The quality is always better than most around on flower and their $50 1/2oz is my go to. They usually have different ones which is nice cause then you don’t have to keep smoking the same stuff always. But then ya gotta stock up if you’re fav strain comes thru. They are still open with all this virus stuff. The pre order line was about 45mins longer than the regular line but here’s the deal. What if you get back there and there are no good deals. Or just what you were going for in general. I would rather wait a little longer during this time to get what I want for the price I want. 2.5 hours tho was long and there was some lady who tried to cut in line. I’m sorry if I see a lady limp her way waiting her turn in line you don’t get to cut in line no matter if your 50. Smh. Glad they provided chairs and water for those who asked.

After spending hundreds of dollars at a time, for several months they pulled a fast one by passing off Sugar Wax as Shatter. This was NEVER mentioned during the sale, and these were not shown to me. I trusted based off previous purchases that this would be “shatter” not some gooey sugar wax. They have tried to sell discounted sugar wax before, BUT it was mentioned BEFORE the sale ever happened. I called in before making the 20 minute drive to only swap out for true shatter of the same brand and strain, no refund necessary. Was told over the phone that it shouldn’t be a problem and to bring it in with me. They confirmed it was in fact sugar, but refused to exchange using the excuse that it was during a “promo” which is complete BS since I ALWAYS buy my shatter from them during these promos, as well as regular price. The part that got me the most was, a manager wouldn’t even come speak to me themselves and instead used the innocent bud tender as the bearer of bad news, WITHOUT taking a look at my account, speaking to me, or having any discretion whatsoever. I have spent on average $200/week here for several months, have referred others, BUT I’ll now be taking my business elsewhere to one of the MANY other dispensaries in the valley. All over 6g of “sugar” they could have exchanged on the spot, without losing a customer. I bought 20g, which is how this snuck by. DO NOT TRUST someone who cannot tell you themselves, gives bad information over the phone, and willing to pass off BAD PRODUCT as it’s legit.

they didnt have half of what they show on leafly. agent had to keep going to " check the other room" . ended up leaving with nothing. dont post stuff you dont have available. first and last time here .

Horrible customer service and rude staff

Nature's medicine is a great spot to come to especially during these covid-19 times. They still have the same great prices and awesome give aways. nature's forsure has been going above and beyond to ensure everyone safety.

1 hour wait just to get inside to pick up your preorder.

Very nice,helpful people. The setting is cool and comfortable with refreshments and even bananas and cookies. The medicine was good I kind of expected better but because of the set up. I def recommend them, there very honest and straight up.

I am a veteran! I did not like anything. This is the 3rd time I tried this place. The lack of indoor waiting is ghetto. I placed an online order to bypass walking in & still had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Then I received a call an hour later that my order could not be fulfilled due to being sold out. Very unacceptable. The site should properly reflect products, percentages, & prices. There’s only one female who was beyond helpful. Kayla. Other than that I will never return or recommend anyone purchase from here. Especially for the low quality products. They need a new staff of employees with better attitudes. I’m spending my money for my medicine. Just a terrible experience and waste of my time. That’s what I do not appreciate.

This place is horrible. I used to come often until COVID. Apparently COVID has ruined it... I placed an online order at 12pm yesterday, called about 12:30pm to see how I would be notified about the order and was advised I would receive a text when the started processing my order. At 3pm I had not received a message and called to check a status. It had not been processed for the entire 3 hours I was waiting, so I cancelled order. Wanting to give them a second chance I came by as a walk-in at 10am today. It is now 10:45am and I'm still standing outside Since I have been in line, they have only processed 15 people... in 45 minutes. I've seen more employees come in and out than patients. Clearly they dont know how to run retail or pickup. Now that I've been in line for 45 min, I'll stay this time. But I guarantee I will never be back. Follow-up: Now 11:04am; still not in the door.

Plan on spending a long amount of time waiting. There system is terrible. It takes so long to help anyone. I wait for over an hour to get helped. I pre-ordered once, it took 4 hours to fill it and another hour to help me once I got there. Each pre-order patient took 15 minutes and there many pre-order patients waiting. Bloom is so much faster and they cost less.

First timr patient deal scored me 20 percent off so i grabbed a .5 of thw gods bud golden shatter ( couch lock) i also grabbed a gram of yhe grape gobstopper kush which set in as a real mellow body/head high and ended with cerebal notes. Sheena was my bud tender and was just amazing , 10/10 as far as white glove red carpet experience goes I've never been invited in or welcomed into a service experience like that ever in my life it was like she knew me for years. the only reason i didnt not rate the Quality 5/5 was the fact i felt the grape gob wasn't as fresh as it could of been.

I Pre ordered a specific item that cost $80 after tax and got the message saying it’s ready for pickup. I then went on my 30 minute one way journey. When I got there something told me to check and make sure I got the right thing and so I did...not only was my order wrong but they told me they didn’t even have any of the stuff I ordered. Long story short I had to settle for something with lower quality but still payed the same amount. Not wasting my time here again! Their best attempt at costumer satisfaction is “I’m sorry about that”

I’m the only one in the medical pre order line and 3 rec patients and 2 walk ins have already been in before me. This is ridiculous. Definitely will avoid this place.

this place does not honor the veteran discount I bought an oz of fliwer and spent 150. and that doesn't qualify for what u advertise?, what bs. this place used to do us right but lately they getting g greedy and service is unprofessional at best. shame on u for reals. ill give my money elsewhere..

I hate this place and everyone who works there

So I came in for a free pre-roll and they said I was able to with a review and they advised me that I wouldn’t be able to get it without a purchase not knowing so I was walking away and the front desk girl named makayla had left her mic on and she was being extremely rude and started to talk shit with other coworkers I’m guessing not know her mic was still on I walk back and let her know of her actions and didn’t acknowledge it and I just needed up paying for it. I didn't know about the pre roll with a purchase but If your gonna talk about a customer make sure the customer is not there or make sure that your mic is off. Love this dispo but that was such a rude experience and I felt extremely embarrassed and I shouldn’t have felt that way
