this place is expensive. they will not give me my veterans discount with any other deal, so it is completely useless and I will not be a customer as long as they have this policy

I have visited other dispensaries in town and this place has the best quality of any of them. They have a huge selection. Their staff is very knowledgeable, almost as if they had already tried everything in the store. Lol

I love going there. Everyone there is amazing.

I absolutely love this dispensary. All the staff are awesome, no one throws a fit because I have my kids as a single mom. The hours work great even with my late nights and the prices are pretty fab

Well went in hoping for some more LA Confidential and of course they were out. like with everything I have liked over the years they just can't keep a steady stream of the same strain seems that way at a lot of dispensaries don't understand. Anyway my review of the bud I ended up with PEYOTE CRITICAL it does not burn well and really takes more to medicate not really happy and that is just my opinion I will try back again some time when they get something that will medicate me Mr.Indica

Stay away. I called ahead to make sure they would honor a coupon I got from them even though they had a special going. I was perfectly clear with my words and asked if there would be a price change or would the price of the concentrates go up to normal price. They told me that they would honor the coupon at the current sale price. I once again asked them are you sure because that’s a really good deal and sounds to good to be true. She continued and said yes we will honor it. I also expressed I live about 1 hour away from D2 and would suck if I drove over there for no reason. When I get there they wouldn’t honor the coupon and wanted me to pay full price if I wanted to use the coupon. I spoke to Christina

Online order always makes things go super quick. I asked for some information printed for an older relative on a new product and they gladly helped me out.

The cashiers are either super nice and helpful or rude and abrupt you are always going to wait order by phone online or in person you will have a wait ! Twice I have been so rudely treated by my clerk during my cancer treatment and twice was told “ I am the manager “ sadly it was two different cashiers ! The only thing this place has is a boho on fair to middling concentrates for vape .

This plac is awesome great flower all the time employees always greet you when going to pick your script and I mean all of them greet you with a friendly hello and always say good bye very friendly place. Check it out you won’t be disappointed!!!

TERRIBLE customer service. The tender was so rude and had no idea what they were doing. Went once for the freebie and never again.

Agreed— unreasonable price jump this month with no warning to patients who use this medicine. If they’re looking to just cash in on the new rec market while screwing patients over I’m out.

The whole experience at D2 has always and will always be terrible. Used to be a regular until they stopped selling The Tropic Thunder strain. Only place I found it.

Do not be fooled about the debit discount..you get charged a surcharge from your bank, like when you use an atm that is not your bank...they dont tell you either

I'm glad that they opened an East side location because downtown dispensary is my favorite. They have really good flower and the staff is always nice.
