very clean, as soon as your inside your up which is nice. Line was only 5 deep for medical at 10am on a weekday and was only 3-5 minutes a person. Prices are competitive.
Customer service is DEAD. This place cares ABOUT money, not customers or patients. Train your people better. Actually care, there are 100 other dispensaries that I will go to and I will never be back to this one. Save your time
when a security guard will not even let you walk in line to get out your ID and then raise his voice and yell at you and tell you you will not go in the dispensary unless you show me your ID right now is more than unprofessional I will never go back to that dispensary again
After calling for a specific product I arrived 30 minutes later and they did not have, "never had it". Their management never took care of the simple situation. Out 1 hr of my time and 5 bucks in gas I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF YOUR DISPENSARYS. And i know you dont care because I am "just a number". Customer service died in the patient industry as well with Az Natural Selections
