Herbal Care Center!

Love this place

By far the best dispensary in the city. Great deals and great inventory. The staff in very friendly and helpful. I was able to get exactly what I needed and even saved a couple of bucks thanks to their specials. Definitely staying here. thank you THC!

It was my first visit to this center. Great selection and a very knowledgeable staff that was very cool and willing to answer all of my questions that I could not get answered at my other dispensary. Overall, great vibe, great place, great people. Highly recommend.

I spent some time here for the four twenty extrava-ganja event. it was awesome. they had some way wicked referral bonuses, easy chairs, no cover charge to get in and with the complementary massage, i felt like the hero of the day. Gave a good window on what you can burn. 5 stars for me.

it's so good, i must admit remembering the first day i came here brought a smile to my face. out of all the places around, this is the best. and i'm going to have the memory around for the rest of my life.

This place is well worth the drive! Coming from the southwest burbs, it was easy to get to right off 290 expressway. Their selection and the fact they are open extend hours 7 days a week were two of the biggest reasons why I switched. The waiting room and showroom are absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen so many different products under 1 roof, LOVE the Mindy Segal Chocolates. The Staff was great, answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The prices are better than the other 4 dispensaries I’ve tried. I loved the sale items too! Thank you THC staff for a comfortable experience.

They were so helpful, knew a lot about the products and helped me pick out some great items. Also, not only did I get a discount for being a Navy Veteran but I got an additional discount from their prize wheel! If you haven't been to this dispensary yet, you owe it to yourself to a trip. I found the facility very well organized and a clean showroom. Outstanding customer service, you can tell the staff really cares about their patients. They are all very professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable for my first time in a dispensary and the first visit discount was a surprise! Since my first visit they treated me with compassion. I love how they greet you with a smile. Been there twice, both times Rosa one of the budtenders have answer all my questions, I always have many and concerns but they make sure that I leave confident and with all my questions answered. I suffer from 8 autoimmune diseases, I feel less inflammation which is great. They're experts on the products they offer. I don't think I could go to another dispensary. I'm so glad I was referred to The Herbal Care Center.

I'm new to the cannabis world, I've tried a few different dispensaries but I didn't find a place I liked. A friend of mine recommended The Herbal Center. From the large parking lot to the private consultation rooms it's an extremely comfortable environment to be in especially for someone who is new to the use of cannabis. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and they are open seven days a week which is extremely convenient for my work schedule. They had a great selection of pipes, so many different options to choose from, with lots on sale! I thought it was cool they had a loyalty program. I would strongly recommend this dispensary to anyone who asked.

This location is awesome!!! I had assistance from the application process to the purchase. Many of the gentleman day after day answered my questions over the phone pertaining to registration. Once I was there, I was greeted by a couple employees, offered water, etc. Once the initial process was completed, I was then helped by a gentleman named Zach. Zach answered my every little question especially when price was concerned. I came in very close to the closing time, but no one rushed me out. Instead we had a nice conversation before my leaving. I'm definitely making this my HQ from now on.

This is not a cannabis dispensary, more like a “Mecca of Cannabis”. I have been to dispensaries in both California and Colorado and I have never seen a place like this! I couldn’t believe how nice it was on the outside and inside. You feel like you are at a Spa. By far the best one that I’ve been to. Their selection was great and they had a lot of different options to choose from. Their prices were cheap compared to other dispensaries here in the state. I highly recommend THC, you guys did it right !

It is the best location

This dispensary is like no other I have visited in Illinois. if it wasn't for state laws this would be like being back in CO. staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I never felt rushed. huge selection of both cannabis and non cannabis products. VET OWNED highly recommended. also, they have ample parking, that's crazy in the city.

Duuuuuuuuuude. They got some good stuff for my glaucoma. My life has totally chnaged for the better. It's like...the total opposite of ruined man. It is so great.
