TOP-TIER PHOENIX DISPENSARY I frequently travel around the valley and try out different dispensaries, and Swell is among the very best. I will definitely go back to this location. VERY FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. The free pre-rolls also deserve all caps, but I don't want to distract from how fast and friendly their service is. Thanks again!

everyone is so nice. the Cali style of the place works so well. they weigh the flower right there in front of you so you know you're getting what you pay for. and the tax is already included in the price so if you walk in with $35 you're leaving with $35 worth of amazing product. and they have the best pre rolls by far

cheap assess changed the bogo

The fill in manager, some moron with shoulder length brown hair refused to honor the menu price on a Venom BOGO New Year's Eve. The price marked was 22 with tax. He can't read and refused, saying it's 29. I took a picture of the menu. Another Curaleaf location said any Curaleaf would honor it. But the only thing they can do is honor the 22 without the BOGO because it's not Friday anymore. The Camelback and Central locations are a joke. Central thinks a charger is an adapter. Stupid, and they got a job here?

The Buds lately have been looking like straight reggie, garbage. The Top tier and the bottom tier are basically the same with no distinction. The service has been straight trash, rude bud tenders not all but one in particular. Then the atmosphere, standing outside in one of three lines for 20 mins fantastic. Express line is trash, why even have one. Do your self a favor and go to one of any other spots in the valley or a different dispensary entirely. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I waited until my alotment was clear and went in on the day they changed the BOGO. Was thinking/hoping that I could get that amazing and elusive free ounce. But no...now I can only be blessed with a quarter. I still appreciate it but, I want a free ounce!!!(winey kid voice) bogo 3.5 grams of concentration ain't too bad tho. So keep up the good work I guess?

Not only did security/check-in ignore a message patient with a preorder and had other folks go in front of me; once I got inside to a bud tender, (Cashier 49789) got my preorder wrong. Not only did he charge me for another dosido ($41) when I already ordered a qtr. I asked for a 8th of OG pie ($29). Buddy didn’t want to look for a 8th of similar cost of what I ordered. He said they didn’t have any other strains with that cost but another customer RIGHT BESIDE me was a walk in and ordered a $21 3.5! I’m pissed but can only be mad at myself for not just walking out. Last time shopping here.

Horrible service for the 3rd time in a row. No manager, an hour wait to pick up online order, they don’t give a shit about medical patients. Not coming here ever again, plenty of other and better organised dispensaries in the area.

Love the selection and most of all LOCATION! They have pre packaged pre rolls usually 5 for $20 that are usually my go to! Nothing else near in this part of town so happy to finally have one less than a few miles from home!!

Do Not go here if you're rec this is my 3rd time and each time an employee has said extremely rude things about rec users. Zac the cashier wouldn't tell me the price on anything he offered and got pissy with me when i told him i was a rec like rolling his eyes and stomping his feet pissy. weed was ok but they ruin it by their attitude

Most unorganized dispensary is Arizona .. weed is below average (minus 22 red which the rarely have) don’t bother ordering express you might as well show up and lie and say your here for whatever the shortest line is because there is no system and you will spend 45 minute plus in line on any day regardless of what they say ( I have been on multiple occasions) waited to give this review to see if things would improve but they haven’t they are still the worst in the state . Please do not come here go to Curaleaf in central and Thomas or urban greenhouse on indianschool and 27th ave. Get it together y’all are terrible

This dispensary turned me away for having my infant son in a backpack carry in my Tula. I've never been turned away before. This is my medicine and they prevented me as a self employed mother with no babysitter from getting my medicine!

I’m medical bought a 47 dollar 8th plus sales tax is 50 and change , plus I get 25 percent off, why my total was 43 and change , I questioned the discount, I went to do math bud tender says no phones I said it’s a calculator, 50 minus 25 percent is not 43 bucks , got jacked a few bucks and they making millions .

Stopped by here and grabbed a 7 of the Prometheus a 8th of the banana puff and a 8th of the Carrie fisher og honestly I like them all but the Prometheus was my favorite! Deff would come back and visit to try out concentrates and cartridges! Ps FTP special was awesome!

Lily and Mike were awesome bud tenders who helped my medicinal needs by being insightful, patient, honest and enthusiastic assisting me with my selections. I felt very informed and relieved about my choices based on their feedback on the product. This was a great experience as a first time patient. The swell concentrate and flower is very impressive high end product. In summary, take a trip to swell and make sure to take advantage of their great deals for new patients and ongoing specials for existing patients. By the way, they also sell head shop products in the forms of glass and other useful fare. Thanks Swell!

The first time I was here was back in April and the bud was dry so i haven’t been back. Today around 3:30 I came in because of the grand opening to give them a second chance. Right away in the parking lot one of the vendors (vapen) was parked in the only handicapped space. I proceeded to tell the security guard that this was illegal and this car should not be here. He instantly made excuses saying they needed to drop things off and unload. I told him that this is not a loading zone it is an ADA spot and it doesn’t represent the dispensary nor the vendor very well. Come on people this is a medical dispensary where people come for medicine you might want to keep you handicap spots for the disabled.
