Curaleaf - Camelback Rd.

I have always loved Swell and they were recently purchased by Curaleaf. I was in yesterday and asked about cartridge deals and was told they were still doing the 3 cartridges for $99. Called today to ask about it and was treated HORRIBLY. I asked about the deal he told me it wasn't happening anymore; very short. I asked if there were any other cartridge deals they were doing and he goes "Well we have new deals and I don't know them." I asked for his name as his attitude was not friendly or helpful he laughed at me and said "It's Josh feel free to complain." I am shocked as I have been here before and have spent a lot of money and I have never been treated so poorly. This happened on 9/25 @ 1:30pm.

First time patient...buds I got were dried out. Would have been a lot better if they were fresh. Not on the top of my list of places for medical herbs.

Super inconsistent pricing on buds goes from 30% discount to 20% discount then no discount. Just today I was told my total was $47 and upon reviewing the receipt the charge was $39... Not sure what's going on there. The quality of the product also fluctuates from really good to dried out buds that have clearly been sitting around a while. This place has a lot of potential but they are going thru some serious growing pains with the Recreational rollout.

The budtenders at this location are so nice and helpful, and they carry a good selection and constantly have good deals going. I'm definitely coming back.

Like that this place is in my neighborhood, however staff was not well educated on their products especially on THC/CBD ratios, strains and topicals. I know they just opened and will give them a chance to educate themselves but they should at least have some general knowledge. Many buds they had were mostly pea sized which was a let down.

Staff and location is great . But your guys qualitys on flowers is and has become horrible because of pre packaging . It's so dry but the time I smoke it and its potency lost, the original swell is doing it right with the jars it's more potent and it's fresh . I would highly take into consideration of changing your pre packaged flowers to jar method.

Yes another swell and a great location Northeast Phoenix. High-quality meds here in the valley at a nice price

This place was terrible . The “meds” were prepacked and old and dry and crunchy when I broke them up. They all tasted equally as disgusting, from the grape og to the Russian Kush and puta breath. I asked for something with good taste and smell and I was let down. Wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting only to get garbage and to be treated as if I’m inconveniencing the worker. I get they were busy, but he kept running back and forth to the front when I asked to see something different and made me feel like a cheap a** when I asked what was in the bargain bin. Also I asked for something fresh and when I told him the Russian Kush looked dry he said it was the freshest stuff the had. The back date was early September and the grape og batch date was early October. That made me feel like he was trying to get rid of nasty old inventory since it was a ftp special. As a first time customer I was very put off by my experience and the lack of quality in the product. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have used this dispensary for several years. Lately the budtenders tend to stand around in groups and make people wait for no apparent reason. Management must be abysmal since they could easily have the same productivity without everyone standing around. There are better dispensaries now that actually want to do business and help people.

Just so everyone knows the prerolls you buy from any Curaleaf are more stem than actual bud. We take all the keif and good stuff out in three sifting processes then all that’s left stems shit buds get super ground up. Oh we can still see stems? Grind it up some more. Now you guys are dropping 20% off medical? Such a Walmart company. They don’t care about their employees or customers. Go support local dispensaries that are actually having better deals now even when you guys were offering the 20%. Your employees have a holier than god complex

Swell on Camelback has the best workers, willing and eager to answer all inquiries. Their bud can't be beat for the prices they have.

Swell on Camelback is a go to dispensary for me, very helpful employees, great quality and quantity of products, plus they're always relatively quick from entry to exit.

Yay I got to see the smiling faces of the 32nd street crew tonight @ Camelback I missed my mullet friend (it's Mackenzie). I was determined I was going to make it from Mill Ave & Broadway to there @ 10th street & Camelback. I left at 4:30 & got there right @ closing. The universe threw everything it had @ me to prevent me from getting t Swell in time but I did it. I couldn't be happier with the meds I purchased. I LOVE my Firebrand concentrates, and they happened to have some good ones Afghan Skunk & Alien Rock Candy. Totally worth the crazy bus trip out here. I love you Swell!

no pre rolls, crappy organization (i guess these budtenders and greeters ARE NOT functional stoners) also, over priced disposable batteries for small amounts of wax in cartridges. & budtender was un eager to help me find or suggest alternative product similar to what I was looking for, as if I was an inconvenience to their day. I don't call out names on bad reviews, but overall sh**ty experience walked out without purchasing anything and no one attempted to make any efforts to make a sell or offer different options. very unsatisfied, very sober, and sad to say the ONLY dispensary I've been to that was like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

1/2 star - Beware the "EXPRESS" ordering if you don't want to wait hours - that's if they even remember to let you know it's ready. They have done that 3x. NOT worth it for SUBPAR medicine. Don't waste your money here. GO TO TRU/MED!!!!

Let me say first by saying the staff does not care here. I showed up in the middle of the afternoon checked in and was told to wait outside. Ok that’s fine but 2 hours later still had not been called. After the first hour, I went to the door guy and asked what was going on cause I had seen other people that showed up after me get in and get out. Door guy didn’t even check his list just shrugged his shoulders and said everyone is having to wait, and of course 15 min later he’s off and another door guy is on. Went home created an online order waited another 2 hours for the confirmation text that my order was ready. Went back over there checked in and waited another 45 min in the parking lot to get called. The only reason I’m not leaving zero stars is because you can’t...I’ll never go to another curaleaf again.

Friendliest security guard and workers I've ever dealt with! Wax might be a lil expensive, but they have the cheapest pre-rolls in town and their weeds gotten a whole lot better!

I have not once in my entire life visited a worse dispensary. Everything from the quality of the bud, to the wait times, to the quality of their products, is the absolute worst amongst any dispensary they can think of. I think the only reason the place is still open is because of a bunch of newbies trying weed for the first time and don't know they could go literally anywhere else

Definitely will not be getting my service again. no customer service. and no where on the website or posted in the store children not allowed to wait in the lobby or during express orders. first time visit since Curaleaf opened

I was a little confused about the pricing for flower. Having some type of posted menu would be great. I was offered the special $10/gram and was told I could always take a chance on the $8 grams if I didn't mind seeds! All I remembered from the Leafly menu was that most grams were $17 each. I ended up getting 2 grams of Flodica (worst name ever!) and 2 grams of Lemon Kush all for $20. Both strains are seriously dry and neither are that strong. I don't think there is flower in AZ worth $17/gram so I'm glad they were on sale. However, it concerns me that the posted price is more than twice the sale price for the $8 strains: cali connection, blue velvet, dancing lights and superstitious. Why doesn't the menu have the actual price? I really hope no one pays $17/gram for any flower from here, It's all prepackaged and how can a patient know if the flower I buy for $10 or whatever price won't be only $8 tomorrow?

This used to be my fav place. No mgr today took an hour to pick up an online order. Ridiculous
