Curaleaf - Camelback Rd.

I have always loved Swell and they were recently purchased by Curaleaf. I was in yesterday and asked about cartridge deals and was told they were still doing the 3 cartridges for $99. Called today to ask about it and was treated HORRIBLY. I asked about the deal he told me it wasn't happening anymore; very short. I asked if there were any other cartridge deals they were doing and he goes "Well we have new deals and I don't know them." I asked for his name as his attitude was not friendly or helpful he laughed at me and said "It's Josh feel free to complain." I am shocked as I have been here before and have spent a lot of money and I have never been treated so poorly. This happened on 9/25 @ 1:30pm.

Staff and location is great . But your guys qualitys on flowers is and has become horrible because of pre packaging . It's so dry but the time I smoke it and its potency lost, the original swell is doing it right with the jars it's more potent and it's fresh . I would highly take into consideration of changing your pre packaged flowers to jar method.

The lady at the front desk didnt apply the 20% discount to my order she gave some excuse as of why but it didn't make sense since every other curaleaf I've been to does apply the 20% off

I have used this dispensary for several years. Lately the budtenders tend to stand around in groups and make people wait for no apparent reason. Management must be abysmal since they could easily have the same productivity without everyone standing around. There are better dispensaries now that actually want to do business and help people.

Yes another swell and a great location Northeast Phoenix. High-quality meds here in the valley at a nice price

Went in expecting to spend more money and get less green needless to say I left with more green and money left over I'll never go anywhere else accept another swell to spread the love!!! Thank you everyone at swell!!!!

I don’t quite know what is up with dispensary location. To start with, the menu on Leafly greatly differs with what the actual dispensary has to offer. For example I ordered specific iLava carts which are 50% off. I ordered on Leafly two different strains of carts. I called the dispensary to ask about the special deal and they were completely clueless. I show up to pick up my online order and only then was I informed they only had watermelon left. Never gave me a FYI that they did not have the carts I ordered in an email like Swell brand would send me. I could go on and on with this seemingly incompetent dispensary. Very dissapointed as I have been a frequent visitor here. Seems like people have their heads up their asses lately.

Turrrrrible flower. Wasted 45 minutes driving to check this place out. Don't bother if you're a flower consumer.

This place was terrible . The “meds” were prepacked and old and dry and crunchy when I broke them up. They all tasted equally as disgusting, from the grape og to the Russian Kush and puta breath. I asked for something with good taste and smell and I was let down. Wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting only to get garbage and to be treated as if I’m inconveniencing the worker. I get they were busy, but he kept running back and forth to the front when I asked to see something different and made me feel like a cheap a** when I asked what was in the bargain bin. Also I asked for something fresh and when I told him the Russian Kush looked dry he said it was the freshest stuff the had. The back date was early September and the grape og batch date was early October. That made me feel like he was trying to get rid of nasty old inventory since it was a ftp special. As a first time customer I was very put off by my experience and the lack of quality in the product. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

First time patient...buds I got were dried out. Would have been a lot better if they were fresh. Not on the top of my list of places for medical herbs.

Flower is trash and they’ve had the same menu for literally 6 months. For the price you’d be better off going somewhere else. Staff is chill but that doesn’t make up for the trash flower. I see wot of reviews saying “fire flower” it’s probably because they haven’t been anywhere else.

Friendliest security guard and workers I've ever dealt with! Wax might be a lil expensive, but they have the cheapest pre-rolls in town and their weeds gotten a whole lot better!

For some reason wait time to check in is always a long time to check in for online orders gotta pick it up!!!

Definitely will not be getting my service again. no customer service. and no where on the website or posted in the store children not allowed to wait in the lobby or during express orders. first time visit since Curaleaf opened

Love the selection and most of all LOCATION! They have pre packaged pre rolls usually 5 for $20 that are usually my go to! Nothing else near in this part of town so happy to finally have one less than a few miles from home!!

Horrible service for the 3rd time in a row. No manager, an hour wait to pick up online order, they don’t give a shit about medical patients. Not coming here ever again, plenty of other and better organised dispensaries in the area.

Omg their preorder is terrible. Preorder all the time and when it takes to long I'll just make a order at midtown... Surprisingly it always comes thru before camelback.... Normally gets cancel if it takes to long so At camelback, I move to another location. Of course they go finish up the order 2 3 hours later.... Sorry already smoking lol keep it. Oh funny part , ive preorder waited 30mins to go stand in line and get my order before they say its done... Its even been sitting there before and comments were made. Oh well tho enough dispensaries around.

If I could take this dispensary off the website I would. This place IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, SPACE, MONEY AND BREATE. The entire shop is ran by kids who gossip all day while customers wait for hours in their lines. The “Express Pick Up” is a joke. The window is all for looks as no one ever seems to be taking customers from the line. On top of their debit card readers always seem to be slow, broken or just not loading the AC in the lobby goes in or out. Maybe today there will be AC while I wait an hour for an “Express Pick Up” . I would rather go sober than shop with you again :)

Placed online order. They bagged the wrong item and tried to charge 3x the price. Took them 30 minutes and a threat to call weights and measures before they actually got their heads out of their ass and found the item I actually ordered.

11/15, basically got robbed by Curaleaf. Placed a preorder for shatter and 500 mg carts. Was charged for 1000 mg carts, and when I addressed the issue was told there was nothing they could do except add points to my account. The manager told me it was my fault since I didn’t listen to the bud tender, but the bud tender only read me the flavors of the carts, not the size. Obviously the employee made a mistake and mistakes happen, but I feel as if the manager did not do enough to rectify the mistake that was solely the business fault. Also told me it was too late to do the return even though I didn’t even leave the building. Probably will be back to drain my loyalty points and then never again.

Do Not go here if you're rec this is my 3rd time and each time an employee has said extremely rude things about rec users. Zac the cashier wouldn't tell me the price on anything he offered and got pissy with me when i told him i was a rec like rolling his eyes and stomping his feet pissy. weed was ok but they ruin it by their attitude

Most unorganized dispensary is Arizona .. weed is below average (minus 22 red which the rarely have) don’t bother ordering express you might as well show up and lie and say your here for whatever the shortest line is because there is no system and you will spend 45 minute plus in line on any day regardless of what they say ( I have been on multiple occasions) waited to give this review to see if things would improve but they haven’t they are still the worst in the state . Please do not come here go to Curaleaf in central and Thomas or urban greenhouse on indianschool and 27th ave. Get it together y’all are terrible
