this used to be a great dispensary but ever since they made it Recreational its just gone down hill, now they over charge the hell out of medical patients and only give them one line while the Rec gets four and the staff are completely incompetent and will ignore you if you dont jump down their throat to get your order. its a shame but these people are just money hungry

I hadn't even checked in to visit this dispensary for the first time and was treated so rudely by receptionists that I will never visit this place. Disappointed because it was such a convince in this place being so close. Terrible customer service

My first time at this location... I’m so glad I do not live in Tucson. I got the Sour OG mid shelf at 15$ a gram! Absurd! The first nug out of the jar has a big ol seed! Really guys come on now! That’s janky but it is Tucson! I would never come here again based on that!! Toodles!

D2 was my favorite place to shop for 2 reasons the quality and the BOGO. I stop in yesterday to be told they only do BOGO on Sunday and Wednesday mind you I drive 1.5 hrs for the deals...fast forward a day later i receive a text saying ilava BOGO is back! Pretty shady tactic if you ask me. Some consumers don't live around the corner

This location has not yet adjusted to the influx of recreational users. During peak hours it is crowded, damn noisy and there are an inadequate number of chairs for clients.
Management problems at this time. Quality of products were excellent.
They have good products at decent prices however their pickup process is abysmal. On numerous occasions, I would order a pick up order and wait hours with no response. After getting impatient, I would show up to the actual store just to find out that it wasn't even busy and that they didn't even start my pickup order. They also don't tell you that they are out of something until the very last minute, which is not cool considering people drive 25+ minutes sometimes looking for a certain strain just to be told it's not available after you already ordered it via pickup. This would be my go-to dispensary if they just got there sh** together. Update your leafly when you are out of stock.

Today was my first time ever stepping foot into a dispensary. I was made to feel welcome and valued. I was offered educational material, the time was taken to explain the product and their benefits, and the entire staff was polite and mellow. I love this place. The flower is AMAZING by the way!

waited a ridiculous amount of time to begin with... then I paid $120 for a half oz, I get home grind up 4 little nugs and over 15 seeds came out! I called them and they said they have had other complaints but decided to ignore them and continue to selling it without informing other people of what your purchasing!! To solve the problem they said after my next purchase I would receive a free pre roll.. Lost my business I would not recommend

Awesome 2nd location for the best dispensary in Tucson! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the changes in setup from the downtown location. They have it set up so that you can see the strains for cartridges up close in the glass cases rather than attempting to read them from behind the counter six feet away. Super smart! Would love it if this location had water bottles for customers the way the downtown location does.

I made my first visit today and the entire staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and just an overall joy to work with. I was helped my a tall bearded fellow (wish I could remember his name) and he went above and beyond to help me. I will for sure be back again.

I've been going to the d2 dispensary since they open this location on the east side maybe less than two years ago. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give the products around a nine or a 10 never a complaint always good quality. However, customer service needs a little help. And that's putting it nicely . Specifically front desk receptionist looks like she crawled out of bed and into work. No smile, and no personality. Not very welcoming at all. Almost felt like I was an inconvenience.
Had to leave this review because I recently bought an Ilava atomic cartridge and after about a week of use black material started to form at the coils of the cartridge. It is unacceptable to sell bad batches of distillate at full price.

honestly today was the first time i ever had a bad visit to D2....not only was my online order not ready (even after receiving the text that it was) but when i sat there waiting for my order to be 'filled' again, walk-ins who arrived after me and made orders on the spot got their orders before mine. But the real disappointment was the fact that D2 decided to do away with the daily deals during this coronavirus outbreak, in which makes it hard for someone like me who is low-income, and without a job right now...but i guess its a business you're running, and sometimes its about money moreso than the customers...so with that said it will probably be a long while before i come back.
