NIGHTMARE. Can no longer head in back, even if you are a medical patient so its pretty much like ordering online and hoping you picked something decent. The lines, though seperated run on the same system so really as a medical patient you paid $250 to wait like everyone else, f@$k your medical problems. And the prices? biishh please

Nope. If you have never experienced the ambience of NYC subway platform, head over to D2. Loud. Crowded. Chaotic. Sketchy. Placed my online order on a Tuesday for a flash sale on their Med Lava butter. I received my Leafly receipt shortly there after reflecting their flash sale price. I received my confirmation email the following day. When I went to pick up my purchase, they intended to charge me full price for the butter. I declined. I was told that they were experiencing technology issues and that’s why my order was delayed.I’m a medical patient and don’t have time for bait and switch non-sense. I wouldn’t shop here again if they were the only dispensary in Pima county.

On what planet does it take 4+ hours to verify an online order and get it ready? I just cancelled the order. No point in waiting for this level of incompetence. I wish I could flagrantly disregard my customers with no consequence like D2 does. Your inattention is costing medical patients pain-free days. I’m finding a new dispensary to frequent. This is ridiculous.

I was able to purchase the Valley OG and the Choclate Hashberry. Both were some of the best marijuana I've smoked in months and the staff and atmosphere are top notch. don't expect to get a great deal but expect to have the best service, marijuana, and atmosphere you can ask for in Tucson

The staff was rude. They didn’t have prices listed on anything so when the guy came out with a gram a wax and wanted $48 for it I about shit myself. 3.5 g of blue dream flower for $55??? What in the literal fuck y’all?

Already a loyal downtown patient, and this place is definitely worth the hype. I was blown away by the quality of my meds, as well as their current selection. They had a strain I've been looking for for months, and even a new to me CBD strain while we are in the middle of this CBD draught in Tucson at the moment.

By far the BEST dispensary I have ever been to. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of top notch flower. I'm now a D2 customer for life. There is no need for me to ever visit another dispensary.

I’ve been to over 50 different dispensaries in Arizona alone over 5 years I have seen just about all of them. Even when they change to new ownership I go check them out again I really enjoy going to dispensaries. This dispensary has the rudest bud tenders of any dispensary I’ve ever been to. I lived right down the street and gave this place a couple tries. I’d rather drive 2 hours to Mexico and buy some Reggie then smoke the tainted carcinogen crap they sell in there. The budtender made me feel so unwelcome that I couldn’t believe it. Had to leave in disgust without making a purchase the last time I tried to go there. I am having trouble putting into words how much I hate the people who work here for deceiving my fellow patients and selling unethical marijuana they know is not safe to consume. D2 you are an embarrassment to dispensaries all across Arizona and I mean it from the bottom of my heart.

If only no stars was an option. I have completely lost faith in this dispensary. Half the time I place an order for pick up they try to pass off the wrong strain or consistency, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS check your stuff if you’re going to come here because clearly having a written order in front of them isn’t enough to ensure your order is correct. And on the off chance they “try to make it right” that definitely still goes against your limit for the two weeks. The other half of the time somethings wrong and even after multiple confirmation texts they can’t find my order, can’t find me in the system or they’re having some other bs issue. If that wasn’t enough whenever this happens they’ll help the five people that come in AFTER you before you. This dispensary is a constant let down to a point where I’d rather go just about ANYWHERE else.

I've never felt so ripped off by a dispensary before! I went to get a 35$ eighth and gave the dude a 50 dollar bill I got my bag started to walk out and realized he only gave me a dollar change. After going back ant telling the girl at the window he rolled his eyes and dame and told me I was wrong it was a 45 dollar eighth plus tax. iI asked him to get the paper and there it was cake frost on there for 35$ once he saw it he changed oh yea thats a different cake frost. I told him I wanted a 35$ eighth he says let me see if we have any to which he came back and told me there aren't any! Never in my life will I spend another cent at this place and I strongly recommend anyone reading this either go to harvest, one of the prime leafs, or one of the earths healings! I just fired up and it diffinately isnt 50$ an eighth bud!!! I couldve got grow sciences for the same price im so pissed off right now thanks for not giving me a receipt.

As a patient we should have consultations of products available wether in store or on the phone. I was told in store only but as a patient why would I have to waste time going down there if it is not an easy task in the first place due to my medical condition.... This is one way to lose business, by not putting the patients first, afterall we are the reason you are in business. This lack of quality service from D2 is the reason I stopped going. I can go elsewhere for the same product and that should not be the grounds for why the staff is not at par. Change your policy for the sake of your patients and business please. It only makes sense to put us first!

Be careful. They have text message specials. 2 weeks ago i took them up on their offer of 2 grams of concentrates for $60. The text message said tax was included. I ordered online so that I wouldn't have to wait. I get there and check in, told them I ordered online. More than 10 minutes later, they call me back. I told them I ordered online. They didn't have the order, but proceeded to fill it for me. I reiterated I wanted the $60 special. She said, Ok. She came back with my order and charged me $60. I paid with my debit card. 3 days later, on my bank website, i saw the transaction from D2 dispensary. It was for $64, not $60. Then last week, I bought the $60 special again. I forgot about the $4 extra charge. The next day I remembered and checked my bank account. Again I was overcharged. Lesson: pay cash so they can't alter any transaction after the fact. As far as the quality of their shatter/ wax, it's inconsistent. But it always seems like it's not purged/cured enough. Strong solvent aftertaste. One day, i was baking edibles. I needed to decarboxylate the shatter for higher THC potency. After 20 minutes, the shatter was filled with air bubbles proving my point of under finished product. This place is horrible. They confirm orders, send messages saying they are getting processed then cancel them with out letting you know. The customer service is horrible and apparently refuse to try to rectify the situation. The manager isn't any better at all. She also has no customer service skills at all. Most of the actual items aren't even good. Flower is tasteless and other idems are close to expiration date. Wouldn't recommend this place. I was going for awhile and now will be going other places.

this used to be a great dispensary but ever since they made it Recreational its just gone down hill, now they over charge the hell out of medical patients and only give them one line while the Rec gets four and the staff are completely incompetent and will ignore you if you dont jump down their throat to get your order. its a shame but these people are just money hungry

Pre-COVID, this dispensary was awesome. Now, I avoid it at all costs. D2 has completely ditched the deli style operation and only sells the WORST prepacks. The bud is always old, tasteless, and never worth the insane prices D2 charges for it. They no longer allow patients to go to the back room, so unless you know exactly what you want, have fun having a not-so-private conversation with your budtender in the lobby. COVID is going to be here for a while, D2. Try to adapt or y’all are gonna lose a lot of customers.
