I’ll start with saying, I buy timeless carts almost religiously. I just opened a brand new Timeless Noir Lemon Tree and the cart is at best 3/4 full. No where near what my other timeless carts look like when first opened. Not sure how this gets regulated, but it is definitely upsetting.

I recently moved back into the area and am so thankful this dispensary is nearby. It’s always fast and smooth, customer service is always top notch as well.

11/15, basically got robbed by Curaleaf. Placed a preorder for shatter and 500 mg carts. Was charged for 1000 mg carts, and when I addressed the issue was told there was nothing they could do except add points to my account. The manager told me it was my fault since I didn’t listen to the bud tender, but the bud tender only read me the flavors of the carts, not the size. Obviously the employee made a mistake and mistakes happen, but I feel as if the manager did not do enough to rectify the mistake that was solely the business fault. Also told me it was too late to do the return even though I didn’t even leave the building. Probably will be back to drain my loyalty points and then never again.

The business practices here are disgusting. During times of COVID-19 they have “changed ownership” and have nullified any rewards points patients had without so much as a warning. I will never be back.

Found a 2 inch long curly black hair in my freshly opened half oz of Secret Weapon

Didn’t have the best experience today... Went in for some Dutchie pre-rolls (got GG#4) and the first one was awesome. The second part of my visit was where it got rocky. Ordered 1/2 grams of PinaRita and Strawberry Daquiri concentrates. After leaving we realized the 25% discount wasn’t applied and had to turn around to get that readjusted. Then when we got home the PinaRita wasn’t even there. Was given Skunk Haze instead. Not the best visit but I will be back

Not a huge fan of the clear plastic the Sky Concentrates are coming on. Not nearly as nice as the wax paper. Switching back to wax paper would be A+++

Budtenders need to do a better job of confirming what concentrates are being given. Several times I’ve gone in and ordered one thing had it put in the bag never seeing it with my own eyes and then not getting what I asked for.
